Was greeted by Palmetto bugs in kitchen. Garbage disposal wasn't working properly so my Son in Law had to put his hand in there to clean out. AC damper is stuck so when LR calls bedroom runs constantly. Return vents are filthy with no filter so duct work is filthy. Couch covers need to be replaced very badly. Towels were dirty and dingy.

Everything about the property was so lovely - there was plenty of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms for all our 7 guests to be comfortable, and the kitchen, living room, and porches are perfectly equipped for group dinners, relaxing, or just enjoying the warm breeze. The resort has so many wonderful amenities that you can easily walk or golf cart to, and being only a 5 minute walk from the little market was a godsend!

The place was immaculate and well located within the community. Lisa was extremely easy to get a hold of and very responsive (even through a hurricane!). We would definitely recommend staying here.

Where do I start? This house could not have been more perfect! Everything is so new and clean! The house had everything we needed, from kitchen appliances to games! I came with my girlfriends for a weekend away, but this house would also be great to come back with my husband and kids! The Gold Cart was a MUST as we used it to roam all around the property. We had 8 women so we rented another one and would highly recommend if you have more than 4 people!

Our family enjoyed starting in this house. The house is beautifully furnished and comfortable! The beds were super comfy w nice soft sheets:) The golf cart was a nice extra! Not one complaint, we will return:)

Everything about Palmetto Bluff is pristine, including this cottage. It’s located near everything and the owner has done an amazing job with attention to detail and decorations. She was very accommodating and easy to work with. This was a special weekend and we created lifetime memories. Thank you Lisa and Audrey!!

Very impressed by everything the property has to offer. spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family stay. we will be coming back. golf cart lights are not working though.

Home was a perfect fit for families and with everything at a golf cart or bike ride distance it was a perfect weekend. Family oriented experience!

Property and home were beautiful. So much to do! Great location. Home has everything we needed. Included bikes & golf cart. My teenagers did not want to leave. Talking about coming back again next year! Went to spa & restaurants. It was wonderful .

We loved our stay at this home in Palmetto Bluff. The house is immaculate, everything feels brand new. The beds were so comfortable and every detail that a traveler could need was though of. Lisa and Audrey were very helpful. We had a hiccup getting our keys at the guard gate and they were very helpful and responsive. The location of the house is great- close to everything but peaceful and uncrowded too. The golf cart was definitely needed so is a big savings and so convenient to have waiting there upon arrival. We can’t wait to come back! PS my kids loved the giant beanbag in the bunk room!

We absolutely could not have loved this home more! It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. You are feet away from the tennis courts which was great! We rented a golf cart and used the bikes that came with rental. It was the perfect way to enjoy the Pamletto Bluff resort. We used the gym and pools everyday. The restuarants in the area are great! We highly recommend the rental!!! You won’t be disappointed.

Palmetto Bluff is just beautiful. So well preserved and not over the top. Just elegant.

We used this home as a base for a long weekend and it met our needs perfectly. From great communication during the rental process and emails with instructions, to a clean comfortable home exactly as pictured we were overall very happy. Having the use of Palmetto Bluff amenities doesn’t seem like a big deal but access to the pool, use of the restaurants, and having the golf cart to zip around made this an easy and stress free visit. Walking to RTs market was great! The home was well insulated and extremely quiet. On the porch you can hear some traffic but with the doors closed you hear nothing. We recommend this home and are grateful that we had an opportunity to stay right in the heart of things.

Our family enjoyed the well-appointed and well cared for home. The resort is my favorite. Just loved it.

My husband and our twin 11 year olds really loved our 1 week stay at Palmetto Bluff. I had spent a very long time researching where to go and stay as we were coming from Los Angeles. My brother lives in Georgia 5 hours away and we had stayed near him on a lake in the past, but that is all we knew of traveling to the South. We took several day trips out to Beaufort ( not my favorite), Savannah, historic Blufton (lunch at Cahils and Agave) then to Hilton Island where we hit Wal-Mart for groceries and the outlets. We liked the State Park (Atlantic Ocean) at the end of Ladys Island best where you could see trees still toppled over from Hurricane Bonnie where the water is so warm, lots of shells and great for pictures! Our stay on property especially at this beautiful house we rented in the Wilson area, was magical. So fun to toodle around and see all The beautiful homes and Montage hotel. The house is decorated beautifully. We rented the golf cart which is a must. We were very close to the tennis courts, but did not play. We ate at Buffalos 3-4 x. We cooked on the bbq 1x and made a bone fire for s'mores also. They have s'mores everynight here so that wasnt really necessary. We loved the pool and had lunch there 1x. We ventured over to The Moreland Village on the last night and played pool and had dinner at Coles which you need to make resetvations for or you sit out on the screened porch! Great for pictures there, such a beautiful view of the low country. We did the Dolphin Excursion on the beautiful May River with Geo which was amazing as we saw the dolphins actually throwing themselves on the land to catch fish. We went zip lining on Hilton Head, we had fun, but think that will be my last as I had done it before. The weather was a worry in August, but the first few days were very good in the low 80's, then a bit of heat and of course, humidity then a bit of rain. We actually loved the rain. Today we leave for the easy 1/2hour to the airport.
