We had a great stay. The property is well located. We recommend this for a smaller group. Ours was 6 and it was a bit cramped.

We loved the location of the property. It was close to downtown and quiet and just perfect for our needs. It was clean and well maintained. However, it would have been appropriate to include the steep flight of steps that had to be navigated to access the unit. Also, please consider investing in an AC unit. The brilliant sunshine made the unit a bit hot and stuffy in the afternoons and early evening. Overall though, a great stay.

We loved our stay-perfect proximity to ferry terminal, everything downtown and right next door to farmers market and bakery. Everything was perfect! Owner even worked with us to extend our stay!

Literally looks over the Saturday Farmer market location from the cute outdoor stoop/sitting area. A couple caveats that took us by surprise.....1) the entrance shares a space with the back of a restaurant (and all that goes with it). Not a problem for us but renters should know. 2) The 'view' photos of Friday Harbor on the rental site are nice, but not what you see from the rental. The photos of inside are very accurate.......and yes, I would rent again!!

Everything was just as expected. Unique, clean and convenient. Beds comfortable. From some reason, I forgot to bring coffee and really wished there was some there on site. We enjoyed stay.

Suited our needs perfectly

The Sunshine Suite is perfect for families looking for a great location to stay in Friday Harbor. The listing has everything described and washer and dryer make it great. It’s affiliated with The Tucker House but does not include the complimentary breakfast served there. If I could have changed one thing - it would have been to include the breakfast. Staff were professional, helpful and happy to interact.

Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and overall great lighting. We enjoyed our stay.

Pe felt location to walk off the ferry and to the apartment. Lots of restaurants and shops within the block. Was perfect for our family of four.

My family and I really enjoyed our time at the Sunshine Suite! It was clean, cozy, and charming! There were six of us and yet we felt that the space worked well for us. (It's hard to tell from the photos in the post, but the large bed in the living area, is set back just a bit from the majority of that space, which was a nice surprise.) It was great having one and a half bathrooms, with the half bathroom being off of the bedroom. There were plenty of bath towels and extra blankets. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, though we did find that we had to get creative with the kitchen supplies when cooking a big meal for us all. We absolutely loved that we had our own parking spot and that being located in the heart of Friday Harbor, everything in town was walkable! It was convenient that the Farmer's Market was directly next door and we thought that it was fun that that same space was used for an outdoor music event – Though if you're hoping for some quiet time in, you might want to verify that nothing that like will be happening during your stay. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect location - 3 mins from ferry and right next door to Saturday Farmers Market and Friday night arts market- plan to arrive in time for the arts market. Kitchen has minimal supplies but lots of places to eat out so not a problem. Has everything you need for a great stay.

Interesting place--lots of color, which I love. Great location, just a block from Friday Harbor center. Well equipped--except for a shortage of glasses, which we recommended already. Queen bed in alcove off main room was very comfy, and there's a full bath off the main room convenient for whoever is sleeping there. The twin bedroom has its own toilet and sink. One dedicated off street parking space. The hosts were very responsive. Definitely recommend.
