We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our concert weekend. House was super clean, extremely well stocked, and very cozy! The morning breakfast platters were absolutely top notch also. If you need a place to stay in the Houston area near NRG, the Galleria, or the medical center, this is the place! Thanks again for everything, Patsy! We were in Houston for the NCAA final four. Bellaire was the perfect location. The neighborhood was wonderful for walking. The hosts did a great job meeting us and making sure we felt welcome. They went above and beyond with homemade tart and goodies in the fridge. We will definitely stay here again if we end up back in Houston.

The place was clean and beautiful. The host welcomed us with a surprise cheese platter that was much appreciated. The fridge and pantry were also stocked! The location is close to everything in central Houston. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Houston.

We stayed for a week during Spring Break. Had a lovely time. The home was comfortable, clean, spacious, well stocked. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. Close to downtown, easy access to highway. Communication with host was excellent.

Beautiful home with many special amenities. Host had flowers, wine as well as breakfast snacks for our arrival. Very thoughtful touches. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We loved our stay in this home!

The home is lovely, clean, and well stocked in a neighborhood convenient to NRG and the medical center. It was very convenient for our visit to the rodeo. A Lyft to NRG was only $13. Spacious and clean bedrooms. Nicely stocked kitchen with a few food items left for us, which was great. We had a problem with noise, however. The owners have several active dogs (and maybe a small child?) and live above the unit. We were all awakened each day starting about 6:00 am with noisy footsteps above as the floors were very creaky on the second floor. Running footsteps, dog scrabbles, rhythmic thumping above (thought it was a hammer then guessed wagging tail on a hardwood floor), bouncing ball, lots of walking back and forth. We were getting in or sitting up late talking each night and hoped to sleep well past 6 or 7 am to start our vacation days. We spent 3 weekday nights there and it happened every morning. This put a real damper on our stay. Otherwise, would have been a great experience.

Friendly and onsite hosts, location that makes getting to the areas we needed to visit a breeze, and reasonable pricing make this the place to stay if you need to visit the Medical Center / Museum / Downtown area. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay here this year and both were exceptional. The Christmas tree made it truly feel like home. We were able to accommodate 18 family members for Christmas gumbo dinner. Felix and Patty are great hosts!

We had a wonderful short weekend in Houston visiting family and we all wish we could have stayed longer! This house felt like home - 3 large bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and hosts that left wine and cookies at arrival! The hosts also delivered breakfast Saturday morning. Everything was wonderful and we hope to stay again the next time we have a family reunion in Houston. Thank you!

Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving. We were happy to have found such a beautiful, warm, and comfortable place to be together. We so appreciated the wonderful fruit tart, breakfast, and other thoughtful items. By far the best stocked home I have stayed in with plenty of dishes to prepare and serve a Thanksgiving meal. The tea lovers in our group were excited to find a large selection of high quality teas. Thank you, Patsy and Felix, for being such gracious hosts.

We had to find a rental quickly for a funeral and this house was ideally located, very private and clean and comfortable. The owner was a dear, leaving us gorgeous flowers; a bottle of wine and a charcuterie plate when we arrived and there were chocolates in the fridge and a substantial breakfast each morning. So easy to have everything taken care of. The beds are super comfy and the house is very quiet. Definitely recommend this lovely house and owner. Five starts.

The Larch House is very comfortable, clean, had plenty of space for our group, and Patsy was super communicative and able to help me with a few special requests (high chair, crib, muffin pan, etc). The location is great too! I highly recommend this VRBO, especially for families.

What a hidden gem! This house was super cute, clean and easily accessible to any area of Houston. I felt very safe and taken care of. The hosts were MORE THAN HELPFUL and treated us like family. Whenever we needed something… it was handled within minutes and without hesitation! Would highly recommend this property. The hosts also spoiled us with home-made goodies, wonderful linens… TVs in every room… every need you could think of, this property had it. Thank you so much, I will miss staying here in the comfort of this home.

We stay at this home twice each year to facilitate my visiting specialist physicians in the Medical Center area. The hosts live above the rental and are quite personable and responsive. The location is great, the beds wonderful, and the entire experience is worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Patsy and Felix bring their home away from home to a whole new level. These two generous, kind and thoughtful hosts offer an absolutely lovely home conveniently located in the heart of Bellaire. A beautiful courtyard offers a great retreat. The Kitchen larder is well-stocked and Patsy is a caterer par excellance. These two hosts go over and above when it comes to ensuring a terrific stay. This 3-bedroom has a beautiful layout for privacy with large bedrooms and a generous living area with room for entertaining. We heartily recommend Larch Lane for a short or long stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It was very spacious, clean and relaxing. We were dropping our son off at college and it made the whole process less stressful to have a place to call home while we were in Houston. Patsy and Felix were very hospitable and even left food and a delicious tart for us! We would definitely stay here again!

When we arrived, there was an amazing food spread that welcomed us to the house. There was an issue with the air-conditioning, and the hosts jumped through hoops to make us comfortable. I would recommend this property and the hosts anytime and if I return to Houston, will surely book this house again.

We stayed for 9 days after we moved out of our house and before we moved overseas. The house has plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 kids. Patsy was great. She met us at check in and showed us everything. She also left us cookies. There is plenty of parking on the street. We never had a problem parking our Yukon XL.

Larch House turned out to be the perfect choice for our weekend in Houston. Located on a lovely street, the house is close to museums, shopping, restaurants and more. The property itself is beautiful--welcoming and elegantly appointed. The bed linens were remarkably comfortable. And the homemade weekend breakfasts were exceptional. Patsy and Felix provided an ideal environment for my wife, her parents and I to enjoy a quick, post-lockdown reunion in a terrific city. Thoroughly recommended!

Great owners and hosts. Location is best in Houston for access to Med Center and associated cultural attractions (MFAH, Museum of Natural History, etc...) as well as the Galleria area.

This house was so much more than we expected. It is a huge space with top notch decor and linens. It was also so well appointed with all the comforts of home and many more thoughtful touches. The location is great. The hosts were so kind and accommodating, very responsive, and They went the extra mile with everything. We were in Houston for medical treatment and if we are due back we will stay here again for sure.

This was our second stay at Larch House and won’t be our last. The house itself is in the perfect location. It is welcoming and the Rhymes are just lovely hosts. Breakfast every morning was a welcomed treat!! You will not be disappointed if you book a stay here!

We have stayed in many places all over the US. This is one to stay and enjoy. My husband really liked it. It had everything to meet your needs and pleasure. Hats off to Patsy. It was lovely.

The Larch House is a wonderful property in a family friendly neighborhoods. The place is clean, beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need. There are several playgrounds within a mile. We had a lovely stay.
