The cabin was perfect size for my family vacation. The gaming space in the garage was perfect. Nice patio in backyard. Note : Stocked pond is catch and release.

We come every year and enjoyed our stay at the Maassen house! Would come back again!

We wanted to thank Nathan and Carmen for allowing us to stay as our original booking was cancelled. This property worked out great and we were thankful that it was open on the days we needed.

While we were very pleased with the cabin, we were very disappointed with Bridges Bay. Certainly we understand COVID but we pay for the extra amenities and they were not there. Daily we waited to find out if we would have access to the big pool and the cabin pools were all closed. Instead of our typical relaxing time it was a daily grind to locate entertainment. Indoor stores were closed due to heat, and we waited at the Waterfront for an hour and a half for our reservation, before they called my husbands cell phone (while we were standing in front of the hostess) to cancel our reservations because of the heat and they decided to close early. These things by no means were the fault of you as owners of the cabin just an FYI I guess. At the end of the day your home provided us a place to be with family and make memories. Thank you!

Great experience. Property managers definitely knew how to entertain the whole family. Ping pong was hours of entertainment for the kids. Definitely reccomend

When we arrived at the cabin my husband was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and home like feeling of the cabin. We were very comfortable.

The house was clean, cute and cozy! It was definitely a home away from home. Loved the layout and style of the house. It’s decorated beautifully. The beds are super comfortable. The open concept is great to be able to enjoy your company. The hidden gem of a game room in the garage with a tv is fun and a fabulous idea!! This property is exceptional. The hosts respond quickly and very accommodating!! I would stay here again!! Thank you for a great weekend away from home~

The home was comfortable and roomy for family to gather. The additional space is the garage a nice bonus! We thought everything was decorated so nicely and the place was very clean. The guest room with the master bed was a bit uncomfortable, but other than that everything was perfect!

We are wanted to be together for the Fourth and we haven’t done a staycation before. This was such a great experience as the layout of this place was perfect for all 7 of us. The huge walk in closet in master suite was perfect for the port of crib. The decor and garage as a family room was a huge bonus. I will stay here again and highly recommend!

This is our 4th place we've stayed at Bridges Bays Condos and Cabins. This one had great afternoon shade and large living quarters. Very nicely decorated, just like home. The owners were very responsive on the one text sent. Great place.

Nice open floor plan with very comfortable beds and roomy bedrooms. It rained most of the time we were there, but the garage with the Wii game, TV, corn hole game, and ping pong table helped to save the day. We didn't use the water park as much as we thought we would, but the kids loved it. Large building (maybe condo garages?) behind the patio and back yard offers more privacy than most of the homes. If you like to fish, try Spirit Lake. There is a nice parking area within the neighborhood to keep your boat. If you like to eat out on Friday or Saturday, make reservations way ahead of time. The Ritz is a great place to eat pizza and sandwiches with a great view of the lake. Don't forget the Arnolds Park amusement rides and all of the unique, small gift shops around town. Home was nicely decorated and I would definitely come back for another vacation. The only thing I recommend is new shower liners due to the mildew in the bottom hem. I would also have a company check out the dryer (maybe the dryer vent leading to outside needs cleaned?) as it took a long time for clothes to dry. Very nice washing machine with an ample supply of detergent and dryer sheets. Thank you for sharing your home with us! You are so fortunate!

We all enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated house. A real bonus was the 6 free daily waterpark passes, which the grandkids thought was awesome. The house has spacious storage, and the attached garage was great for our grandkids to play in. The back patio with grill is a great place to sit outside. Close to lots of attractions, this is a wonderful place to stay!

We booked on short notice for Labor Day weekend, the house was all new with a ton of nice added touches. We've rented other units in the Bridges Bay area and this is by far the best we've ever stayed at. Owner was very responsive on email and cell phone. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to enjoy the Okoboji experience!

We (5 adults and 2 kids) really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is new, clean, and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it was all on one level. Free passes to the pools and water park were a plus! The owner (Nathan) responded to e-mail inquiries promptly. We would stay there again if we vacationed in the area.

We recently enjoyed a vacation to Lake Okoboji and couldn't be happier with our decision to stay at this new cabin. The owners were excellent to communicate with and made sure that we enjoyed our stay in their home away from home. The cabin was a perfect fit for us and is gorgeous. We look forward to returning to this cabin next year!
