My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay in Jackson. The cottage was clean and conveniently located. The welcome basket of snacks was very thoughtful. Our hosts were very responsive to all our inquiries. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway to Jackson.

Rather unique house, over 100 years old, refurbished very nicely. Owners were helpful in suggesting restaurants and activities. Such a wonderful experience. Thank you. R&C

The cottage was adorable and comfortable, just right for our trip to visit Story Land with two kids. We were pleasantly surprised to find a swingset in the lovely yard, which the kids had fun with. We had a couple snags with air conditioning and Bob went WAY above and beyond to resolve them. Between that and the sweet, generous welcome basket, Bob and Joyce have some new fans for life!

We enjoyed our stay and the location is great. Close to Mount Washington and Conway which has lots of hiking and shopping. Loved the outdoor spaces and convenient parking. The beds are full size and not the most comfortable, wish the size was in the details.

We were there during several days of extreme heat, but there was A/C in every room (except the bathroom, which got steamy). Everything was very manageable and all the red dishes, fridge, toaster, etc was a lot of fun.

The cottage is just like it looks in the listing, very cute and cozy. Location is fantastic and you can easily get to many areas. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the utensils/ pots/ pans, etc. that you need to cook meals. Beds were very cozy. We are lucky to have found such a fabulous spot in Jackson.

The cottage was perfect for the 3 of us us- cozy and cute decor, what we needed in the kitchen, great location for mountain activities nearby, and our dog loved it too! Whenever we had a question, the owner's response was quick and helpful. Hope to come back some day!

Such a warm, cozy and welcoming place to stay in a perfect location. Right in the middle of quaint downtown Jackson, we loved the local restaurants and pubs, took a sleigh ride at Nestlenook Farm, and explored the cute little towns around. We did not ski, but this place would be perfect to stay for a ski trip, close to multiple skiing mountains. Felt very homey, comfortable and safe as well! Thank you Bob and Joyce!

Love that the home was set back from the busy road and once inside super cozy. Would have liked a more comfortable couch, it was a nice couch just not very comfortable but otherwise it was a great place for a much needed getaway

We had a lovely stay in Jackson. A quick drive to hiking trails and walking distance to restaurants in Jackson. The property was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We look forward to returning in the future.

We were delighted with our stay in this cosy and charming cottage. Everything we needed was there and we were very comfortable. Bob was really helpful with recommendations on where to eat and we had a great meal in the pub across the street. Location is brilliant and we have a great stay. Would highly recommend.

The cozy cabin was across the road from few restaurants and down the “hill” from several trailheads, the Pinkham Notch Visitor Center,and the Mount Washington Auto Road.

The cabin was perfect for our 3-day stopover to explore the White Mountains. It was well stocked, comfy, and just felt like home away from home. The hosts were very responsive and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.

My family stayed here for two nights during our summer vacation. In just this short time in town, we got to see a lot that the Jackson area has to offer. We were so glad to have the chance to stay at Bob and Joyce's cottage. While it may be more of a winter time destination for skiing, we found the cottage to be perfect for our small family of four. Basically everything we needed was included, and it was very conveniently located to local attractions. If we are ever passing through the area and need a place to stay, we would definitely check for availability at this cottage!

This was a wonderful landing spot for us to stay while we did some hiking and swimming in the area. The cabin is cozy and clean. Bob and Joyce have thought of everything and are lovely hosts; even left a basket of goodies and champagne for our anniversary! The spot is perfectly located to walk around town and a quick drive to all the area has to offer. We had a great time and are already planning our next stay.

The host of the home we’re extremely helpful and friendly, giving us travel ideas. They even invited us to the town duck race festival, which was a blast. The home was extremely comfortable clean nice well decorated, and we felt very welcome and very at home. We had an amazing stay and loved the quaint town.

Very cozy place right in the heart of a lot of attractions and sightseeing. Hosts were great and communication was very clear and prompt. They left us a little welcome basket with cookies, chocolates and snacks. Would definitely stay again

Perfect 3 night getaway during delightful snowstorm, awesome conditions for snow shoe trails close by and great xc ski options. Very clean, comfy, fun décor and nice book selection. Owners next door receptive to questions, plowed walkway and made sure we had all we needed for delightful stay. Highly recommend and would definitely like a return visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Birch Hollow. The cabin is very comfortable and well appointed with all we needed. Bob was responsive to our questions and helpful with our few requests. It was perfect for a couple. We skied at Jackson which couldn’t have been easier as the property is within walking distance.

Hosts were available and helpful with good recommendations for dining and cross country skiing. We were two adult friends and found it very comfortable for us. Would stay here again.

Although the cottage is small, it is comfortable, and the hosts have provided everything needed for cooking, sleeping, and bathing. (We stayed 1 week; if it had been longer, we’d have missed the absence of a washer and dryer. The hosts informed us that nearby laundromats were available.) We really appreciated the nice touches such as a basket of salty and sweet goodies, holiday decorations, and books. Bob and Joyce were thoughtful and responsive. And we loved that you could walk into picturesque Jackson Village in 10-15 minutes.

We had a great stay! We wanted a cabin with a cozy Christmas feel. The host was helpful and nice. We were able to hang out and have a good time. The kitchen was great with everything we needed to be able to prepare the food we brought. Great place to stay!

The right size for the two of us for a week. We slept in one small bedroom and used the other for our luggage. Bathroom is downstairs. Short term renter grade pots and pans. Nice 4 burner gas stove. Great location for hiking and walking to Jackson.

My husband, myself and my daughter and son in law were here for 4 nights Thanksgiving weekend. Host are fantastic and get to you right away with answers. We did a lot of things in Jackson and North Conway for the celebration of the season.
Beds are comfy, and we hung out in the living room a lot. There is a nice gas or propane fireplace, and it warms up the place.
It was a great getaway for the holiday, and I will definitely stay here again.

Birch Hollow is so cozy and comfortable. It’s in a perfect location in Jackson. I was traveling with my sister in law and my pup for my birthday getaway. Our main focus was hiking and Bob gave us some great suggestions. I plan on coming back in the spring. Everything was perfect!

This property was the perfect stop on our roadtrip. Close to Jackson area, a short drive to Conway, clean, quiet, and cozy. I will definitely add this to our list on any further trips that way!
