We would definitely stay at this condo again. This is our 5th time staying at Windsor Hills. This has been the best condo by far. It was clean, well furnished, great location, and the owner was very responsive.

My husband and I and are two children (3 and 4) stayed here and it was a perfect location next to the pool and near the clubhouse. It faced away from the pool which was good since they play music until 10pm. We were able to quickly walk to the pool. You can clearly see the magic kingdom fireworks and also the Epcot fireworks (although Epcot’s are slightly obstructed by trees) each night, which was a nice way to end our evening. The condo itself is very clean and has a fully stocked kitchen and extra sheets and towels. We did not go to any Disney parks on this trip although it was very quick and easy to get to Disney Springs. Will definitely plan on staying here again.

Condo was wonderful close to Disney and we saw fireworks.

We have stayed at Windsor Hills before but not in this condo. We loved the location, the condo was clean, and updated. Although others have said the beds were hard we loved them! Will definitely be staying again in this condo or their other condo in the back overlooking the pool. The only negative, and this certainly was not the owners fault, they start yard work at 7 am 3 men with leaf blowers right outside the windows. They do a great job of keeping the resort nice and neat, but waiting until at least 8 would be appreciated. That said, d not hesitate to stay at his condo, you will be missing a great stay!!!

This unit is wonderful! It is right beside the clubhouse and pool, but it's on the back of the building and is on the top floor at a corner so it is quiet. You can get to the unit by using the elevator or stairs. The unit is exactly as described and the owners communicate super fast. The location is only a $10-$15 UBER to the Disney parks. The waterslides/water park is staffed and gated so you don't have to worry about the kids too much. The entire complex is a gated community too. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a great place. Walmart is close, great pool and slides and fireworks can be seen from balcony every night. My daughter didn’t want to leave. Will definitely stay here again!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the property very much. It was close to Disney parks and had all of the amenities that we needed. Communication with the owner was easy and any questions we had were answered promptly. Our family really liked the pool and seeing the fireworks from the condo. We'd definitely stay here again!

Our family of four found this condo to be simply perfect. Just enough space for us to spread out & have our own bedrooms. The property owner was wonderful to work with, easy to communicate with & offered tons of additional guidance. This property is a Short distance to Disney World. Many restaurants & shops nearby. We loved how close it is to the main clubhouse & pool, but also thoroughly enjoyed the serenity facing away from the pool & especially viewing the fireworks at night. We also happened to see the launch of space X, which was super cool. HIGHLY RECOMMEND & we hope to be back in just a few short years!

Our three generations made some beautiful memories. The condo was large enough for everyone, quiet and close to the theme parks. The family loved the pool area and watching the fireworks from the balcony. Two weeks simply sped by…

Cozy little condo right down the road from Disney. It was in a convenient location. Walmart right down the street was a plus. Everything we needed was in the condo. All the way down to pool towels. Condo was also a very quick walk to the community pool. The kids enjoyed the Mickey room with the light. Beds are a little firm for my taste, but overall a very comfortable stay.

My family of 5 enjoyed the pool, water slides, arcade, and watching fireworks on the balcony at night before bed. It was about 15 minutes to get to Disney World with traffic, which wasn't bad at all!

The condo was clean and beautiful with many thoughtful touches throughout the home. I loved the firmness of the beds and had the best sleep! Carolyn is a superb host and an excellent communicator. You can tell that she truly cares about her guests and their experiences. We are looking forward to our next stay! Thank you, Carolyn!

Great property. Well appointed. Our boys loved the Mickey room. Everything you would need. I’d suggest the Publix over Walmart(Chaos) for groceries. Best meal out was Carabas(sp). Get to the pool early and save chairs. People are such hogs. They have 5 chairs saved for 5 people and 4 are in the pool the whole time. Perhaps a beach chair or two in the condo would be helpful. Just a thought. Thanks again. When we are in Orlando again this will be the spot.

This place was wonderful for our home base for the parks! Very easy check in. Super close to the Disney parks. My kids absolutely loved the pool area after a long day of walking and the pool was so close to access from the condo. We definitely can't wait to come back!

The condo was mostly as described. It was fully stocked with kitchen supplies and towels. It was mostly clean, I am pretty picky and I would say the condo needs to be deep cleaned more often. Under things like couches and dressers were pretty dirty, example would be veggie straws under the couch that were definitely not ours. Most of the beds seemed to be clean, but I found several hairs in the princess bed. Master bed and pillows were pretty firm. I didn’t sleep great, but some might like the bed firm. Overall a great condo for a family, just needs to have a little more attention to detail in cleaning.

The room was very clean and supplied with everything you would need while away from home. If there was any issues the owner responded quickly and was always able to help. The themed rooms were very cute, and the location of this property to Disney and the other parks is ideal. Location of the room on the property is great as well, very close to the main clubhouse and pool which the kids loved.

We loved our week stay at Parkhopper Properties Fireworks condo!! The location is closest to the beautiful pool and waterslides, which is very important when you have 2 active boys, and being an end unit on the top floor, there was no noise from people walking to their units. The listing on VRBO is very accurate, there was pretty much everything you needed to stay comfortably, and we felt right at home. The only thing missing for me was a Keurig, but there was a coffee maker (and it was advertise as being a regular round coffee maker). I will advise that the master bed is very firm, which is not my preference, but my fiancé loved it!! We chose to stay here thinking we were going to go to Disney, but we ended up spending all of our park days at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, but we did go to Disney Springs (free) and it was a short trip as advertised. There are so many places to eat and Walmart and Target are real close, just be advised that 192 is very busy and if you are able to find back ways to get where you are going you are better off (I believe Carolyn provides such directions to Disney, etc...). We already discussed and will be staying at this exact properly/condo again, just not sure if it will be 2023 or 2024 (need to save $$ first ). The kids loved the Disney themed rooms. Short drive to the parks and a short walk to the pool. We had a great time and would recommend this condo to anyone.

My husband and I celebrated Grandparents Day (well a long weekend) with our 4 year old granddaughter. We did not need all the space but we loved being able to spread out and cook our own meals. This is a great complex with a fun pool and waterslides. The condo was comfortable and would be great for a family with kids. My granddaughter loved the princess room and the Mickey room was really cute as well. We enjoyed the fireworks from the balcony and the close proximity to both Disney and Sea World. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay! Pictures are very accurate. Very kid-friendly condo with a fantastic pool and splash pad! Perfect place to stay while visiting Disney. Carolyn was extremely helpful from beginning to end! Highly recommend!

What a great place to stay. It was so convenient, clean, comfortable and we all just loved it. We could not have asked for more for our week in Orlando. The pool was so close, the parking was perfect and the condo was just like being at home. We can’t say enough good things about this place. Book it before we book again!!!

Stayed for a couple nights, we have visited Windsor Hills in the past but always stayed in a house as we have always traveled with family, but this time just us 4, decided to get a condo, still big enough to fit 8-9 people. Located on the 1st building right next to water park makes it convenient. Evening fireworks visible from balcony. We will definetly be back to this condo on our next Orlando trip.

The condo was wonderful. Everything was clean and the beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect for going to Disney World and when we weren’t at the parks we were able to enjoy the pool, splash area, slides and playground. We had perfect weather and my kids can’t wait to come back and stay in the Mickey Mouse bedroom again! Carolyn was a wonderful host and always answered my questions before the trip and left great information for getting to the parks.

We stayed here for one night with 4 adults and 1 child. My son loved the coloured lights in the Mickey bedroom, and also that he could see the fireworks from the balcony! Overall the unit was comfortable for all 5 of us, with ample seating, and a convenient location that is close to the entrance gates and to the resort pool. Communication with the owner was quick and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Had an absolutely magical stay! Location couldn't have been more perfect. So close to the pool, clubhouse, and most importantly Disney! We loved sitting on the balcony at the end of our quieter nights to watch fireworks. My kids loved the princess and mickey rooms. Can't wait to plan our next trip!

When we initially booked I was told we could access the pool and clubhouse prior to checking into the condo at 4pm. We arrived around 12 o'clock and half our party was not allowed in because their names were not properly given to security. After waiting an hour our party was finally allowed in. Besides the hiccup at check in we were very pleased with our stay.

Our princess fell in love with ‘her room’, the princess room and the location was super close to Disney. Carolyn really cares about the property; it’s more than just an income to her. She was helpful and super responsive to our questions and concerns.
