We stayed for 4 days and loved every minute of it. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the bay, bridge and sunsets. It was the perfect home base for our day trips about the area and to just relax and unwind Dora Jean and Nabil were very accommodating and enjoyable.
We hope to stay again in the future

Perfect for a quiet quick get a way from Northern Virginia. The sunsets were awesome. Go to Kentmorr for crabs and drinks on the beach while you are there.

An excellent get away in a wonderful spot, I highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for a relaxing place in a beautiful water front setting. Excellent hosts.

We had a fabulous time staying at Dora’s place! She was so accommodating and kind while also ensuring we had our privacy. We brought our dog on the trip and she also had a blast, highly recommend staying here!

I was attending a wedding on Kent Island and wanted to find a charming, tranquil place with water views. This home was perfect. The host greeted us with smiles and kindness, offering recommendations for places to visit and eat. The home was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. The view was amazing, and the sunsets were breathtaking.

We had a wonderful time at Dora and Nabil's place and only wish we could have stayed another few days. The location was extremely convenient for us -- very near the wedding celebration we were attending. We loved the view, watching the ospreys perching on the nearby deck, the trees, sitting on the patio topped with grape vines, and the opportunity to meet our kind and interesting hosts. The apartment was well-appointed and met all of our needs.

We stayed for 2 nights just for a quick relaxing getaway and this was the perfect place! It’s set up like an in-law apartment attached to main house but totally private. Nice view of the Chesapeake Bay from the living/dining room. There’s a patio off the living room, but Nora said we could enjoy the whole yard, which was nice. Stunning sunsets! The apartment is very clean and has all you should need for a comfortable stay. Quiet neighborhood on the water. I would love to return someday 😊

The property had a gorgeous view and is in a quiet neighborhood with a patk just a couple houses down. The hosts were very friendly and eager for us to be comfortable. It stood out to me that the house rules didn't require us to do any of the tasks that have become the norm if you don't stay at a hotel - stripping the sheets, garbage out, dishes cleaned, etc. The hosts' notes specifically said not to worry about that.
We would've been ok with doing the tasks, but it was refreshing to just be guests.

Dorah and Nabil are delightful hosts. There is a small beach about a mile away. Annapolis in a short drive. The rental was what we expected except that we picked a rainy week.

A quiet place in a quiet neighborhood, with a wonderful view of the Chesapeake Bay and the bridge. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, and the local area. Then relaxing in the back yard and watching the sunset over the Chesapeake Bay.
Our place was very clean, and well appointed. We were very comfortable, and had all that we needed to relax and enjoy our stay.

In a capsule...this apt is directly on the bay with a western view (sunsets were fabulous), un-pretentious accommodations, but clean and comfortable. Our hosts were wonderful, and sitting with the man of the house most of the afternoon was a treat. Can't imagine a better place to be when you're visiting Annapolis (which we found interesting, but touristy..and crowded.) Lots of fine dining nearby...and lots of sun and sea at your doorstep.

Unit is attached to occupied house, but your privacy is designed into the space. Great view of the Chesapeake and bridge, close to shopping and restaurants. Floorplan is nice as bedroom is separate from living room/full kitchen. Laid out like a Mother-in-law suite.

If you want a quiet place to stay on Kent Island, this is a great location. It is also close to all local destinations, Annapolis, St. Michael's, etc.

The awe inspiring view of the bay, the lapping of the water, and the wonderful breeze relaxes one as only connections with nature can do! This home offers these to the hilt!
We were on the island for a wedding and this place was perfect, spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed exploring the island's various parks AND driving into Annapolis and exploring.
Great hosts, friendly but maintaining privacy.

We were guests at a wedding held a few miles from Dora’s lovely bayside home. Accommodations were as described but she added special touches-homemade breads made with fruit from her garden, and snacks to tide us over till dinner.
Quiet setting, stunning view of CBB, convenient to all we did the 2 days we were in the Annapolis area.
Hope to return to take in more the area has to offer.

We loved the location on the bay, not too far from restaurants but still quiet & peaceful! A short drive to St. Michael’s & other things to do. Definitely a great spot & Dora was very welcoming! Would stay again.

Morning views of the Chesapeake bay watching the nesting Osprey and ships pass by with coffee and homemade peach bread are all you need. Nice worldly couple made us feel right at home.

I wish we could give 6 or 7 Stars! This property was perfect for us. The apartment was clean and well stocked with anything we needed. The waterfront house offers a view of the Chesepeake across the Bay from Annapolis. The neighborhood is quiet, with lovely homes each pleasantly landscaped, including this one, with the added touch of fruit trees, in bloom.
Dora and Nabil couldn't have been kinder. We enjoyed complete privacy but they were on sight in the main house in the event we needed something (we didn't).
Can't recommend this property enough. Its perfect for a couple looking for a quiet getaway.

My wife and I stayed here this past weekend. Clean, quiet, and excellent views. Really nothing to not like about the place. It is right on the bay with spectacular views and a patio, gazebo, and dock to pick your relaxation spot. We met the owners while staying there and they were kind and friendly. We stayed there for a wedding nearby and would highly recommend this place when visiting Kent Island or Annapolis.

The pictures do not do this apt. justice. This was a very nice, cozy, comfortable place to stay! Views were great. Hosts were pleasant and friendly, but we had our privacy as well! I would highly recommend.

We loved staying in Stevensville VRBO. We were welcomed immediately and had some welcome help with our luggage. The weather on the day we arrived was quite cold, but inside was cozy and warm and quiet. And we had yummy treats waiting for us at the kitchen table. Perfect for my husband and I

This was my second time staying here. Dora Jean and Nabil are always warm and welcoming. The location was just as lovely as I remembered! I love the beautiful views of the water. It was lovely to sit outside and watch the ships sail by. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Excellent Stay
The place was beautiful and exactly as described. Dora and Nabil were so genuinely nice and cordial. We were made to feel at home. We were able to fish at the pier. We caught a few perch and spot. It's early in the year so we didn't expect to catch much more than that. We chose this place because it's 10 minutes from our fishing excursion launched from Kent & Narrows fishing pier. We had excellent fishing there. Such an excellent stay. Would definitely recommend for any couple.
