Neat, cosy, very comfortable cottage, perfect position for exploring the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula. Welcoming hosts who provided everything we needed, as well as a lovely few extras. Would definitely stay here again!

It was just what we needed. Host and hostess friendly and helpful, the room was extremely clean and tidy, bed comfortable. Milk, bread, three kinds of cereal, home-made biscuits and a fruit bowl waiting for us when we arrived. Surrounded by garden and a short walk to the view of the bay. We enjoyed it very much.

Everything about the stay was great. Location, cleanliness, friendliness and comfiness.

What a lovely couple to stay with, despite being a short walk into town we were met at the ferry and given a lift to the cute, comfy little studio. Definitely recommend Little Mussel cafe too, delicious. Thank you for recommendations and Easter treats!

The hosts have thoughtfully equipped and decorated their guest space. It was perfect for our overnight visit to attend a wedding nearby. Beautifully cleaned, neat and tidy. Close to wineries, beach and town a great little get away location for couples. The hosts were such lovely people and incredibly helpful. We had a wonderful, restful week at the cosy bungalow. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Our welcoming and friendly hosts Ian and Denise made sure we had everything we needed to make our holiday enjoyable. We will definitely be back! 😀

Denise was there to check us in to a great property, that included unexpected niceties such as a fancy loaf of fresh bread, condiments and sweets. Denise explained how to use all appliances in the bungalow and was delightful. Meet Ian on the last day and we enjoyed a nice chat, with both he and Denise being perfect hosts. Bed was comfy, telly was huge, nice couch and dining set up. All the little extras were greatly appreciated and topped off a great experience. Quality beverages, fruit, sweets and spreads (some homemade), to name a few. We recommended the bungalow to friends we caught up with at lunchtime after our first night, so impressed we were less than 24 hours after check in. After 3 nights, our recommendation is stronger. We stayed for one night as a stopover on the way back to Mornington Peninsula and chose the location to be close enough to the golf courses and Queenscliff-Sorrento ferry, which were 20 minutes away. The location was nice and quiet and the bungalow is clean and well presented. We were greeted by the host Ian who helped with our luggage and gave a briefing on the facilities and provided helpful local knowledge on dining options. Denise provides some lovely home-made extras (cookies & jams) and the fridge is stocked with all you need for a light continental breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon ensured we could keep the summer heat at bay. The need to park on the street (albeit in a small court) was a negative for us, especially as our car was the only one on the in the court. Overall it was a lovely stay and Ian and Denise were friendly and engaging. If we'd realised how close we were to the Bellarine wineries, we might have considered a longer stay

The property was very clean and very comfortable. A peaceful place. Gorgeous garden and lovely hosts, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We really appreciated the lovely personal touches such as the baked cookies, fresh fruit and loaf of bread. The breakfast supplies were second to none. Thanks so much, we enjoyed our stay very much. Everything about this stay was terrific. A lovely private self contained bungalow with everything you need and just a short walk to get a good coffee. The owners were very welcoming and very accomodating for our needs. Would definitely recommend.

Welcoming, generous hospitality, modern decor, very clean and the fireplace makes it extra homely.

Secluded clean place . Very well equipped . The owners Denise & Ian were very friendly. A very warm welcome with light breakfast , home made cookies and a fully stocked fridge. A warm welcome with an even warmer cosy place. Loved the nice sit out space and the facility of barbecue outside. Highly recommend this to my family and friends.

I have just spent 4 nights at the Cosy Bungalow. What fantastic accomodation! Everything was spotless and well appointed. The moment I arrived, I felt at home. The bungalow had everything including cut up fruit, home made Anzac biscuits, soft towels and a very comfortable bed. Denise and Ian are friendly and caring. I will definitely be back. Denise was fantastic host accomodating us at short notice. The place was perfect and spotless. Only wish we could've stayed long to enjoy it more - there's always next time :)

As accommodation operators looking for a short break the Cosy Bungalow presented us with one of, if not the best short stays we have ever had. We are always on the lookout for ways to improve our own business and the Cosy Bungalow has given us a high standard to meet. Comfortable, stylish and well appointed there is nothing more to say than "Bravo". Welcoming hosts and hospitality beyond our expectation. This is now our firm favorite. We'll be back soon!

Had a lovely stay arrived to a very quaint well equipped bungalow, freshly baked bread and cookies were on the kitchen table and the room very luxurious! Even had foxtel, home away from home.. definitely will book this place when I stay in Portarlington - a big thank you to Denise..

We were booked in here for one night as we were going to a wedding close by. I hadn't put much thought into it because all we needed was somewhere to get ready and a place to crash. What a lovely surprise it was. We now wish we had have stayed more than one night and made a mini holiday of it. The bungalow was so clean and comfortable with many extras. Just beautiful. Location is perfect so close to the Beach, also in a peaceful quiet court but still close enough drive to get to shops etc. I loved how well thought out the bungalow is the small touches to the suite was amazing it felt like a home away from home. The bed was Super comfortable and the breakfast provided 🤤� and fruit super generous. Overall exceeded my expectations, the cleanliness is impeccable and the service from Denise and family was fantastic and both are super friendly and the offered advice on things to do in the area was so helpful. We would definitely return again I would highly recommended this place
