This property at Trailhead is incredible! The beds were so comfortable (had the best sleep of my life), it was fully stocked with games for kids, sleds for the hill right next door, towels for spa/pool, and everything in the kitchen you would ever need (next time I rent here I won't pack my crockpot!). The condo was clean, cozy and we just had an all around amazing stay. We will definitely be back as it's one of my favorites in Winter Park!

This is our third time staying in this condo. It is so comfortable, the kitchen is incredibly well stocked and it feels completely like home. The beds are comfortable as is the family room and the teens love the hot tub/pool common area. Walkable to great restaurants and shops and very close to bus stop to Winter Park ski area. Steve is very responsive. We will be back again!

This was by far one of our best stays in Winter Park! It's close to everything and has plenty of space for everybody to either hang together or has some quiet time. It also has a wonderful kitchen that made us really enjoy staying in and cooking! We hope to go back this summer!

The property was very clean, well stocked and exactly as advertised. Great venue for the Blues Festival at Hideaway Park, Communication with our host was excellent. Only slight complaint was the condition of the pool which did not appear to be clean. This is more of an issue for the HOA.

It was in walking distance to restaurants in Winter Park and a short drive to the slopes. The heated swimming pool was also a big plus. The condo was very comfortable and clean. The host responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a really good stay. Excellent stocked kitchen with all the things we needed and the knives were even sharp! Easy parking, short walk to the hot tub and pool. Thanks!

This place was perfect being centered in Winter Park and close to literally everything. The park across the way for sledding was awesome for the children on our trip…place was Uber clean and if we stayed longer, we would have used the kitchen more. Everything was well appointed.

Comfort and convenience
My family had a great stay. The property is spacious, clean, had everything we could possibly need and then some, and the location is great, right in the heart of town. The park across the street made the trip for our little ones who enjoyed the available sleds and tubes

Amazing accommodations for 5 days
Very comfortable accommodations with extra perks for a family of 3 adults & 2 kids (5 & 11yr old). Extremely clean. The back patio view of Hideaway park & theater stage was nice during the day and night.
The property owner Steve is awesome. Thank you for all information and allowing our family to stay in your 2nd home. We will definitely come back again at anytime during the year. Blessings✨

Wonderful stay
This condo was one of the best rentals we have ever had. The owners were incredibly responsive, it was impeccably clean, and over all we felt very well taken care of while there. The kitchen was stocked with everything and anything you would need. It was a close walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool after skiing but never felt it was crowded. Thank you for the wonderful vacation for my family! We will be back!!

What a great location, and equally great condo to match the location. 3 bedrooms and 3 separate bathrooms made it even better than we could imagine. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay
The facility was perfectly located to the sled park for kids and walking distance to most restaurants and downtown Winter Park.
The house got pretty hot but we just opened windows to help.
Overall stay was excellent and would absolutely book again!

Family ski trip
Beautiful property and well stocked. Beautiful views and close to Winter Park. The property owners are easy to deal with, very prompt with responses to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property! We will definitely stay again.

Awesome place
We loved the condo and the location. The condo was very clean, beds are very comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. Being close to the sledding hill is a great benefit and the hot tub was great after a day of skiing. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need from kitchen items, games and movies. We will definitely stay at this condo again.

Beautiful unit and lots of amenities
We thoroughly enjoyed our ski weekend. The unit was spacious for four adults and four teenagers (3 bed, 3 bath). The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and there was a wide variety of DVDs, a Smart TV and gas fireplace. We enjoyed the hot tub a few times. The location was super convenient. In the mornings, we walked to the bus stop to get to Winter Park base. Hopefully we can rent this unit again for future ski weekends.

Winter Park Wonder!!
Great location! Furnishings and bedding great and very comfortable. Loved the stocked kitchen- we cooked and felt at home as foodies! Kids loved the sledding hill directly across from the condo. Steve was great from the start! Excellent communication the entire stay! First time to Winter Park and it was wonderful- the condo was the perfect place to access all the area. Thank you for sharing your home with our family. Happy New Year!!

Winter Wonderland!
This condo is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is stocked with nice cookware, spices, and basics. We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas ski vacation that was enhanced by the location of this property. The park across the street provided an ongoing winter scene of people sledding, playing and walking dogs. The holiday decorations were beautiful too. We walked to Beavers Ski Rentals, Deno’s for dinner and the local grocery for a few items.
We’d love to stay here again in the future!

Great Condo
The condo was great! Very clean, enough space for our family, had everything we needed for our stay. Short drive for food and groceries and short drive for skiing. Shuttle was a short walk but we chose to drive.

Perfect Condo
The condo was very clean, very well equipped and well furnished! The mattresses were very comfortable. The clubhouse is just across the parking lot and the park was just across the street. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. It met all of our needs and the owner was very responsive with all my questions. We will return!
