Victory Ranch was the base for our Thanksgiving get together and it did not disappoint! The kitchen has double ovens, large island and is well equipped. We seated 20 inside easily and could have done another 20 out. There are a variety of bedroom layouts to accommodate different groups of people - family, friends, cousins, etc. The backyard is really the highlight of this property. The views and hot tub in the winter are heavenly. I've traveled a fair amount across the globe and stayed at some pretty ritzy places and include Victory Ranch in the top 5 places I've ever stayed. The owner, property manager are a pleasure. Thanks for making this place available.

I am a regular user of VRBO and this was the most outstanding home we have ever experienced. From the property itself, to the neighborhood, to the amazing owner, everything was perfect. The owner, Kristi, began communication early on and followed up regularly. We traveled to Arizona to celebrate a 25th anniversary with friends and once Kristi knew that, she was extremely helpful in planning - she offered restaurant ideas, travel assistance, and even put up a celebration banner and picture for us ahead of our arrival. We've stayed with terrific owners before, but Kristi tops them all!!!! The view, space, cleanliness, and layout of the home was excellent. Things like grocery stores are handy, and we really enjoyed how quickly we could get to a number of hiking spots. This home and owner will not disappoint you!!!!

I can’t say enough about this place. We utilized it as our grand central for a destination wedding. Perfect place to host guests, wonderful accommodations and a beautiful view. Amenities were super and the kitchen is well stocked. The house manager, Kristy, was a dream to work with. Was there throughout the process to ensure we had the perfect experience! 100% recommend this property to any group looking to celebrate a special moment or just want to get together and have some fun!

Out of state wedding guest stopped by and all found the home and view from the backyard breathtaking! We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Phoenix area!

This was an amazing house to stay in. The property manager was in constant communication with us. The owner found out that it was my daughters birthday and came to the house with a gift for her! That is just beyond personal touch. We loved it!

A very smooth experience

The Fountain Hills “resort” was a fabulous place for my family of 18. We had people ranging in age from 7-90!! We barely left the house b/c there was so much space to hang out and fun things to do with swimming in the heated pool, the jacuzzi, the pool table, and the putting green. We cooked in every night and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment and spices/seasonings. We absolutely loved the house and all the amenities. Had a lovely week!!!!! The hosts were available to us anytime as well which was super helpful. We would highly recommend the Fountain Hills “resort” 😊

I could go on and on about this property but I will try to keep it short. There as a group of 20 of us, ranging from 18 months and up! When we pulled up, I was amazed by the double entrance, HUGE driveway. I also appreciated how far back the house was set from the street, which provides a ton of privacy. The neighborhood is quiet, I don't think we ever saw any other people and very minimal traffic goes by the house. Be sure to walk over to the botanical garden just a few blocks away and hike on the beautiful trails there! My favorite room was the game room, our family spent the majority of our time in this room! The room is massive so even when all 20 of us were in there, it never felt crowded. Also loved that you could close the double doors to the game room so that noise didn't travel throughout the house at night. The pool is zero entry which was phenomenal since we had little ones with us, they could sit in the shallow end and splash around! The pool was WARM which was helpful since it was chilly outside during our stay. There are plenty of inflatables in the garage as well--just be careful if it gets windy, the inflatables can fall over the edge! Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to cook. Keurig and regular old coffee maker as well. I loved the master bedroom that is over on the side of the house with the other bedrooms; it was very private, large closet, LARGE bedroom and attached bathroom with HUGE shower. The other bedrooms on this wing have dedicated bathrooms, but they are not attached to the bedrooms. Same with the other "master" that is off of the kitchen on the other side of the house, there is a bathroom but it is not accessible through the bedroom. There are plenty of TVs in the house but no streaming devices, so plan to bring one if you need access to streaming services. Best part of this property, the manager Kristi!! She was ALWAYS available via text when needed and helped us beyond words when we had a bit of a rental car snafu. I loved this house and everything it provided to give us an amazing family vacation! I'm not sure you could find a better spot.

Words can not describe how amazing this property is. The grounds were beautiful & not to mention the views. Kristi was the hands the best property manager. Just a phone call away literally, I call she answer immediately. I can't wait until my next stay @ this property. Im hooked!!

This place exceeded expectations, stayed with a bachelor party of 9 people and everybody was comfortable throughout the house. Kristi was truly the best host with communication and setup,etc. would recommend this place to anybody, between the space and the views of the backyard, we’ll worth it. Thanks Triple R ranch

We had an excellence that stay at the Triple R Ranch. The house is amazing, we spent a lot of time at the property, enjoying the pool, hot tub and outstanding entertainment room. I would highly recommend this location for a trip to relax or big golf trip with friends. There is a ton of room in the house to entertain in any way you would want. On top of all that, Kristi is an absolute joy to work with as she will answer any of your questions to make your stay a true 5 star!

Great place to stay. Nineteen in our group Ages 3 to 79. Plenty of room, has something for everyone . Location and views excellent, Kristi responded quickly with questions about alexia, and driving directions. Would highly recommend.

Even better than the pictures! This place was spacious, but still connecting for our family with everything that you would need for a home away from home. The house manager was attentive, making the entire process very easy. We had an absolute blast here!

The property was located in an extremely high end community of Fountain Hills. As soon as we drove into the driveway, we were both in awe and were so excited to see the property. It was the most lovely place inside and out! And the views off the negative edge pool! Absolutely breathtaking! Kristi was a pleasure to talk to and everything was seamless! She was always available 24/7! We would love to come back!!
