Renting any condo from Your Friends at the Beach is always an excellent stay... they are clean, stocked, up to date condos. We even met the owners of the condo we stayed in and were super nice and welcoming as well. Gorgeous weather and always love the beach and pool. The condo was great! The pictures are very accurate and the kitchen is very well equipped. We rented chairs and umbrellas for the week which is very helpful because of the steep stairs. Great communication with the agency and a wonderful welcome with wine, beach towel and pool cups. We’ll be back!!

We were looking for an easy place to get into and out of on the first floor, no hassle to the beach or pool, nice and updated and enough room for 2 adults and 4 teenagers and we found the right place. It is stocked very well, that you don’t need to bring things that you normally do like cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, coffee filters etc... before we arrived, I inquired about a tea kettle and they actually went and bought a new electric one that was waiting for us when we arrived! We used it a lot for our coffee press and teas. Our kids were relaxed and off pf their phones- swimming, biking and enjoying the beach. It is also so close to restaurants and ice cream, that we could walk. We only got in the car a couple of times to run errands, but other than that, we could have stayed longer than a week and just relaxed more! I would stay here again without hesitation. It was the exact property that I have been seeking after years of experience in 30A learning what we like and don’t like.

One of the most beautiful condos we’ve stayed in (and we come to Santa Rosa often) with great access to the beach and pools. It had very comfortable beds and was stocked with everything you’d need. We always had quick responses to every question and they were very easy to work with! Only issues we had were: -the oven/stove not working properly. (I have dietary issues so I need a working kitchen and cooking was difficult. They said the part to fix it wasn’t in yet.) -there were roaches (they did send exterminators after we left) These 2 things would be something I’d want to know about when looking for a condo for a week!

We spent fall break here - the condo was beautiful and we loved the location. The nice walk out patio overlooked the pool and we ate lunch out there every day. The Adagio is a great complex for families - several other families we knew were there and all the kids enjoyed each other and could run back and forth to the pool and beach and condos. Great vacation!

We noticed that there were some beach toys/accessories. We appreciated that. We even bought a few new things and added them to the collection (paying it forward). The carpets and tile were cleaned the day we arrived. I'm sure it's a hassle planning maintenance when the season is so long. It's nice to have clean carpets, but it caused such a moisture issue for the first 4 days we were there. All our clothes seemed damp from the extra humidity.
Loved having an ice maker separate from the refrigerator. I think we will forever be spoiled!! Really liked the beach and different pool choices we had at the Adagio. Lots of space. Feels like an all-inclusive without the pool boy!

It’s beautiful inside and laid out with plenty of room for a family of 4-8 to stay comfortably. The pool is amazing, hot tub is great and during the Fall/Winter the pool overlooking the beach is heated. I even had a chance to workout this trip in the gym. Plus you can’t beat the ease of walking out to the gorgeous white soft sand and the incredible blue green Emerald Coast water at the beach.The Adagio is someplace I’ve been to at least 10 times and staying with Your Friend at the Beach is the icing on the cake. They are professional, quick to respond and set up the condo every time, as if my first time. Their app is easy to use and full of detailed information. I would highly recommend staying at both the Adagio and with Your Friend at the Beach for your stay. One last mention, it’s perfectly located from plenty to do and it is a little less crowded on 30A. It’s just a special area and you’ll fall in love, just like we have. Enjoy your trip, it’s totally worth it.

Just wished I would’ve found this place sooner! Everything was great from booking to departure. The location is perfect! We enjoyed biking around and taking in the beauty of 30A. We loved being poolside with just a quick walk to the beach. The condo was clean and abundant with anything you could possibly need during a vacation.
