This is a beautiful property, the listing represents the home very accurately. Many spaces to relax, gorgeous and well stocked kitchen, with numerous appliances and a double oven. Wet bar and second fridge on the first floor. The primary bedroom was specious, with loads of storage and a large en-suite bath, with jetted tub. The beach decor through out the home was lovely. There are many sand chairs, a beach cart and boogie boards to use. We enjoyed the numerous outdoor decks for cocktails and cards. Amy was so quick to respond and was easy and professional. Our only suggestion, would be some heavier black out drapes in the primary bedroom, the security spot light from the fire house in the rear shone pretty brightly into the room. Other than that tiny issue, our stay was memorable for a adult family of 8. Thank you Amy

My partner and I stayed at Amy's house for a week in June, and loved it. Amy was extremely responsive, polite, and helpful. She's not just trying to make a quick buck off an unused house. She is genuinely trying to create a comfortable, welcoming experience for her guests. The house is awesome. We loved that it's a single-family, so you don't have to worry about noisy upstairs neighbors or anything like that. It was very clean, well-stocked, and spacious. We loved the proximity to the waterfront. We walked to and from the boardwalk 2-3 times each day it was so convenient. I would recommend this house without any hesitation at all. In fact, it will be difficult for us to stay anywhere else on the South Jersey shore now. : )

Amy was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was very nice, the beds were comfortable and the whole situation was very family friendly.

We stayed for a week in August, 4 adults and 4 childrens. We loved the location of the house that was a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Lot of space in all the rooms. Having beach chairs available for us was a nice attention! Amy was a great host, always available when we had questions.

Amy's place was warm, spacious and very clean. It had all of the things that we needed for a comfortable vacation. If we had any questions, she was very quick to respond.

There was 8 of us, two families. 5 adults and 2 teenagers (14) and 1 child (11). House was beautiful and spacious. Had all amenities that we needed. We cooked a couple of times in the week. Plenty of pots and pans, utensils etc. game room was enjoyable. We had a ping pong tourney which was fun. The family room was spacious enough for the family to sit around the table to play board games. And watch tv. Air conditioning was strong and cool. Nice when coming back from a hot day at the beach. Plenty of beach supplies to use. Chairs, boogie boards, etc. laundry machines were great and conveniently located. Amy, the host, was very attentive and easy to communicate with.

We visited for my daughter’s birthday. Girls love the gigantic couch to rest after their day at the beach and boardwalk. Walking distance to both and other restaurants and stores. Easy to get to and off street parking and garage made it very easy to park and unload. Beds and pillows super comfy. Kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils and kitchenware. We had a wonderful time!

We stayed at this beautiful spacious property for my daughter's wedding at the Windrift in Avalon. The location was perfect only a short drive to the venue. The house was everything we had hoped for to accommodate our size family. We had plenty of room to spread out comfortably. It had all the comforts of home. Only a short walk to the beach and beach chairs were provided which is a add bonus! Amy was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking in this area or surrounding areas. You won't be disappointed!

We had such an amazing time on our long weekend getaway with our family. Our children, nieces, and nephews are older 17+ (only one 17 yr old). They really enjoyed the ping pong table, gaming system and their privacy on the 1st floor. The adults basically were on the 2nd floor for our time. There is a large kitchen table which seats 20 and also a morning island nook which seats 6. There are 3 decks off the house and the rooms (especially the master)are beautiful. Come check out this gem! They have everything you need even for a younger family including beach toys, chair, grill, strollers, and the list goes on. It is a definent must come back to.

Overall was a pleasant weekend. Close to the convention center. Was in contact with owner and always quick response and very accommodating.

I don’t know where to start. Everything was perfect!! Amy was wonderful throughout our stay, always a phone call or text away. The house was BEAUTIFUL and fully equipped with anything you could think of. My family and I created beautiful memories there for the holiday.

This property is one of, if not the best, I've stayed in while visiting Wildwood, NJ. The house is in excellent shape, beds are comfortable, tons of space to entertain friends or family, and CLEAN. The location of this house is quiet but only three blocks from the boardwalk and beach, so you get the best of both worlds. Amy was an amazing hostess and very quick to respond to all questions you can have. She also had a notebook with all kinds of information inside, from the best places to have dinner to the free concert schedule. She shows you she goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best you can have. Thank you again!

This was the perfect home for a weekend getaway with friends. The home was impeccably maintained with lots of space indoors and outdoors. We loved the large living area with a huge couch and open kitchen concept. The owner is extremely helpful and communicates everything. When we were getting ready to leave, my sister said "make sure you leave a 5 star review." We all were blown away with this home!

My family and I loved the home, very clean and updated. We loved the master bedroom and bath. The kitchen layout was perfect for my family and the kids enjoyed going down to the first level to play. Amy was a pleasure to communicate with and the beach was a short walk. Thank you Amy!

We really enjoyed our stay here! House is very nice, roomy & welcoming for our family of 9! We easily could have had 12 people comfortably. Amy (owner) hospitality was top notch! Can contact her anytime with quick response. We will be back again...hopefully before next summer! Definitely a great place to stay!

This was a well appointed, large, clean, lovely property with offstreet parking in an excellent location. It is nice to have an alternative to the typical Wildwood lodging options!

This house is amazing! From the very beginning Amy made us feel welcome with communication as soon as we booked. Everything we could possibly need and then some was already provided, which saved us so much space when packing the car. We traveled with 5 kids, age range from 7 to 9 months so knowing the property had toys, a few pack-n-plays as well as a baby gate was very comforting. Once we walked into the house, it was everything a beach house should be. The tiny details from the decor leading all the way up to the glassware was perfect. The downstairs play area was ideal when the kids got a little to loud, giving the adults some “quiet” time upstairs. On the rainy day, the couch was ideal for family movie time. It was so large, the whole family could fit comfortably! The welcome book Amy provided was very helpful and useful as it has takeout menus, local restaurants, as well as some local information. As previous guests have stated, it is a bit of a walk to the beach and boards, however it was a great to get all the extra energy out with the kiddos when they enjoyed the treats a little to much :) there was so much comfort knowing we didn’t have to fight for a parking spot for my family as the garage and driveway provided plenty of space. The highlight for us was knowing we could enjoy the fireworks on the balcony. Yes, some of them were blocked from the other homes, but we were able to catch a few while the kiddos were asleep. I cannot wait until next summer to book this property again!!

Amy has provided an excellent home for a vacation at the beach. The only drawback of any kind was the distance to the beach. However, in the long run, it is healthy to enjoy the walk. Amy has provided a beach cart which makes the walk much more enjoyable. We could have gone without umbrellas, chairs, wave boards, etc. as plenty of each are available. I would highly recommend booking with Amy, she truly cares about her people and being sure that everything is satisfactory to her guests. She is prompt in remedying any problems, of which we only had one. You can't go wrong if you book with Amy! Gary

This place was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures don’t do it justice. We had a group of 7 people and had more than enough room for everybody. The house is split into two floors, each having their own TVs, full-sized refrigerators, bathrooms, and more. (Everything you could possibly need!) The place also has a ping pong table, multiple outdoor seating areas/balconies with plenty of chairs, two large TVs with one of them having surround sound built into the ceilings/walls, a newly renovated kitchen/new appliances, 6 beds, very comfortable couches, and more. We unfortunately had some bad weather towards the end of our trip, but were more than happy to stay in and enjoy the house. With weather often being unpredictable, this is a place you can rely on! In addition, the location is great. Short walk to the beach/boardwalk, tons of great restaurants / activities in the area, a 24/7 Wawa right around the corner, and much more. Last, but definitely not least, the host is one of the most pleasant I’ve ever dealt with. As someone who travels quite frequently throughout the year, I’ve dealt with my fair share of hosts, but Amy is by far one of the nicest and most responsive I’ve ever interacted with. All our questions and needs were immediately met, she goes out of her way to make recommendations and ensure that you have everything you need, and more. 5 stars all around. A must-stay location that we’d definitely pick again if we’re back in the area!
