This home was exactly as described in the listing. BUT, it was over the top and exceeded our expectations. The furnishing were extremely comfortable,. The mattresses were heavenly as well as the sheets and comforters, The kitchen was stocked for a huge gathering. There was nothing we needed. Quality of the cook wear again, exceeded our expectations. There were notes in places like: please clean the bottom of your shoes when coming in from the beach as the sand has lots of tar. Wipes and scrubbing brush were provided in the entry. We hung out in the game room upstairs as that was where the main TV was. We did play pool and air hockey. We did not use any of the beach toys or bikes provided, but there were lots of them. It was nice to have the office manager on sight (she lives on the 1st floor in an apartment) No stones unturned in this home. It's a 10!

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved this house! It is very clean, spacious, and well stocked! We loved cooking our meals in the kitchen and outdoor grill, drinking our morning coffee from the deck, and playing pool in evenings. It is just a short walk to the beautiful beach where we enjoyed spectacular sunsets. We really appreciated use of the bikes, beach chairs, and beach towels. We highly recommend this property!

This house was great for our family. Would love to do it again. A little but if a walk for the grandparents but the drive was not to far to the harbor.

The house has everything you need. The instructions for everything are very clear. It is a minute walk to the beach and everything works to perfection. Do not hesitate to save the money and book this place a block up from the beach. It is definitely worth it.

We loved this house! It had a nice layout, plenty of beds, pool table and ping pong table were awesome, great kitchen, and great grill upstairs.

We had a great time. The house was very clean. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds were super comfy. Great water pressure. The house was well stocked. The kids loved the top floor with all the entertainment!! We barbecued and ate out on the back deck. While we were eating we watched a tug boat pull in a cargo vessel. Beach is clean and not crowded. We were able to see the cutest sea lions. Neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend this property!! Loved it!!!

This is a beautiful home located right across from the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with every item you need. The ourdoor BBQ had all the utensils needed to grill. Very spacious for out group of 7. The property manager, Jessica, was very nice and responsive. We utilized the beach cruisers and it was so much fun! I also recommend the tavern on the corner. They have several local craft beers on tap!! We loved our stay!!

It was easy to snuggle in and feel at home. We loved the back porch with the grill. We played games and laughed a lot. Very close to the beach. 1 mile from a small harbor with a lot of sea lions. It was a short stay but we made some wonderful memories. Grocery store was about 5 min drive away

The condo was great, clean, spacious and well stocked. The kids loved the gaming room and we adults enjoyed the view of the incoming ships from the deck. The neighborhood was very quiet. We really loved staying here.

We were in So Cal to visit friends and family but didn’t want to stay with family. This beach house was perfect!! Not only was it beautiful, but it had all the amenities we could want. We all loved playing air hockey and ping pong, enjoyed sitting on either deck for meals or to relax. We used the bikes to ride around the town, explored the beach and had fun watching the sea lions by the marina. Both mark (owner) and Jessica (on-site manager) we’re very responsive, even letting us know the home was ready early. Would love to come back next time we visit family.

I stayed here for two weeks with my two adult sons for a chilled holiday. We used this wonderful property as a base for day trips and for time spent on the beach and other outdoor activities. The house was immaculately clean and had every amenity necessary for our stay. Jessica who lives downstairs was very pleasant and on hand to answer any queries. The bikes, boogie boards and beach chairs available were great as were the pool table and other entertainment facilities. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood with very easy access to lovely and very quiet beach. Would highly recommend this house.

The House is in a nice location, just a little walk from the beach. Beach is great, clean, great water and dolphins and seals every day. The house is very clean with almist everything you need. BBQ works great and outdooeseating is nice, too. Plenty of beach stuff we only mist an umbrella. Would stay again, super communication with host. Thank you!

5 of us Women from my Family, 4 Sisters and 1 Cousin enjoyed a week in this very Comfortable, peaceful, beautiful beach house. 4 of us want to rent it again next year along with another Cousin too. :-)

We enjoyed our stay here. Home was clean and well stocked. Had everything we needed. My wife enjoyed her morning coffee on the deck. Very quiet neighborhood. Back deck has a nice gas grill and eating area. Worked great for searing our steaks. Jessica was quick to respond to any questions we had. They even had back pack style chairs to take to beach. I didn't even know those existed. Highly recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the beach house! Everything was exactly as described in VRBO app. Beach access and all the toys provided. Spacious with game room and 2 balconies. Definitely recommend this home for your get away.

The beach house was very roomy and had a good selection of games, books, puzzles. The kitchen was well stocked. A short walk to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay again.

We had a group of 4 guys meet up for playing and watching tennis (PAC 12 Tennis Championships in Ojai) for 5 days and we really enjoyed our stay. Clean, quiet location close to Oxnard and 40 minutes from Ojai. Access was easy, everything was in working order.
