Ongoing construction happening. Unsure of where the office was initially and if I needed to “check in and check out.” The office manager didn’t seem to care. The owner left keys and parking permit as she told me they would be. The condo was neat and clean. The king bed sagged quite a lot. Overall satisfied with the stay and view. It was an easy walk to the beach.

We had a great time in NSB. The condo was located in a great place. We loved waking up next to the ocean.

Property has alot of work happening, one elevator was broke down. Very poor parking, they did have a parking garage but it was ill lit and was a hike to the entrance. The plaster was coming off the ceiling at entrance and it is very dirty. The condo itself was nicely decorated and very clean. The bathroom in the second bedroom was slow draining. The kitchen was well stocked although we did not use it. The screen off the sliding door needs repaired. If I had known before hand about the construction I would have booked elsewhere. This was a birthday gift to my daughter. The property is ocean front and after all the repairs are completed it will be a great place to stay.

This condo is incredibly well appointed full of dishes pots pans beach chairs towels toys boogie boards really well kept the balcony and view were incredible the pool was lovely this is the peaceful side of the beach with great walking and incredible place to sit absolutely recommend !!! And only fivexminutes drives from all the action on Flagler in downtown some new Smyrna also owner was incredibly responsive and helpful and kind totally recommend!

We absolutely loved our time at NSB. We’ve stayed at Sunrise Condos several times over the years. This condo was the best and perfect for us. Plenty of room for my son’s family of 5 and I. The condo itself has been completely remodeled. We loved the nook off the dining room. It was perfect for my son’s business calls. We loved the tasteful decorating throughout! Very impressed with how well stocked everything was. Plenty of kitchen gadgets—pots, pans, crock pot, tools enough to prepare a feast. Dinnerware a plenty so we could load the dishwasher and not run out of dishes by night’s end. Lots of towels for bath and beach. They have several beach chairs and even boogie boards for the kids. We will book again. The only downside to our week was the elevators. One was broken all week. There were signs notifying patrons to not hold the doors open on the working one. On the last evening in the condo we invited local friends for dinner. As we were returning to the condo, we waited several minutes for the elevator and decided to walk up the stairs as it appeared that the elevator stopped working. Once in the condo, we realized that my son and one of our friend’s little ones were missing. A telephone call to my son confirmed that the two of them were stuck in the elevator. Thankfully he had his phone on him and had called 911. About 45 minutes later the fire department was able to free them. Even with this little bit of drama we would definitely book again! The owner was very attentive and answered email questions promptly.

The property was clean, comfortable and felt like home. Quick walk to the stairs to the beach, pool and lots of yummy restaurants and shopping nearby. We enjoyed shelling, boogie boarding, sitting on the beach and swimming in the heated pool. Owner is a wonderful host and I'd love stay at this property with my family again soon! Host had beach chairs and boogie boards for use as well as ample bath and beach towels. Kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to feed our family. Dishwasher and in-condo laundry made our trip easy. I am missing the sound of the ocean already!!

This was our first visit to New Smyrna Beach, and we loved it! The condo was just as shown in the pictures.. The decor was modern, and we felt right at home. The view was amazing. The kitchen was well-stocked and met our needs. There were plenty of towels and washcloths, and there were also plenty of beach chairs and towels. We would definitely stay in this place again!The beach was great for walking. and enjoying sun!There were lots of great restaurants to eat at in the area. A couple of our favorites were Norwood’s Treehouse and Corkscrew Bar & Grille. We also played golf at 4 courses, Cypress Head (our favorite), New Smyrna Golf Club, Venetian Bay and Hidden Lakes. We enjoyed all 4 courses! There were several courses that were in 20-40 minute proximity.

We had a wonderful time. There was every thing we could possibly need available there. Pool was beautiful and weather was amazing for Feb. only issue was the daytime construction (jack- hammering). We were out and about for much of each day so it didn’t really affect us but it was very loud. Other than that- we Loved New Smyrna and this rental!

This property was beautifully kept and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

This is a lovely condo. Very well equipped! I noticed that they are doing construction to fix the balconies of other condos, sign in the elevator says it will be noisy, but that did not happen during our stay. Wonderful no drive section of the beach with a fabulous sandbar in the afternoons...great for children!

Everyone at the condo was very friendly, and we loved the pool area and beach! My only comment would be to be forewarned of the construction going on. Lots of jackhammering. 😳�

Everything you would ever need was in unit, beds comfortable, clean, very nice towels, very nice leather chairs, original artwork, easy access to beach, garage. The only negative was the complex was in a redo, so construction equipment, noise was constant during work week, from both our building and both complex’s around us. Jackie was always in contact with us, a pleasure to work with

This unit was great, very comfortable,lots of dishes,cooking gear. Plenty of beach towels etc. Jackie was very easy to correspond with . The view of beach is one of the best we have seen, almost on top of the beach. People were very friendly. Plenty of activities if you choose. My husband enjoyed joining in on golf and cards. Great place.

We had such a wonderful time at the Sunrise! It was a beautiful condo and full of everything we needed to cook for our family, beach towels, toys, etc. The beds were super comfortable and the view was perfect! We could see our kids swimming while we sat on the deck and enjoyed the view of the ocean. It was very family friendly! Jackie was a dream to work with, and was very responsive if we needed anything! It was perfect! We already booked our stay for next year! cant wait!!!!!

Everything from finding this property, to booking it, to corresponding to the owner was very easy. The condo, building, and grounds are beautiful and clean. We were so pleased with our entire stay and hope to go back next year!

For anyone who loves to cook, you're in good shape here! Jackie was very responsive to all inquiries. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully decorated Condo very comfortable and certainly well equipped. The owner was very efficient and very pleasant to deal with. The balcony is ocean front with great views. The property manager, Jill, was very friendly, easy to deal with and very accommodating. The building, grounds and pool are very lovely and well maintained. The covered garage is a definite plus.There was a problem with the shared WiFi throughout the building but we understood that this is going to be resolved. Yes we would recommend this property for a beautiful ocean front vacation.

New Smyrna Beach has always been a special vacation location for our family. We had never stayed at Sunrise until this past July. The condo was very nice. We had 5 adults for the week and we were all very comfortable with the unit. The photographs that were displayed on VRBO were exactly as the unit was portrayed. The view from our balcony on the second floor was perfect. Early morning sunrises and sunsets were captured on film. We will definitely book again from Jackie. She was very helpful and worked very hard to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

The condo was had a welcome feel and was perfect for our family (parents with 2 teenagers). The ocean and pool were beautiful and easy to access. We loved the two balconies (one screened in) to sit and look out at the ocean. The condo was equipped for everything we needed including kitchen items. There were nice but reasonably-priced restaurants nearby. The other condo residents were friendly too. We'll definitely be back!

All of the reviews before mine are exactly right : This is a great and fun place to vacation. The condo was lovely, clean, warm and nicely decorated with a spectacular oceanfront and large swimming pool view. The kitchen had everything that you needed. There were lots of beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards that we could use. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The whole condo complex was also very clean and well manicured. And, the owner, was super nice. We hope to go back soon!

We just got back from a week in this fantastic condo. We have been to NSB several times, and this was our favorite place to stay. The condo unit itself is comfortable, clean, and very well stocked. The view of the ocean is magnificent. The owners have done everything to ensure a great vacation. The building is well maintained, with pleasant staff. The location is perfect - no drive beach but closer to restaurants and Flagler Ave than most no-drive condos. Although we did not have our children with us, this would have been a fun and easy place to enjoy a family vacation. The owners were easy to work with, and courteous and professional in every way. I wish we could have stayed all summer!
