This condo was exquisite! Loved that we could bring along our little doggie too. For a pet friendly rental, there were zero signs of previous pets. Perfectly clean! Loved it!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is above the building's commercial mechanical equipment so the noise was loud 24 hrs a day. It was hard to sit on the balcony and carry on a conversation.The elevator is in an open vestibule and accessed through by the restaurant nearby. They roll their trash through the vestibule and trash leaks, waiting for the elevator is like standing next to the dumpster. And the restaurant's workers sleep on the bench near the elevator so you have to see and smell that all day.The property should not be listed as pet friendly. We were charged to clean the slip covers and they had to really zoom in to capture the few dog hairs that were there. The slip covers should be washed as we noticed them unclean when we arrived. While we were there someone came into the unit while my wife and I were out but our teenagers were there. Our sons called us to say there was someone in the unit. We were not notified in advance and have never had this happen when renting, it was very unprofessional. The Unit in general was very average. There were only a few utensils, for example, no pizza knife which I haven't seen at a beach property. Most of the cabinet space is empty, it felt like a low end rental unit. I agree with the other reviews we've read that the second bedroom is really an office. The bed is very stiff, only appropriate for children. And to put your clothes under the bed is very inconvenient given the bed is practically up against the wall.We have rented in this area 15 times over the past 20 years and have never been charged for damages. Exclusive 30A has made false claims about stains, I would stay away from renting with them.We will not be staying in this unit or renting from Exclusive 30A again.

Great condo in central location of Water Color and close to all pool amenities and all the excitement Water Color and Seaside has to offer.

We absolutely adored our stay in Watercolor at this condo! The location was absolutely fantastic, situated just across the street from the beach club and within close proximity to numerous shops and delightful restaurants. The condo itself was spacious and offered a great layout. While it would benefit from some repairs and updates, these minor issues did not detract from our overall enjoyment. The cushions on the furniture had a few tears, the french door leading to the patio wouldn't lock properly, and the cabinets showed signs of wear. However, we found the management company to be incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any questions we had. The only slight drawback we experienced was the placement of the community dumpster, which unfortunately was picked up before 6 am every day during our stay. Despite this minor inconvenience, our time at the condo was truly memorable and we cherish the wonderful memories we made there.

Great location, friendly staff, nice accommodations. Only complaint was how small the second bedroom was (only a bed fits in there)and it was just off the kitchen so it was easy to wake people up in the morning by accident . Perhaps I didn't appreciate that on the description or photos, but that didn't seem clear on the website. Decks were nice and the bikes coming with the property were great. The Doors to the back deck were not working properly, but nothing that decreased the fun. Overall a great spot and property.

We loved our stay at this condo! First, the condo’s location is great - a short stroll to downtown Seaside and even closer to Watercolor. Second, the property manager was so helpful and accommodating. They even dropped off an extra wrist band to us during the middle of our stay, and they were always available by text to ask questions. The condo was as charming as could be, in excellent condition, and well stocked. We loved being able to include our dog in our vacation, as well. Having access to the amenities of Watercolor, including the Beach Club and Camp Watercolor, made our vacation even more fun and special. We can’t wait to visit again! A hallmark of a good time is when you’re already looking at dates to book again, and we are doing that now!

This was a great location for restaurants, shopping, the beach & trails. The extra queen bed was perfect to host friends who stopped in for the weekend.

We had a great stay for our wedding weekend! It was so beautiful and the area was ideal. Great for walking, close to shops/beaches and a pleasant walk to Seaside!

This unit was very clean, comfortable and in the perfect location. We loved Watercolor and very close by Seaside. I wasn't sure exactly where to stay as we are not from the area, but I think we were lucky to pick the perfect spot.

Great location, good for 2 adults and maybe 1 child…….the second “bedroom” is extremely small and if you close the doors it’s claustrophobic, luckily there was a box fan for ventilation.

The only comment I have is to replace window blinds

It was a great location and the place was clean and perfect. The noise at night between the AC units and the restaurant beside us was very loud. It was hard to stay asleep between all the noises. The mornings you can expect to hear the trash truck beeping every day.

Great accommodations long weekend during 30A Songwriters Festival. Clean, well stocked with the essentials and conveniently located. Shutters came lose and banged one night in a storm but other than that it was a pleasant. Looks like they are doing some repairs to the exterior of the bldg but did not negatively impact our visit
