WOW! We had such a nice time. We were a group of friends looking for a relaxing trip. The point down by the cabana was just beautiful. We also enjoyed looking at the water from the pool, it was calming. We hired Chef Romeo to come into the home and cook for us a couple times. He was simply amazing. So pleasant to work with, his food and presentation was so perfect for us (I honestly wish he could have come to our own home). What a kind, knowledgeable guy! Spa To Go for in home massages. What professionals they are! Great way to relax! The beach area is nice but getting into the water is tough, so make sure to have sturdy water shoes. The water for us was a little "rough" but we watched for lower tides and made the best of it. Beautiful property and very well taken care of. Highly recommend for R&R. If looking for beach swimming, its a little rough

Beautiful home, great views, very responsive property manager.

This is a wonderful property with a perfect outdoor area. Great pool and a large enough yard that the grandkids could run around and explore. The rooms are large and well appointed. The fully stocked kitchen and media room were highlights. This is, by far, the best place I've stayed in a very long time. The walk to Sapphire Beach which we did everyday to enjoy the wonderful beach, great restaurants and bars is really only possible by walking around a stony point in the water. That route takes just a few minutes. The walk along the main road is not a good option as it's much longer and a bit dangerous, especially at night. This place is really perfect.

We planned a trip to St Thomas to include 11 family members ages 1-70. This house was PERFECT! Booking and communication before the trip was great. We were delayed a bit coming into St Thomas due to weather but the property managers were patient and met us at the house when we got there a couple hours late. The house was exactly as described in the VRBO post. It was laid out well and allowed for meals and fun times together inside and out. However, if someone wanted to have quiet time or take a nap, the bedrooms were off to the side of the main house and allowed for quiet privacy even if others were still awake, which was nice. The view from the house was spectacular and the waterfront perfect for catching sunrise and sunset. The snorkeling off the beach is beautiful but if the current is strong or the waves big, the rocks at the beachfront make it a bit difficult to get in and out. We all had water shoes though and it was fine! The location of the house was perfect. Just a few minutes to Red Hook, Sapphire Beach, and Lindquist Beach. We did have rental cars which was nice for a large party. We could get in and travel anywhere on the island or take the car ferry without needing a taxi. We wanted to do this vacation to have wonderful family memories together as life often keeps us busy and spread apart. This house sure did allow for fun and sun and togetherness and memories that we get to hold on to for a long time! I hope we can go back someday to make more memories!

12 of us spent a wonderful week with room for all. Walk down the lawn to snorkel or fish, play in the pool, relax on the veranda - we did it all. Great restaurants nearby and beaches with activities for everyone. We all hated to leave.

We enjoyed our stay so much several years ago that we decided to bring our friends along this time. We/they were not disappointed. We all enjoyed the large areas that allowed everyone to have their own space when needed. We enjoyed the snorkeling and the pool area. The kitchen is plenty big enough to prepare meals for 10+ without issue! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Awesome Villa, this place will not disappoint, it is just as nice, if not better, than all the pictures. We were a party of 10 adults, all had plenty of room. The care takers were quick to answer any and all questions. And yes you need water shoes to get in the water. Grandkids had blast, Pool is fantastic. I would not recommend renting a car, we spent a lot of time at the Villa. Grounds are clean and well maintained, Believe me when I say it's all there, it is. The most beautiful home imaginable, on the most beautiful property, including a private beach, make for a perfect vacation! The host and property managers were friendly and extremely responsive to all of our needs. I can't think of anything we were wanting for. Simply amazing!

We booked this gorgeous estate for our 35th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. We have four adult daughters and 2 grandchildren, they each brought a friend/significant other. The pool was fantastic, a semicircle step about 12inches deep was a wonderful play space for our grandkids. The pool was beautiful, with ocean views, water temp perfect. The privacy of all rooms with en suite bathrooms was lovely. The beach access is rocky but excellent snorkeling. A huge selection of pool toys, water shoes left behind by prior guests as well as a well stocked bar. Great time, great memories!

We rented Caribbean Castaway to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Our 4 adult children and spouses all came, along with the two youngest grandchildren. The house and grounds were absolutely perfect for our large group. No one felt cramped and we even cooked in every night. Having both a pool and ocean front beach was spectacular. Everything about this house and property was lovely and special. I especially loved the art work that is generously scattered about the house. What a fantastic property!! Absolutely stunning views!! The hosts and property managers were very helpful and answered all of our questions promptly. Dave went above and beyond by bringing us jumper cables at 8 am when our car battery died the second day we were there!! Rooms were clean and spacious, and the property and home were gorgeous 😍

We enjoyed this property as a home base for a large group of friends (some with kids, some without). We went our separate ways for day adventures, rejoined in the afternoon at the pool and private beach, and enjoyed large dinners together. Everyone had a separate space to retreat to at the end of the day. This property is close to beaches, Red Hook, ferry to St. John, etc. Great snorkeling off the private beach and an easy walk to Lindquist Beach. The restaurant Pangea at the bottom of the road was a charming farm to table style restaurant.

Thank you for sharing your private paradise home with us. We were there for our daughter’s destination wedding. This was the perfect home. The separate cottage was just the perfect space and gorgeous view for the newlyweds. The pool and ocean combo was amazing. We loved the fact that every bedroom had a view of the pool and ocean. Loved that you had a 12 person table inside and out. Being able to pipe music outside on the patio/pool area was definitely a plus! Dawn and Dave the property managers were very attentive too! We will definitely recommend and be back someday!

A perfect location for our family to meet up for an early holiday! The house had everything we needed and more than enough space for our group. The kitchen was very well appointed with lots of cooking and serving ware for a large group. The hosts included many thoughtful items like snorkel gear, board games, local info, and so much more. This rental is a gem and the hosts, Dawn and Dave are helpful and easy to communicate with.

Our stay was unbelievable. We visited for our honeymoon and had everything we could have needed and then some! The owners were very helpful in the early stages of the booking, and the property managers were incredibly wonderful to work with during our stay. We were a party of 12. The house is huge and well laid out so we never felt crowded. The house itself has to be seen to be appreciated. It is comfortable and beautifully decorated, Its obvious that a lot of thought and planning went onto it. Everything about it was first class. The house managers Dave and Dawn are there to help you whenever needed. As a family we agreed that in the future when visiting we will rent this house, no need to look elsewhere. The pool is great and got a lot of use. The only minor detail that I would mention is that you need water shoes to use the beach as it is rocky but the water is great and there is a lot life to see so bring your snorkel gear. If you are considering this house dont hesitate, do it. You will not be disappointed!

This Villa is absolutely beautiful! My entire family and grandchildren came to celebrate my sons marriage on Sapphire Beach! The rooms were perfect for each of us and the views are spectacular! The sunrises and sunsets on the pointe are just beautiful! The snorkeling was a lot of fun and the grandchildren absolutely loved the pool as they quoted to me “Memere’ we never want to leave here!!” This was a trip of a lifetime with so many memories made and thousands of pictures to keep us remembering!! We definitely hope to return someday!

The house and property were absolutely beautiful! This was the perfect place for our adult children, their spouses and our two young granddaughters! The infinity pool and beach area were awesome! We loved having our morning coffee down by the beach while enjoying the fantastic view! The snorkeling right here was great! I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to St. Thomas! We hope to travel and stay here again in the future!

Beautiful property that exceeded expectations. The house was very clean, and we received lots of helpful information from the homeowners and the property managers ahead of time that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Great property that makes a larger group trip easy and comfortable. The house was absolutely wonderful and it’s ease to Red Hook makes shopping, ferry rides to St John and dinner reservations a piece of cake. At the end of our day, nothing beat jumping into the soft saltwater pool. The caretakers were so easy and responsive whenever we had a question. We would definitely return to this house.

The property was clean and provided not only a great view of St. John and the BVI, but also was quite private. We enjoyed sitting on the private beach and snorkeling right off the beach. Do bring water shoes as to get to the water you have to walk over some rocks. The location near Sapphire Beach and Red Hook was great. Would definitely recommend this property

Six couples enjoyed this house for 7 nights. The layout is absolutely perfect with each bedroom having its own outside access, leaving the common area for gatherings. Every couple commented on how comfortable the beds were and the views are spectacular. The property sprawls from the house with a beautiful infinity pool to the ocean with the most magnificent cottage that has a private mini beach! Would definitely go back!

We had a great stay! The property is a beautiful, top-notch home that has all that you need. We traveled with 4 adults and 6 kids, plenty of room for everyone. Previous guests leave items behind and it's all so helpful. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with as well as the property manager. We loved our stay and hope to be repeat visitors!
