Had a great trip with my children & grandchildren-lots of space, peace & quiet, a great dock - enjoyed the kayacks + the large table in the dining room-2 kitchens made getting meals together for a bigger group easier…fabulous memories & we will definately be back!!

Jeff was awesome with communication! 2 kitchens a plus for sure. Had a relaxing time with family in this space and dock was perfect for us. Probable stay in the future!

Property was perfect for family get together and fun on the lake. Plenty of room, everything you need provided and close proximity to lake and dock. Perfect vacation spot!

We were so thankful to have such a large property to house our entire family so comfortably and affordable. We brought our boat and spent much time on the very large dock! The home is very nicely decorated!

This is our 2nd year staying at the Cove with our adult 3 sons and 5 grandchildren. we love the convience of rhe dock with kyakas and we bring our own paddle boards

This property has a different layout, but it worked perfect for our family. Young and old alike enjoyed the swim dock and lake. We will definitely be checking into availability for our next get-away.

We had no trouble or confusion of any kind in process of checking in etc. Beds were nice, clean, all was clean, however dead hard shell bugs (floors) and dead gnats were scattered around. I assumed because maybe no one had stayed recently or maybe a bug bomb had been used. Plenty of amenities although we brought our own paper plates etc. Really steep hill to water, but can drive to water on a road below home. We used wrong dock by mistake but we just figured the dock in front of home would be the one. Not so! We only had 4 adults and 1 teen so it was massive for us to use. We were about 10 mi to Lucas Oil Speedway which was very important to us. Overall very pleased with everything!

Men’s weekend, everything was great with the house and property, caught a lot of fish also

Our family enjoyed the cabin in the cove once again! It was so peaceful and relaxing. The kiddos enjoyed fishing, playing games, and puzzles. We appreciate how comfortable it is and look forward to staying here again sometime soon.

This home is beautiful and in a perfect, quiet location! It was awesome to have plenty of room for our family Thanksgiving dinner! It was amazing to have two fully stocked kitchens and a big dining room table! We only wish this home would have been a available for Christmas as well! We would definitely love staying here again!

My brothers and me as well as my brother in law and most of their male kids made a great weekend out of it. Very satisfied.

The home is amazing. Great view of lake. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. We have stayed before and it was just as wonderful. Plenty of room and beds. Location is also great and easy to get too. The host was so gracious to except our last minute request to rent.

Wonderful place. Exactly what we were looking for. Nice location. Directions from property manager/owner were very good. Use of the dock was very nice. Double thermostats was really nice. Showers and beds were very good. Place was very clean.

The Cabin In The Cove had the perfect accommodations for our family. There was every amenity available that you could ever need for cooking, grilling, bathing and cleaning. Wifi was available and thank goodness there was no rotten egg smell from the water. Thank you for sharing your home with our family, being right on the water was relaxing and just what our family needed.

Wonderful fun family lake cabin with most everything provided where we did some cooking, grilling, eating, sleeping, relaxing, morning coffee on deck, eagle sighting, turtle watching, swimming, kayaking, tree swinging, boating, rock hunting (is the glitter gold), reading and playing games. Didn't notice the 100+ temps because air was cold and water was close and easy to dip into and the view was beautiful. Didn't fish but they sure teased us jumping nearby. Looking forward to a spring or fall stay. Great communication too and very helpful. Neighbors on shore and on docks were all friendly and helpful too.

We were so pleased with everything the Cabin in the Cove offered us for a great family get away. Grandpa and Grandma, our married children and 4 grandchildren had not only fun hanging out together but couldn't get enough of swimming off the dock, fishing and also just relaxing. Accomodations were perfect for everyone - just as described on the site.

Great place for family and friends to gather. Plenty of room for large group and the house is well stocked. The dock was wonderful for our boat, swimming and fishing. Fish were biting great during our stay. The kids loved the big tree swing as did all the adults. Would highly recommend this quiet cottage in the cove. We loved the cabin in the cove. It was very clean and is well stocked with pretty much anything you'd need. It is a great place to disconnect for a vacation. The cove is a nice offshoot of the lake, so there's hardly any boat or jet ski traffic. The owner is very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved our trip!

We had a great stay at this lakefront cabin. It was perfect for our large family gathering. This cabin is about as close as you can get to the water & has a nice view of the cove. The dock was great for our boat and swimming. Plenty of room for cooking and dining. The beds and couches were also confrontable with plenty of extra blankets. The owner was super responsive to any questions. Thanks!

Great experience. The 2 kitchens was amazing. The deck was great for drinking coffee and the picnic table was nice for grandkids.

We loved this property. It was so quiet and peaceful. It was off season, so we rarely saw anyone for 5 days. A little cold for fishing some days, but still caught a few. We would definitely visit again, but probably in October.

Great trip and accommodations. Caught plenty of fish for a fish fry. Internet connection was pretty bad but I guess that is the price you pay for being pretty remote. We will probably look to return around the same time next year.

Communications with property manager was excellent. The lake view is beautiful and quite. It had lots of room to accommodate our trip.

Supportive owners did their best to have non functioning AC unit repaired as quickly as possible.

Our family loved the privacy of this property! Quiet location with great lake access for our boat. We enjoyed the kayaks available as well. The lake was beautiful and not too busy. Our biggest challenge was not enough comfortable seating in the family area for our family of 11. Otherwise it was a lovely place to unplug and unwind.

Had a wonderful long weekend at the cabin. We took our 4 adult children and families. The cabin inside was cool and clean. Only had problem with electrical outage on Saturday but Jeff was on top of notifying appropriate company(outage all over the area). It only lasted a short time and cabin stayed pretty cool even with hot humid weather. The cabin is very shaded which helped. Glad we brought our golf cart for the treks back and forth to dock. Not too bad of a walk. We caught a lot of catfish running trot lines. Rod and reel fishing had less luck. Drive on gravel for a good distance but we are all pretty accustomed to gravel road living. As our family grows we probably won’t be able to stay there because we maxed out the sleeping areas with 9 adults and 3 kids and 1 baby. If we stay this size or have less people it would definitely be a place we would stay at again. We did family pictures behind the cabin. Great pic place! Thank you for the memories!
