House was big enough for a family of 5+. Very close to all Breckenridge activities amazing family room with pool table and plenty of games.

The house has everything you need. Kitchen is completely stocked with everything you’ll need to cook and have some meals in. House is very roomy. We have six adults and two children and everyone had plenty of space. Two separate living rooms made for a perfect setup to spread out. Location is perfect. Five min drive to down town. Grocery store super close The beds downstairs were not quite as comfy as the ones upstairs but that would be the one and only thing that we could possibly have complained about. Norma checked in several times to make sure we were doing ok. Perfect perfect perfect host!! : )

Property had a few things that could be improved. Some appliances don’t work, garage door doesn’t work, and could use a few improvements. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

Great house for a group of friends. Urinal was awesome! So was the hot tub. Tons of space to hang out.

This house is located super close to downtown in a very nice neighborhood. Perfect for a weekend getaway, with so many things to do within walking distance. Very nice for larger groups, due to the number of bedrooms and gathering spaces. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of glassware, plates, and utensils. The only downsides are: the backyard is not well maintained at all compared to the surrounding houses. Very overgrown grass, weeds, and uneven ground made enjoying the yard off the deck impossible. The property also has a separate rental connected to the house with a shared entryway and garage/driveway that would have been nice to be aware of on the listing prior to booking. There are some minor cosmetic flaws, a few dated rooms, and there was an issue with the jacuzzi tub. Too many flaws to earn a perfect rating, but still a nice rental value for the size.

Awesome location, great layout, and relaxed environment made for a great vacation.

Starting with an easy check-in followed by a short walk to the ski shuttle, our stay began with convenience and low stress. My group included a bunch of old friends from college getting back together for our annual ski trip and it was one to remember. We skied daily and enjoyed the relaxing and perfectly temped hot tub in the afternoon. Together we cooked our meals at the house in the large, well-stocked kitchen. All of us were so impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with pots and pans, cookware, and nice glasses. It made the stay so much better and made us feel at home. The fire place and pool table were definite perks during the stay as well. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and Norma(the host) was easy to reach by phone/text if we had any needs. We would definitely consider returning to this VRBO if back in town.

House is close to town and ski areas with smoke parking, we had four cars. House is roomy and comfortable. Kitchen well supplied with everything we needed. A great hangout

Very accurate description. Lot's of space for a family of 6. Easy bus access to ski hills and town. Lovely house and huge heated garage, however, small garage doors did not allow our trucks access. The house addresses all needs and more. We enjoyed a warm ski weekend as a family.

Overall it was fair. Sofas in the family room were shot. The bed in the master was fantastic. But the others were marginal. The primary smoke detector on the second level was missing. There was black mold on the window frame in the first floor shower. The wood floor on the first level splintered into my son's sock when he walked over it. There was no heat in the first floor bedroom. And the owner was not responsive for a day. Never was corrected. The first floor was very drafty in the family room and kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious property. Walking distance to town, yet in a quiet neighborhood.

Everything about this house makes for the perfect getaway in Breck. It’s located super close to main st yet far enough for the lights to not drown out the view of the Milky Way. It’s spacious, comfortable and beautiful!

We came to Breckenridge for our daughters destination wedding! Family and friends joined us and this was the perfect house and location for some of our group to stay. Hot tub was perfect for much-needed relaxation.

The property was very clean. It was close to everything. It has all the amenities that are in my home including seasonings and board games. My family was so amazed we will be booking this property again in the future. I will be bragging to my family and friends about the amazing experience we had with Vrbo and our Property Manager. Good location, short drive to downtown. Pool Table room was a favorite meeting place. Gas grill worked well on hamburger & brat night.

The house is amazing! Perfect location right by the free bus that takes you straight to the mountain! The hot tub is amazing, and the house is stocked extremely well. We had one small issue with the heat but Norma was quick to help us with the issue!

This was a great place for a guys ski week. Be aware that this property has a rental apartment attached to it. I probably would not bring my family to this particular property. Little outdated. Lots of little damage to the drywall of home. But over all it was a great place to stay for a guys ski trip.

This property was terrific, especially for larger groups or families. The house was laid out well and had some terrific features, such as a pool table, gas grill and hot tub. It created a terrific environment for family, fun & food!

My husband and I spent a long weekend here with 3 other couples and had a great time! The big comfy couches, pool table, and hot tub were all great amenities to enjoy after a long day of skiing/snowboarding. We would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen was majorly equipped with everything you might need from barbecuing to prepping a beautiful meal to baking!! The hot tub and the house were always warm and ready to welcome you. We had snow fall about four nights of our stay so access to the heated garage was a bonus as well!

Property was very nice and fit our needs very well. Only two minor comments - there was a large ice buildup at the entryway which we wound up having to chip away & the kitchen was a bit dated.

The house is amazing. I can't wait to plan another trip!
