There seems to be no space in between floors and it sounds as if elephants are bouncing around in the room above ours. The first night was great but then someone was I. The room above during our second night and it was so noisy I could t sleep. I tried to call the front desk but then found our phone was dead and not working. As it was 11 pm I did t want to have to go downstairs to complain about the noise. This was a very uncomfortable night and I did not get the rest and sleep I so sorely needed. Not happy!!

AC didn’t work, room fan didn’t work, bathroom fan didn’t work… fridge apparently was started same day because we put food in at 4 and came back at 11 to find the fridge still cooling down, which ruined our food. Yay, it was cooler by morning, too late. Could hardly get the door open with brute force & then it didn’t latch shut without shoving it really hard. I’ve never had to request TWO FLOOR FANS anywhere, let alone in a room that cost over $220 plus parking. Ridiculous. Very disappointed and will not be back.

Loved how clean and spacious the rooms were. Whole hotel was beautiful with great location. Patio and pool area were amazing

Location a bit dead, but quiet & felt safe Supermarkets nearby. 5 mins walk from Caltrain station.

The location was perfect for our event. The area around the hotel had a lot to offer.
