Great stay for family getaway that is pet friendly, clean and close to the lake! Enjoyed the pool and backyard!

The home was amazing! The outdoor kitchen, pool, spa, game room were truly appreciated by our family. Plenty of room, house was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. Best of all... our host, Mary. She was very responsive and caring. What a blessing she was to us!!!

First and foremost, Mary was an amazing host. The communication prior, during, and after our stay was on point. The table umbrella was broken on arrival. Mary was quick to get replacements delivered to the house. Her instructions were simple to follow and helped make our stay that much smoother. Mary was very personable and quick to respond. The house was exactly as pictured and described. There was plenty of quality cookware, light switches were labeled so there was no guessing, the outdoor kitchen was definitely put to use. We traveled with family, a group of 9 ranging from ages 17-60's. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and game room. The extra fridge and garage access was a plus. The pool was clean and the filter system was quick to remove any loose leaves. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of quality back towels and beach towels. The only thing was that the floors were not as clean as we would have liked. When walking barefoot, it showed on the soles of your feet. But, with so much traffic and lake days, it can be expected. Overall, we would definitely recommend and would love to book again for our annual family trip. Thank you, Mary!

The house was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked w every type of dish/pan we needed which was very helpful. The pool was clean and has so much room to relax in the shade or swim. The outside bbq grill was very nice and especially acccess to the 3rd bathroom from pool area. The beds were clean and comfy. The game room is where we spent lots of time playing Pool and listening to music. This house had everything we needed for a wonderful family getaway, I would definitely book again.

This was one of the best VBRO houses we have stayed in. We are a large family (6 kids and now a grand baby) and this house has plenty of things to do for everyone(pool, darts, pool table). All the amenities and more are provided (soap, shampoo, beach towels, spices etc). The host was very responsive and also gave us boating recommendations. Great weekend on a beautiful lake.

Rented out this house for me and a group of friends and had a blast , mary is awesome with answering any questions you have. Beautiful house and plenty to do.

We took our son and a group of his friends to Havasu for a high school senior graduation trip. The house is as described in the listing, with plenty of extra towels and blankets and pillows. Communication from Mary was excellent. The seniors enjoyed having access to the game room to play pool, and enjoyed the games in the cabinet. The living room had plenty of seating for everyone.

This house was perfect for our large group, and it had everything we could have needed! Would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It had a beautiful view and a lovely Oasis in back. It was very clean and had plenty of room for our family.

This is at least the third time we have stayed at this property and as usual it was excellent. Mary, the owner takes pride in her home. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and the entire home is extremely clean. We will continue coming back to this property. Thank you again Mary!

Met my four sisters, from Utah, and their husbands for a little sibling reunion. Having read about this property before going, our expectations were high. Well….they were all exceeded! Property is perfect for a gathering that you want to commune together, cooking, movies, game room, BBQ, pool/spa etc…but still having your own space (bedrooms) when needed. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked, you will want for nothing. Bathrooms had everything. Beds were super comfy and all TV’s were super easy to use. Pool and spa directions easy to follow, plenty of towels and pool toys. Outdoor kitchen, fire pit was so fun to use in the evenings. Check in was super easy….. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave.!! Thank you, thank you, thank you…. “We’ll be back!”

The layout of this house was great for our large group. Beds were comfortable. Back yard/pool area was great and would have been even better if the weather would have cooperated. Mary was great to work with and was very responsive whenever a question came up.

The house was clean and ready for us we had a great time there was 8 of us and we all had room pool table was fun the pool was nice . We made cookies and the kitchen has all we needed . We will be back
