Good choice if you have pets. Fewer steps compared to most other condos in Wintergreen. Wonderful area for walks and hikes as long as you don't mind hills. Incredible views. Community has anti renter feel, won't allow you in any of the pools, some restaurants are limited to property owners only. The vrbo listing said the nightly rent was one price but the rate charged was more than twice that plus other charges added on. Owners are incredibly responsive and pleasant.

Had a wonderful trip. Condo was very nice with everything one could ask for. Owners were so nice and helpful. I will be coming back for sure.

Renee was extremely pleasant and helpful! She gave us information on a wonderful lake and all the winery 's in the area. The location was great for hiking, wildlife, and amazing views of the mountains. The condo had everything you would need for a stay.

We were at Wintergreen for skiing last weekend, stayed in this condo for 3 nights. The condo is conveniently located, the shuttle bus was available every 15 minutes and took us right to the slope. Renee has been very helpful and responsive, the condo is well maintained and fully equipped. We love the place and hope to go back again.

This is a beautiful condo. Its very clean and large, perfect place to stay. The owner was wonderful to deal with, extremely helpful and available. I've stayed at many properties at wintergreen and this is my absolute favorite! Great location and bringing my dog made it even better!

Just returned from a very relaxing weekend at this condo at Wintergreen. The place was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog had a great time too. It was cold and snowy there this weekend but the condo stayed warm and cozy. We especially enjoyed relaxing in front of the fireplace. Renee was very friendly and helpful during the booking process and she gave us a number of tips about Wintergreen. It's a short walk from the condo to the Black Bear Cafe where they have some great gourmet coffee. We ate dinner one night in the condo and the second night we went out to the Wild Wolf Brewing Company in Nellysford (about a 20 minute drive) which I would also highly recommend.

I just spent a relaxing weekend up here with my dog and we both very much enjoyed the condo. It was furnished comfortable and was convenient to coffee (most importantly) and hiking trails. Definitely want to be back and stay longer!

We rented the Condo to attend the Festy Experience ( A Blue Grass Festival ) at Devils Backbone Brewery outside the resort We found the food and service at Devil's Backbone to be very good even though they were slammed with customers. The Condo Owners', Kevin and Renee are very professional, accommodating, hospitable, personable, friendly, responsive, attentive, and very easy to work with and rent from. They take the stress and worry out of renting from a private owner and went the extra mile to make sure everything was great for us. They provide sheets, towels, linens, and have plates, pots and pans. The kitchen has modern appliances. Be sure to get Renee's tip sheet; it provides many helpful suggestions of places to visit, restaurants ratings and price ranges as well as activities to do. Their condo is private, cutely appointed and a nice, roomy floor plan. It was very quiet the weekend we were there. It is perfect for two couples or a family and has two full bathrooms. There is a sliding door off the living room that goes out to a large outdoor deck that has a table chairs where you can eat a meal or enjoy the mountain air. We found it very relaxing, quiet, and enjoyed our stay. We were grateful that we rented from Renee and Kevin, for them going the extra mile for us, making it a fun and stress free weekend.
