This is a beautiful town home in a wonderful waterfront location! Honestly, the pictures really don’t do this home justice. It’s larger than we expected based on the pictures and the layout is perfect for spending time together or spreading out. The teenagers liked to stay up late giggling and watching movies or sitting on the balcony looking at the water, and my husband and I were never disturbed upstairs in the master bedroom. Then in the early morning we could make breakfast etc. without disturbing the teens. Also, this home is beautifully decorated and everything was super comfortable! So, when it was just too hot to be outside everybody had a nice time inside too! Furthermore, the owners are very nice people. We all decided that this was our favorite Hill Country rental and we can’t wait to return.

This place was a great value! Right on the water for a reasonable price. The house was clean and well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everything was easily accessible. The owners were very responsive to early questions and clearly wanted us to enjoy our time away.

On the water, quiet evenings, space has everything you need, clean and easy to use. Sat out on the decks and dock and soaked up the sun!!!

My husband and I enjoyed spending our Anniversary in this lovely rental. We had a slight issue with the house cooling down at first but the owners answered and were very helpful. Parking was a little trouble with neighbors having guests over and other people trying to get parked in their rentals. The place was exactly as it was listed. Location was near good food. My husband and I have since talked about making this rental our annual Anniversary rental.

Rented four week period Feb 26-March 25 2020. First time traveling to Texas. Enjoyed our stay and the property. Played 12 rounds of golf and thought the area of Marble Falls had everything we needed. Unfortunately as you can see from our travel dates it was in the heart of the Covid19 crisis. So we thought it wise to return 10 days early to be home with family. Would have no problem recommending this property for your get away.

This property is located on Lake LBJ. Well appointed, casual place with nice patios facing the water. Adjacent boat docks provide convenient access to the lake.

This property has everything we want...clean, modern, updated, in the absolute heart of Horseshoe Bay, overlooks a wonderful large lagoon which the kids stay in the entire time, great dining nearby, our own dock for the boat, and fair rates. Cheryl was very easy to communicate with, and the check in process was very easy as well. The townhome is right in the middle of the HSB Resort property, and walking distance to all amenities. The day docks were brand new, and though there were many occupants in the complex our weekend, there was plenty of room for our boat. The air conditioner worked very well, and all appliances were clean and new. The view in the morning off the balcony was relaxing and it looks into the cove near the marina. The townhome has been almost completely upgraded or renovated. I will absolutely stay here again when we return.

We booked this last minute and couldn’t be happier with the way it worked out. Unit was clean with beautiful views made for an awesome weekend getaway.

The location was excellent and only a few miles from town - best of both worlds.

We loved this property. It’s right by the resort so easy to walk and have a nice dinner. The condo has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and love how every floor has a balcony. The owners are very good at communicating with you. They also leave you a lot of information on things to do in the area. The day dock is right out front so if you bring your boat you just walk out the back door to get to it. I would highly recommend this property and will stay there again when I rent something there
