Pros: excellent location (a 5 minute walk to the gondola), beautiful view, well-stocked for cooking, clean, spacious, pool & hot tub access, and it was mostly comfortable.Cons: the living room furniture has seen better days (the green armchair was musty so we covered it with a blanket to sit on it), the bunk bed frame was broken, and the lighting in the main area was so incredibly dim. The last issue is an easy fix- just get better and brighter bulbs.We would stay here again, if only because the location was so convenient.

Comfortable furniture and good size rooms.
Deck looks over stream and onto mountains - excellent and relaxing vista.
Less than five minute walk to River Run gondola and village. A ten minute drive to A Basin and about 30 minutes to Copper or Breck.

Was really excited to stay at this property. After booking on VRBO, I was required to fill out 12 pages of paperwork/rules related to this property or forfeit the reservation, I was less excited. Standard check in? Nah, late check in (4:30pm) early check out (10am), with the request to let them know if you leave early. MAYBE they can let you check in earlier, but they'll charge another fee if they do let you. Beds are very firm, pillows are terrible/lumpy. It felt like trying to use an old stuffed animal as a pillow. I have stayed at multiple 4 Seasons, the linens/bedding does not even come close to "rivaling" it like mentioned on the booking landing page. One window wouldn't close all the way or lock, but they have you sign paperwork threatening you with fees if you don't close and lock them. No games, there was one game box but nothing related to the game was inside just a few poker chips. No playing cards or puzzles, but there is a Dennis Miller DVD from goodwill! Having required chores is a bit frustrating when paying for a substantial cleaning fee. Dull knives and chipped glasses/mugs. No gate code to allow food delivery through. The location is fantastic but $460 for a 17 hour stay, ONE parking pass for a two bedroom, all the paperwork, rusty sinks, poor bedding, and overall lack of "luxury" from "Luxury Mountain Retreats LLC" I'd rather just tackle the drive back down to Denver and sleep at home. They have skiers over a barrel and they know it.

The location of this rental was wonderful. However, the furniture in the rental was old and quite uncomfortable. The rental was also incredibly dark, unlike in the photo. A few lightbulbs would have made a huge difference. Overall it was a good rental, but a little attention to detail would have made it a 5-star rental instead of a 4-star place.

Had an excellent stay here for skiing at Keystone. It was only a 5 minute walk to the gondola. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Loved the place, the service, and the environs around it. Very quiet and beautiful view.

The place was great until Friday September 29. We did not have any hot water or heat that morning. We were to stay until Saturday but due to the problem we elected to leave a day early. When we contacted the customer service for the unit. They said that we were informed of the problem they were having on Thursday but never received an e-mail or text from anyone. The problem was Friday due to a broken pipe according to the property manager that came by soon after I had called with the problem.

Great location. Right next to river run. Perfect for biking because you're right on the main bike path. The entry way is spacious to keep golf clubs/ bikes etc safe at night. Condo was spacious and clean. Wish we would have known that Keystone is pretty closed up on their "off" season. Only a few things open at river run this time of year and don't open for a few more weeks aka October.If you're looking for night life go to Breckenridge! Also the steam room and fire pit by pool area didn't work . Otherwise would recommend!!

We were satisfied with the property, except for the beds. Both the guest room queen and the master king had seen better days!! Very uncomfortable, both beds were simply worn out. We left a day early, as we could no longer tolerate the beds. Unfortunately, the management company could not or would not offer a solution for the problem. With regard to the issue of comfortable beds we did not experience good customer service.

The facility is in a great peaceful place.Super clean. Ground floor entry with nice deck. The main room is super spacious with 9 foot ceilings. Kitchen is nice with gas stove and oven and granite countesr. Plenty of kitchen equipment. Dining table with 5 chairs and kitchen bar with 4 chairs. Very comfortable beds. Looks out over mountain and path to other areas, not parking lot or another unit like some units do. Heated pool was incredibly warm and comfortable even for cool day. Two working hot tubs a bit warmer than pool. Only real problem was that the directions they gave with a map and google were to a gate that DOES NOT OPEN with a room key - only open with in-car garage opener type unit. They need to direct you to 20 ****** Dory road off Montezuma road, not the one they give you. Not at all clear how to get in from their directions. Furnishings not new or fancy but satisfactory and homey.

This condo is very nice! Great location within walking distance to the Gondola at Keystone! Very clean and well organized! Beds are super comfy and kitchen and bath have all the supplies you need. It’s located in a quiet area and very close to the pool and outdoor hot tubs. We will definitely stay here again! The only suggestion I have is that housekeeping doesn’t need to use air freshener. We had to air the condo out upon arrival because it bothered my husbands allergies.

We had an excellent stay at the townhome! The rental is specious and comfortable with a view of the beautiful mountainside and the slopes. We loved the location and the ability to quickly walk to the gondola or to River Run Village. We discovered that the hairdryer wasn’t working and the property management was quick to replace it! The next time we visit Keystone, we will check to see if this unit is available!

Very clean and bed capacity worked very well.Stove top electric start did not work, had to light with match. Also front left burner did not work well. Dishwasher did not thoroughly clean silverware or plates.But we were able to work around these things easily.

The location is great, just a short walk to the River Run gondola. The house could use some updating, especially the lighting, but it is fairly comfortable. There were food crumbs on the floor and under the couch so it could have been cleaned better. The master bed is very squeaky/noisy, not good for a light sleeper.

This location is excellent, but only rudimentarily clean. The shelves, cabinets and blinds all had thick layers of dust that aggravated my family's allergies. There was no way for us to clean during our stay. There were three brooms (no dust pan) and a small underpowered handvac that was so clogged with wet nasty dirt we had to clean it before we could even start to use it. When it was clean it only had suction for a couple minutes. I had to charge it 4 times to vacuum the floors one time. Also, would like to have some kind of mop to clean up spills in the kitchen.

Everything was wonderful. Kitchen was equipped with everything you would need, the beds were so comfortable, access to the village was perfect and the property was clean and quiet (given the nature of it being a condo). Only complaint — we wish the pool and hot tubes were a touch warmer!

Property is in a great location when construction is not blocking the path to the gondola. This was a huge issue for us upon arrival with two small children and an elderly grandma who had a tough time with the extended walk. The interior is a bit dated and the cool surround sound system has a blown center channel. The outlets are old and have a hard time supporting any kind of charger. Additionally, the outlets are very hard to access when you can find one. The lighting is also very dim in the main room/kitchen.

This is the second time we've stayed at Red Hawk, and we love the location. It's far enough away from the village to enjoy some quiet time, but close enough to walk to the lifts and village.

This was a fantastic spot to spend a few days. We stayed in between summer and ski season, so there were not many people around, which made for the perfect vacation for us. 2340 was perfectly appointed and extremely clean.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is updated, spacious, comfortable and a literal 4-5 minute walk to the Gondola lift. The beds were ultra comfortable and the showers were piping hot after a long day on the slopes. Absolutely recommend and hope to return.
