The property was as advertised. Good location in the middle of Fraser. Loved it.

We had an excellent stay. The property was very clean and had everything we could need. The space is perfect for a large group and very cozy / comfortable. Couldn’t be happier with our stay!

Our group of four families thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. We’ve gotten together for a winter getaway every year since 2011 so we’ve stayed in several homes and the layout and comfort of this one was excellent. The media and bunk rooms were great spaces for the kids. Views are beautiful. Location ideal…some of us even used the free shuttle just down the road to get home from skiing. Karen was incredible to work with…she even got us more towels dropped off…above and beyond-thank you!!

The house is even bigger than the photos. Very comfortable and has everything you need. We had two families (ten total) and had plenty of room. Communication with host was very easy. We will book again!

This place has it all from a beautiful view to having all the spices and kitchen tools you might need for your stay. This owner really thought of EVERYTHING someone could possibly need in there vacation stay. If I i forgot to bring something this home was already stocked with it which made are vacation go smoothly and we had more time to enjoy our stay. Beautiful home and owner responded in a timely manner if I had a question.

Much more spacious than the photos show. Plenty of linens and towels for our family of 14. Felt like home after just a couple of hours.

Myself and half my family have allergies, dogs and cats being on the list. When we arrived, there was white dog hair everywhere. The reason I booked this house was it advertised NO PETS ALLOWED.

This house was great just what our three families needed. Room for the kids in their own space while the parents could play cards after a long day on the mountain. And the lift picks up right by the house which is a great plus.

Great location and communication with the host. Only recommendation would be to put down some mats and de-ice the hot tub area. There was pretty thick ice and it was dangerous.

The reviews were all accurate! Great location, fully equipped kitchen, large house. Having the different thermostats was very helpful. The upstairs was warm enough that we didn't even have the heat on. The bunk room was toasty for the teenage boys but the fans helped. The hot tub was very nice after a full day of skiing. The snow shovel was a handy find for a full week of continuous snow. The neighbors even shoveled one day! When the power went off due to the Denver fires, Karen called to check on us and tell us where to find candles/flashlights. Great trip to Winter park ski area!

The property was wonderful, as was the owner. Helpful ahead of time and during the stay, answering questions and accommodating needs. Kitchen was best I’ve ever used in a rental—everything for a whole Thanksgiving feast. Had several kids with us. Awesome to have all the gear there already. Beautiful views. Can’t wait to come back!

There were 9 adults & 5 children we had plenty of room. The location is Close to everything & Karen was amazing with communication. The House is very well stocked with everything you need.

We had a group of 11 family staying at the house and everyone loved it. The house was well stocked with the items you need to prep, cook and eat along with other daily essentials. There's a nice little trail across the street if you want to go for a walk. The house is not far off the main road thru Fraser so you are conveniently located to all the stores and restaurants. The check in process was really easy and Karen was quick in responding to any questions we had. She was so nice! The views of the mountains were just awesome. Being able to sit out on the deck and enjoy those views made it a great stay, even when I had to log in to work. If you have the chance to book this house, I would highly recommend it.

This house was perfect for our extended stay in Fraser - everything was exactly as advertised and the location and views from the deck were amazing. Karen was very helpful and easy to reach if needed - everything from start to finish was flawless - we will definitely stay here again - thank you for a wonderful home away from home this summer!

We had three generations for a seven day vacation. Karen was wonderful to work with prior to check-in and throughout our stay. The home has plenty of room for the 8 adults and 6 children in our party. We planned diner meals prior to arrival and stopped at Safeway across the highway and picked up the food on the way into to town. The house has plenty of cooking utensils to cook evening meals. Days were spent with the activities in Winter Park and the surrounding areas. And the recreation center was within walking distance from the house for the kids to enjoy the indoor pool. Evening were spent at the house with great meals and family games. The home is stocked with every game you could want to play. The house had sufficient water and water pressure for this large group. The grandkids enjoyed the the cows grazing in the pasture behind the house. The cows would come close the the fence in the evening while grazing. The adults enjoyed the beautiful humming birds that would frequent the feeder hanging outside the large deck windows. Definitely a great, fun experience.

House was beautiful and furnished very well. We had plenty of room to spread out. The home was in a lovely area with a great country view, yet close to town. The owner was very responsive. I will definitely be back to the area and will rent this home again.

We were a group of cousins in our late 30s / early 40s. There were supposed to be 9 of us, but unfortunately 1 couple couldn't come so only 7 us. There was plenty of room for all of us and would have been even if the other couple had come. Home is much larger than it appears and it was well stocked. It's centrally located and there was plenty to do within a short driving distance. Owner was extremely helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful time and we'd definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to others.

We do a lot of VRBO and have stayed in many different properties in many countries, this was one our best VRBO experiences we have had. It was a last minutes trip and I was looking for last minute place. I sent a note to confirm availability and to answer a question. She replied immediately, really, I had a response in a minute. I requested the booking and again received an immediate confirmation. The next day when arrived checkin was a breeze, with the key code. And we had a very pleasant surprise, the unit was actually much nicer the pictures and the write up indicate. The place is amazing, kitchen is stocked with everything you need, lots of spices/cooking items not usually included, lots of room to spread out of kids and adults. The hot tub is top of the line Hot Springs, and was a big hit. The views from the large deck are great. The house book is written up nicely with complete directions for everything. Great recommendations for restaurant, actives, etc. The owner checked in top make sure we got checked in okay, and answered all my questions, about parking at Winter Park, ski rentals, lift tickets, etc. And let me know there is a shuttle to the resort that picks you up just a shot walk from the front door,. Our whole family would highly recommend this property and the owner. Property is great and owner support even better. Enjoy your stay, we sure did!

The house was great for a large group, plenty of space for everyone without feeling crowded. The property has a lot of open space for little ones to run around and still feel safe. It's located less than 5 minutes to town and close to Winter Park for skiing.

It’s a beautiful home & neighborhood. The views are outstanding and it’s very functional for a lot of people without feeling overcrowded.

We had four families of four and it was a great size for all of us. We loved the two separate living areas so the kids had their space and adults had theirs. Check in was a breeze and the sunrises were amazing to watch through the main living room. Highly recommend this house!

We stayed here for a long weekend with a group of 16 people. The house was BEAUTIFUL and in the perfect location for accessing all that WP has to offer. We ended up staying during an incredibly snowy weekend, but the endless board game options, hot tub and gorgeous views kept us busy while we were snowed in. Property manager is friendly and very quick to respond. We had an awesome weekend and would absolutely stay here again.
