This home was perfect for our family of 7, ages 6 to 70 years old! We came for a ski vacation and a birthday celebration. The beds are comfy, the hot tub was just what everyone needed after a day on the mountain, the kitchen is well equipped, and the home’s location to the mountain was a short walk to the Warm Springs lifts. What more can you ask for! We hope to be back again in the future!

A perfect setting for our multigenerational family holiday! The layout of the home provided plenty of privacy and space for every one. The gorgeous view of the mountain was a sight to behold from the main living area as well as the hottub. The access to the lift was just steps away. The house was exceptionally clean and free of the owners personal items. Plenty of closet and drawer space. A wonderful stay.

Our family stayed here after a trip to Redfish Lake in Stanley. We all enjoyed the creek running behind the townhome and the house was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked. We would definitely come back!

Every part of our state was excellent. From the time we booked the condo until we left. It is an excellent location for any avid skier during winter months. The condo is perfectly outfitted for a large family. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house is great. The location is great. Very close to ski rentals , a restaurant and a lift. We even had a moose at the back door one morning.

This property is the perfect location for a family of Avid skiers, and roomy enough to accommodate off slope activities like watching a movie or reading a good book. The slopeside location allows for checking weather and lift conditions prior to going out and even makes a non skier feel like they are apart of the activities.

We were in town for a 90th birthday celebration and this place was perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean and each had their own bathrooms so we all had our own privacy. The place was well stocked with all the amenities we needed. The stream out back was the icing on the cake for my 90 year old father. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful getaway
The condo was beautiful and clean and we enjoyed the patio/hot tub overlooking the river. The swimming pool was fun for the kids. Great getaway!!

Awesome first trip to Sun Valley!
The property was perfect. Beautifully decorated, spacious, functional, open and just a few shot steps away from the chair lifts! There is a bus that loops through Warm Springs, and town so there is no need for a car. We 100% plan to return to this property in the next 2 years.

A Perfect Stay in Sun Valley
Our group of four couples had a wonderful stay here! We were in Sun Valley for a wedding and this property served as the perfect "home base" for our trip. The rooms are extremely spacious, everything was spotless clean, and it was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed.
We will definitely be back the next time we find ourselves in the area! Special shoutout to Charlotte, who was extremely prompt in her communication and accomodating our requests.

Great location but a bit dated
This townhome had an amazing location near Warm Springs and was very accessible to the bike trails and into Ketchum. The bedrooms were quite spacious and all had their own bathrooms which was perfect for three couples. Although it was very nice, we did find the home to be a bit dated with some dust inside and garbage in the garage (maybe from a previous guest?). We also didn’t realize there was no air conditioning for the property, which I wish was more explicitly clear in the listing given that we were renting in July with temps getting well up into the 90s. There were some box fans in the bedrooms but it was really hard to cool the place down at night (especially the upstairs bedrooms). Overall this place was very spacious with a great location and I’m sure would be an even better rental in the fall/winter time.

Fabulous vacation!!
We had a wonderful relaxing vacation at Charlotte and Doug's ski home!! House had everything you would need!! So close to Warm Spring's. Loved going in the hot tub at night and watching the snow cats groom and looking up at the amazing stars!! Fireplace and living area was wonderful. All bedrooms were spacious and so comfortable. Feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful retreat for us, much needed especailly now!

Spacious and cozy large condo next to base of warm springs! Excellent for a family or group of friends ski vacation.. would for sure stay here again!!! Easy few minute walk to lifts and bus to town! Excellent family trip!

Warm Springs Skiing Retreat
Great location literally steps from Warm Springs Lodge. A great spot for a skiing vacation with all the amenities you would ever need, and the view is priceless! Would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful view of Baldy
Perfect location for family of skiers. 3 minute walk to the Warm spring lifts. Very cozy town house beside Warm Sping creek with a fabulous view of Baldy. House has great amenities...private hot tub on the deck, 3 bedrooms with own baths, well appointed kitchen and a living room situated around inviting fireplace. Owners very responsive to any questions or issues. We stayed over Christmas holiday week and arrived to a lovely Christmas tree . Very festive and welcoming.

Cozy get away!
My family and I enjoyed our visit at this home. The view and access to downtown is amazing. And our host made the process so easy for us to come and go. They even extended our checkout time!

Wonderful Place to Relax
We had a great time, the location was wonderful (a close bike ride to town, but not in the middle of town), kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home, and the garage was a perfect place to store our bikes. We enjoyed some fishing at the small creek out back and caught a handful to baby trout. The owners were very helpful and prompt throughout the booking process. Would recommend this location to groups looking for a great summer base-camp in Ketchum.
