I stayed here recently with friends and family. We have small children, and the place seems a lot bigger than the actual square footage. Great layout, kids loved the areas, really appreciate the gate to prevent the little ones from climbing the stairs. This was a nice brief getaway as our home was affected by Beryl and lost power. We didn't hear a lot from management which was good and bad. Communication was hit and miss. They either responded quick, or not at all. Cooking supplies are bare minimum, so if you come here planning on cooking, stop by and get some basic needs, i.e. condiments. The floors are stained concrete. We don't wear shoes in the house routinely, and our feet were black by the end of the night. They could use a good mopping. Neighborhood was quaint. The community pools (2) are nearby and kept clean. On the smaller side. You have to drive out of the neighborhood to reach the beaches, which are a very close drive. Need to purchase permits to park on the beach, but not sure if they really check much. House has wake boards and not much else, so bring your beach things, including toys, chairs, towels. There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand, which is nice. It'd be nice if they provided more towels. Nice balcony area, but could use a fan for the hot, humid days and to keep away the bugs.Very nice open living space, large eating table. All in all, would recommend, just for the house itself which is very charming and nicely, if not overly, decorated.

Things I would suggest for improvement are chests of drawers for storing clothes. We all had to live out of our suitcases, which was not convenient. Kitchen is moderately equipped. 3 wine glasses are not enough. Cutting board was warped and unusable. No can opener. Would have been nice to have a dust mop to keep up with the sand on the floor. Relatively small things on the scheme of it all, but they were noticeably absent or inconvenient. Dishwasher leaked significantly toward the end of our stay and 1/2 bath toilet was malfunctioning from day 1.

Beautiful rental! Good location, homes are a tad to close to each other. The 5th closet/ bedroom w bunk beds is not bad. There was a full and twin which was great! Not just 2 twins. It is connected to the upstairs living room and the Port A bedroom. Very convenient that each bedroom except the bunk bed room had a restroom connected. Very spacious, we really enjoyed ourselves will definitely come back!
