Property was good size for us and everything was well equipped. hosts were there if we needed anything, the neighborhood was great and the location for us was fantastic

This property is beautiful with the perfect hosts! Ralph and Sara were attentive to our needs and very quick to respond to our questions or needs. This place was the perfect size for our travels and provided all that we needed and more! I would rent this property again if we return to this area.

I completely enjoyed my stay here. The cottage is very well equipped, aesthetically pleasing, and very restful. Desert views abound. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

We look forward to staying in the future. We love the Tanque Verde area and this location is excellent.

We loved having coffee each morning sitting outback looking at Mt. Lemmon, all the birds, rabbits, and even a deer. The owners were wonderful and we had everything we needed for our stay.

I absolutely loved this place! I have traveled quite a bit and this is one of my favorites of all time. It was the perfect place for me - it was quiet and private - the hosts were wonderful. I felt like I had my own little desert to explore!!! I actually could not believe how nice it was. I can't wait to get back!

Sara and Ralph were very helpful and accommodating. The guesthouse is tastefully decorated with well equipped kitchen and firm comfortable bed. Windows everywhere for sunrise, sunset, and mountain views. Enjoyed the outdoors area, wildlife, and also table, lounge chairs and fire pit. Good location for the areas we wanted to explore. We'd come again!

This was a lovely, quiet, comfortable place for me to focus on finishing a year-end project with welcome breaks for long walks or hikes nearby with my dog. I hope to be able to return next winter for another stay.

Very comfortable and quiet space for two.

Guesthouse was plenty of space for my wife, dog, and I. Property was very peaceful, very neat to see/hear coyotes in the evening and local birds in the morning. Internet was solid for working remote while the kitchen was very well stocked. Location was great, about one mile from the local Agua Caliente Park and 20-25mins drive to downtown and some of the major hikes/parks. Hosts were very gracious and accomodating. Highly recommend

One of the best EVER..

Hosts Sara & Ralph were most hospitable to my husband, myself and our small dog. We enjoyed the casita’s well equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining room, and slept better than babies in the cozy bed. A highlight for us was watching the variety of birds visiting bird feeders. Occasionally at night we could hear the coyotes jabbering in the distance. The casita provided us quiet and comfort in a lovely setting. We would return in a heart beat.

Sara and Ralph were so very helpful and accommodating as I was escaping the smoke, fire, heat and raining ash of Northern California and made a very last minute reservation. There is a lovely yard with a birdbath and bird feeders that are visited by many beautiful and interesting desert dwelling animals. I saw roadrunners, javelina, mule deer, hawks, rabbits, quail and countless birds, chipmunks and ground squirrels eating and drinking which provided a lot of entertainment. There are beautiful views of the Catalina Mountains and the sunset from the back of the cottage. You can take a quiet walk on the roads to Agua Caliente Park. The interior is well appointed with everything I needed for a very comfortable stay for myself and my dog. It was extremely hot in Tucson when I visited -over 100 degrees every day - but I was able to stay cool and comfortable inside with the air conditioning units, ceiling fans and floor fans that are provided. I would highly recommend this location and would definitely return!!
