Heron Place is clean, quiet and comfortable. It's an easy walk into town for shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. across the foot bridge. Check in was simple and Jonathan was quick to respond to all emails. The only caution is the stairs to the unit - they are a bit narrow and would be hard to navigate for those with mobility issues. Overall, a great stay!

I stayed here for the Rehoboth Marathon in December. Everything about the condo was good and as advertised. It’s an easy walk (under a mile) to the bandstand, less to other places on Rehoboth Ave. Jonathan was very responsive and everything about checkin and checkout was easy.

We had a lovely time with our two adult kids, who got breaks from their work. The condo is near the beach, and overloooks a pond. The host, Jonathan, is quick to respond to queries.The condo was clean and well equipped, if a bit snug. Will try and come back in Summmer.

Great location, safe and private neighborhood. We loved each having our own room and common spaces to get together. Fun doing a puzzle during the rain. Would love to stay longer or come back to the same place.

Great location, easy to get to Rehobeth Beach, the boardwalk and other nearby beaches. The playground at the school next door was a bit hit, as were the turtles in the waterway behind the unit. Overall the unit was pretty clean - we would have liked some extra sponges, paper towel, soap and toilet paper. Check in was very easy and we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that were available for us to use. In terms of the unit setup, our personal preference would have been to have a tv in the downstairs living room (vs upstairs) because our kids (1 and 3) slept in the rooms upstairs. We used our iPad to watch tv once our kids went to sleep. Would stay here again.

Property was exactly as listed. Location was beautiful (we loved walking over the turtle bridge), quiet and perfect for walking to beach and town. Having the pool a few doors down was great. This is a very nice set up for adults, but would advise those with toddlers to consider carefully as there are two flights of narrow open steps, though the loft does have plexiglass for protection. We stayed a week with 6 adults and an infant. We found it a bit challenging to live out of suitcases as only one bedroom had real drawers for clothing (would have been fine for 2 or 3 nights). The owner was very responsive during our stay when I reached out with questions. Would definitely recommend Heron Place!

Our family enjoyed staying at Heron Place. We liked the quiet location but were still close to the beach and boardwalk. The views and pool were great and the landscaping is beautiful.

We had a great girls weekend staying at this condo. It was the perfect size for 4 adults. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor deck overlooking the water.

This condo fit our needs perfectly. We had 3 adults. If you like a good walk this location was great for walking to the boardwalk (not with a lot of stuff) and to Rehoboth avenue for shopping and dinner. If you’re not a walker, it’s a very short drive. The condo was equipped with all the kitchen basics. It was clean and cozy and the owner provided great instructions on everything!

We all really liked the modern aesthetic of this nice little condo. Cozy, cool, and quiet, this was the perfect place to spend a weekend in Rehoboth. A short 10-minute walk from everything, the location was also excellent. Large beds were a + and the two living spaces were fun to hang out in. For about as much as a hotel room in Rehoboth costs per night, this is a much better option for a small group and we would definitely rent it again. Thanks!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Heron Place! Beautiful view of Silver Lake, clean and adorable townhouse with so many amenities and small touches - We loved it all!

The location of rental was great walking distance to down town. The cleanliness was fair, dishes left in dishwasher, floors very dusty (if you walk around in socks covered in dust and dirt) and showers were not clean (floors dirty and hair in both). The kitchen had bare minimum if you plan to cook. If you are looking for good location for a shortstop this is a good choice.

Everything went very smoothly checking in and out. Lots of information and details provided about the house and surrounding location. 10 minute walk to the beach, parking pass if you prefer to drive and park, or there’s also 2bikes. We enjoyed our stay so much. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

This condo was perfect for us and our young adult children. It is exceptionally clean, well appointed and makes good use of the space. The location was convenient to everything; we made good use of the bikes going to the downtown, the beach and just touring around. The quiet, private balcony facing the lake is an added bonus, though the pool was never crowded when we visited either. There are too many nice touches to mention and Johnathan’s guides and instructions were the best ever from a property owner! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful few days here! The location was great for our family with the proximity to the pool and playground. Short drive to beach and boardwalk if you aren’t up for walking.

Overall we had a great time staying at the condo! The location was perfect - when you cross Turtle Bridge it is a quick walk into the town. The place we clean and exactly as we expected based on pictures. Would definitely stay here again when we come back!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Jonathan laid out the information making it easy to access everything easily. The loft was nice so that the kids had their own space. I was disappointed with the cleanliness. I set up the coffee grinder and coffee pot for the next morning but both were dirty. The last thing I felt like doing after a long day of travel with kids was to scrub a dirty coffee grinder and coffee maker. There were still dishes in the dishwasher. The location was nice- lots of nearby restaurants, right off a nice walking trail, short drive to the beach, and two playgrounds just a minute away.

Great townhouse in central location, within walking distance to beach and boardwalk/Main Rehoboth area. Quiet setting on the lake, plenty of wildlife to make it seem like you're away from it all. Home was clean, accommodations were very comfortable. Looking forward to a return trip!

Our stay at 34 Newbold Square was wonderful and exactly what we wanted and needed: it is a beautiful space, quiet and well-appointed; has easy access to downtown Rehoboth Beach as well as tennis and pickle ball courts right outside the property (courtesy of Rehoboth Elementary School during off-hours); and includes the incomparable beauty of Silver Lake, full of geese, ducks, fish and of course the turtles that give the walking bridge its name. It is a lovely property with a very responsive and responsible homeowner. High marks all around.

This is a great option to consider when visiting Rehoboth. The location by the lake was quiet and pretty. It's a ten minute walk to the main drag of restaurants and shops. We didn't walk to the beach because it was very hot, but Jonathan provides parking passes, and it was easy to park pretty close to the beach. The condo was clean, and it was more spacious than we expected. The owner provided very thorough directions for everything from the Wi-Fi to laundry. And he was very responses when I texted him a question or two. We highly recommend

Overall we had an excellent stay. Jonathan was extremely responsive and very flexible with our needs. The location was great, an easy walk to restaurants and the beach, and we loved that the sheets and towels were provided, along with a few basic needs in the kitchen. We would definitely return!
