Chris’s house was perfect for our family of 18 ages 65 to 2. Beds for all with family gravitating around the pool table on 2nd floor and the big leather pit couch on the top floor. We would do it again

An excellent home with all the amenities needed for a large party of 14 adults to enjoy while visiting Park City for a 3-day ski outing. The location was just a few minutes away from the Canyons parking area that we used as our gateway to the ski resort. The house was well maintained and had plenty of space, dishes, towels, beds, etc. to make accommodate our large party. A few issues with the heating system upon arrival that the property manager got fixed swiftly and was excellent to communicate with us. Overall an exceptional place to stay.

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed in this house (once with my side of the family, and once with my husband’s) We have taken people of all ages with us- parents in their 70’s, adults in their 40’s, young adults in their 20’s, and kid’s as young as 9. There is quite literally something for everyone here. The pool table is in a central location of the house and is a perfect gathering area. The table on the top floor fits 12, plus they offer additional chairs that can easily fit around the table (a favorite spot for playing card games or enjoying a meal together). The hot tub was a hit as well. And the views from the windows are beautiful!
My favorite part of this rental is the location though. So conveniently close to downtown Park City and also so close to many restaurant options (& also the grocery store!) We will FOR SURE book this house again in the future! The owner/rental manager was super quick to respond to any questions/requests. A+! 😀

This house was perfect for a girl’s weekend getaway. It was close to shopping, restaurants and Main Street. There was plenty of room and amenities for a comfortable stay.

15 adults from three states. House is very conveniently located to SLC, Park City, groceries, liquor and hikes. Extremely spacious. While there are 3 living floors, everyone spent most of their time on the top level and it was plenty roomy enough. Host was very accommodating and prompt, and onsite property manager was was equally responsive. Would highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our gathering. We loved the large great room to gather in, and the big dining table for meals and playing games. The two hot tubs were clean and the temp was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved having two refrigerators (one is on the lower floor). The house was clean and welcoming. The access to the walking/ bike path was greatly enjoyed. A perfect place to gather, especially during Utah’s beautiful leaf peeping season.

Spent Labor Day Weekend here with a large group of friends (18 of us total). We absolutely loved our time in the house and never once felt like it was overcrowded. The proximity to activities, stores, and the airport cannot be beat. Everything about the house made our weekend the best. I would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to the SLC area.

The house was spacious and well outfitted. The location in Park City was ideal for wide variety of outdoor activities. Being right on the free bus line to town was a plus and all the bike and hiking trails were perfect for our active group

This house was absolutely perfect for an extended family vacation to Park City. It is in the best location as it is close to everything- downtown Park City, Park City Mountain, Olympic Park. The house had everything we needed, amenity wise, and was great for a group of five families (some with kids some without). We all had our own space but the main floor and patio was great for everyone to be together. The host was very attentive and proactive on all communications which was so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

This home was grand and contained everything short of the food for our extended family of 16. Three floors of high class living space, two fully stocked kitchens, deck with large grill and two hot tubs. The dinning room table was the classical meeting place after a great day of skiing. Never did we feel like our space was crowded or limited. The owner and local property manager were very available and wonderfully responsive. We will be back!

Great location close to Park City skiing and anything you needed. House was fantastic for our group of 17 with adults and kids. Small details like big shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as laundry detergent pods and so many kitchen utensils and cookware made it such an easy stay for so many people. The 3 levels made it nice to have separate living areas and allowed people to spread out and having 2 hot tubs was fantastic! There's a few minor maintenance items that we dealt with as the house is definitely lived in, but they didn't cause any big issues for us. We would definitely go back here again for the location, quality of the house and the small details the owner puts into making you feel at home.

Bear Hollow Village was the perfect family/friend ski getaway. Beautiful house with lots of room for a big group. The many different levels worked perfectly allowing separation into small groups not to disturb sleeping babies. Excellent location and easy access to Canyons Village slopes. Kitchen was well appointed for making meals and the two hot tub was a great treat after. Also had lots of spaces pool table room was a hit. The communication with the host from reservation questions to departure was seamless. They were very responsive and attentive! We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this property!

Wanted their own room. Third floor was a nice place to congregate when not on our rooms . Hot tubs were great after each ski day. Property manager and owner were very attentive and quick to respond.

This house is perfect for any large groups going to park city for a ski trip. This house is spacious & has everything you need to cook or bbq. Pool table & hot tub are amazing to have as well! Host was super responsive & we overall had a great stay. First ski lift is less than a 5 mins drive.

Our group travels annually to Park City during the film festival for skiing, movies and catching up. We usually have a rather large crew, so finding a location that can comfortably accomodate while being centrally located is a challenge. Gorgoza nailed it for us: spacious layout, plenty of TVs and entertainment (2 hot tubs!) and a solid large dining table for evening meals. The host Kris is also great and helped when needed. For those seeking proximity to Park City Main St, slopes and a reasonable drive to SLC airport, this is the spot!

We decided to visit Park City for the first time and had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It was perfect for a large group. We had 4 families in the home. A total of 15 people. The accommodations were great and the location was just as good! Would definitely stay again next year!

This was the perfect property for our family of 12. Tons of spaces to relax and have fun. Large kitchen and table to fit everyone for meals and games. Lots of bedrooms and showers. Kids loved the pool table and large tv on the middle floor. Close to both Canyons and Park City Mountain. Tons of restaurants nearby as well. Property manager very attentive and easy to connect with.

The home was very spacious which was a must for our family. The hot tubs were a hit and we felt very comfortable and at home. The kitchen needed a few more kitchen towels.

We rented this property for a small team retreat and it worked very well for our purposes. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy, and the upper level provided a comfortable space for meetings as well as a large table for dining. The additional kitchen in the lower level was nice to have, and the pool table on the middle floor and hot tubs outside were also a great perk. The house is easy to get to and close to Park City, clean, and comfortable. It was a great stay!

The property was clean and spacious, and easily accommodated our large group retreat. The kitchen was well-stocked. Everyone enjoyed the hot tubs and the beautiful surroundings. Kris was very responsive to our last minute requests and communicated well throughout the process.

There were 20 of us ranging in age from 87 years to 5 months. This home is on three levels but that worked very well for our family. The extra-large table in the dining room was perfect for all adults to sit together for every meal with extra seating at bar stools for children. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, coffee makers, etc. We found the house very clean and even were able to check in an hour early or so. We used the free access to the association pool and enjoyed that. Nice quiet neighborhood right next to a walking/biking trail.

Our entire family was in town for my daughter’s wedding. We all stayed in the house, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house itself is near Kimball Junction, so close to Whole Foods, Walmart, the Olympic Ski Center, the outlet shops, and many other restaurants and stores. It is also just a short drive from Park City itself. There were a ton of trails nearby, and most mornings we just walked out of the house to take a beautiful hike. The house itself was roomy with plenty of space for all our guests. We appreciated the small details like shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the showers and extra bedding and beds for extra guests. Host communication was very quick and direct. The two hot tubs were a bonus. We’d absolutely stay here again!

An excellent choice of homes. There was enough room for everyone and ample space to relax, large table for all (15), easy trip to pool,town, events,grocery,etc. A good time had by all. Thanks.

Excellent property with good space. Plenty of rooms for multiple families to stay and still have privacy. Great area upstairs that allowed for all of our 19 people to eat and do activities (cards, games, movies) without feeling cramped. easy access to SLC but also to Park City attractions/activities. Good arrangement of cooking/dinnerware. Two fridges were great and even the second oven got some work but main kitchen was good for preparing/serving our family.
