Andy's house was the perfect place for a group of friends to get together for a weekend. The house was spacious for 10 adults. We were very comfortable and would love to be back!

We had an amazing time relaxing at this house. There was enough room to hang out all together or room to spread out for anyone who wanted some quiet time. The house had everything we needed. We hope to return again next year

What an amazing stay. We were looking for a place to get together as a family for Thanksgiving. This house was A+. The property is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. It included all linens and towels. The location is great. About 12 minutes from downtown Meredith. The house has everything you could need. The kitchen was well equipped. I mean we prepared Thanksgiving dinner for 13 people there and had everything we needed. The house is dog friendly which is the first thing we look for. The kids had fun in the upstairs bedroom and downstairs playing ping pong. Moultonborough is a beautiful town. Center Harbor Baygulls and Cider Bellies - both very close and excellent. The owner is extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, that makes all the difference. We were very happy! Thanks again! What a special Thanksgiving Holiday with our family. Hoping we can line a summer rental here some point soon. It’s located in a nice quiet cove with a dock.

From grandkids to grandma & grandpa we all had an amazing time at this property. We made great meals together in the fully equipped kitchen and made full use of the wonderful outdoor grill area. Activities from ping pong in the rec room to kayaking and canoeing kept everyone busy! The kids loved making Smore's by the campfire and had a blast sleeping in the loft area. Moms & Dads loved their rooms too. Everything was so clean and well appointed. Couldn't have asked for anything better!

We had a great time staying here for a long weekend. Plenty of space for all the adults and kids!

We had a wonderful stay on Lake Winnipesaukee! The house was the perfect size for 6 couples (12 adults) with plenty of space to hang out and relax. The kitchen is also well stocked with pots and pans if you want to do your own cooking. I would highly recommend booking this house!

The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. The property was as described, very spacious and fully equipped.

An awesome spot for our family to all get together. Plenty of bedrooms/sleeping space for us all. Nice yard and beach in a quiet cove. All the water toys and sand toys you could need for adults and kids to play.

The photos do not do this house justice. It is really beautiful and comfortable. Our party included 3 couples, a senior, three kids ages 2, 3 and 4 and two labs. The layout was perfect for us with the senior able to stay in the first floor. Everyone had their own bathroom. There was a beautiful crib for my 2.5 year old son in our lovely master suite. It was strategically located at the far end of the house. He goes to bed early and not a peep can be heard in that bedroom from the rest of the house. Screen porch was wonderful for some quiet time and also enjoyed playing cards on the outside deck. The whole family was able to enjoy meals together at the extra large table. We came for the ice maker and stayed for the ice maker. I miss it already. The beach was just steps away which made it quick and easy to frequent multiple times a day. There were plenty of chairs for everyone and TONS of water crafts and toys for the kids. This cove and beach area was absolutely perfect for our young children. It was especially convenient not having to bring beach towels for everyone - host supplied MANY. Only downside was Neighbors are close by and there was some construction going on next door while we stayed but obviously not within the hosts control. Bedding, beds and pillows were all very comfortable. You really don’t need to bring much to this house - kitchen was stocked with most everything you would need. Lovely hosts and lovely home.

We had an amazing family vacation at this beautiful home. There were 14 of us from 1-73! The house had plenty of space and the lake was perfect for so many outdoor activities. We would love to rent here again.

We had a wonderful week at this property. We had ages from 11 months to 70 years old and everyone in-between. The house was plenty large enough and very clean. It was such a relaxing spot to enjoy. Beach at end of property in a cove. So perfect for the little guys to play in the water. And the fast water was just around the corner for water skiing and tubing. We all really enjoyed cooking and eating and relaxing. We never left the house. Great get away and a way to be with our family all at once. We had 9 adults and 5 children.

Our family has been vacationing in the lake region a number of years and this was our first stay with Andy. The house is great. Good space for a large family of 11. This house provides everything you need from cooking utensils to water toys, Game room for kids. Loved the beach area and the level pathway to the water. The quiet area of the lake is great for kids and we had no boat traffic around the swim area which is great for the kids. If you like Ice then this house is for you. Ice maker is the best we have ever had. Multiple large tables for meals and cards. inside and on the screened-in porch.

This house is better than the photos. We traveled with 10 people, including grandparents and grand kids. The downstairs bedroom is great for someone who can’t do stairs, but be aware that the full bathroom downstairs has a tub/shower (not a walk in shower). We had plenty of room for everyone and the kids loved the downstairs ping pong table and all the water toys that are available at the house. The setting is just lovely, right on the cove. We enjoyed bonfires with the all the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. Andy is a great host…very accessible and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

The property was perfect for 3 generations of family members. Everybody had plenty of space. Now I could tell you more about the house and the sturdy dock that was perfect for my mom with a bad knee, but you can read that in all the other reviews. What I want to do here is call out how Andrew went above and beyond. My sister and brother-in-law brought their pontoon boat and got the absolute best, in-person advice from Andrew regarding the launch site and navigation back to the dock at the house. Despite being the owner of a local business and swamped with work he needed to do for Bike Week, he took the time to join my sister and BIL on the boat when they arrived. Andrew's guidance laid the groundwork for a boat-rock collision free week on Lake Winnipesaukee. I hope we can make it back there in a couple years.

We had a wonderful time at Andy's beautiful lake house as we celebrated my mother's 80th birthday with our extended family (10 people). It is very spacious and well laid out, and everything felt sturdy and clean and high quality. The mattresses were extremely comfortable and the new wall-to-wall carpeting on the second floor and the third floor was a nice touch that make it quieter in the morning. The light from the windows and skylights was beautiful, and it was so nice to see the water as we ate at the big table. The real highlight for our family with small children was the lake access – a sandy beach where the kids and toddlers could easily wade in and splash and swim. We took out a kayak both nights and used the fire pit. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had a great layout and location. It was the perfect place to stay while skiing Gunstock.

Everything was great and clean. The open concept is nice for a big group, there were 10 of us and 3 infants. The fireplace was warm and cozy. Andy was kind and attentive. Would rent again!
