Great grandparents, grandparents, parents and kids stayed in this wonderful abode. We discovered more togetherness. The house was perfect for all ages. Even though the weather didn’t totally cooperate, we had a great time, playing games and going to the beach.

the house offers excellent comfort. In addition to being very well located, very close to the beach and everything you need.

My family and I had a wonderful stay this July. There were 15 of us ranging in ages from 12-79 years old. We appreciated all the rooms so we each had our own space. The kitchen and dining area were large enough to accommodate us all. The pool was wonderful to have especially for the late night swims. The beach access was a quick walk down the street in a quiet neighborhood. The balconies also came in handy to hang towels to dry and a quiet place for several avid readers in the family to escape. The only negatives were the need for more pots, pans, and sheets for a family our size. We cooked almost every meal during our stay and were limited due to the amount of food we had to prepare. Also, due to the weather (not the owners fault, obviously) we spent a great deal indoors and wished there was more seating (couches) in the living room. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would stay there again.

We had our annual family vacation at Sunset Grace and enjoyed it! Our ages ranged from 15-87 and everyone was comfortable. We rented a golf cart as the walk to the beach was too much for the older folks and we found most houses on our street also had them so that was fun. The pool are was a huge hit and the kitchen had everything we needed! My only suggestion would be to add some more or new bath towels. Not all rooms had them and those that were there were pretty old. Other than that we loved it!

Overall the house is in bad condition. Found roach in shower stall, have pictures . Had to buy tank of gas for grill, pool was not taken care of filthy skimmer basket. Terrible furniture needs replaced, trash on side of house, no bath mats in most of bathrooms. This doesn’t cover all the problems, I have pictures I would be happy to send you that will really tell the condition of this property. We would not recommend it to anyone.

Good location in Destin with a friendly and attentive owner. House was cleaned and as advertised. If you are considering renting, I would recommend bringing or renting a golf cart for easy access down the road to the beach.

We all loved this house! So much room for 11 adults and one baby! The pool was great and large enough for all of us to enjoy together! Nice little walk to the beach.

The house was in a great location, short walk to the beach and convenient to everything. Plenty of room for the whole family. We loved the backyard with the pool and had plenty of room to even play cornhole. Would rent this house again

The property had a little smaller pool than the pictures lead us to believe. A couple of the mattresses could be replaced and the refrigerator definitely needs to be replaced. But I know the owner is on top of this as a new microwave was installed while we were there. You can't go wrong booking Sunset Grace

We loved the house ! Spacious and cozy, having 6 bathrooms is definitely a plus ! Close to the Beach ! The kitchen has everything u need ! Great location !! Thank you AJ for everything, cant wait to go back ! Just one suggestion would be a high lock on the Back that goes to the pool (parents would appreciate it ☺️)

Everything was just as listed,clean beds were comfy and the pool was amazing to have! Only thing i would recommend is a better television in the living room and some new pillows in the bedrooms. Was a little warmer in the downstairs rooms then the upstairs rooms which we put a box fan down in the lower rooms to help. Nothing to complain about really just a few rcommendations :) We enjoyed our week at your home! Thanks for having us!

The property was 2 blocks from the beach trail in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was clean and provided bonus swimming for the littles. The house was comfortably large and very prettily decorated with a beach theme. Beds were comfortable. This was a terrific property we would visit again.

Checkin is Saturday at 5pm which means you wait with your bags somewhere waiting to get into your rental after cleaning. The cleaning team was blind as huge hair balls, scum, mold, and dirt was all over the home. This home was appointed with builder grade sub par cabinets, flooring and appliances. The refrigerator struggled to keep items frozen. The vacuum did not work well at all. The beds had plastic liners which made sleep difficult due to the noise; bathroom lighting was dim and the showers were lacking. Those that left 5 star reviews must be family and friends. I sent pictures of the dirt and they must have come by when no one was there so we cleaned it up ourselves.

The location of this property is great. It’s close to the beach, restaurants, the outlets, etc. The owner was quick to answer any questions before we checked in. The main complaint is the house was not very clean. There was sand everywhere, in one of the bedrooms there was clothes on the floor from previous vacationers, and dust bunnies in some areas. It’s not the owners fault as they prob don’t check it once it’s cleaned. Plan on purchasing chairs and umbrellas if needed. Overall, we liked the house but wish it was cleaner.

The home was very roomy and nice. The pool was spectacular. My entire family especially the kids loved the home.

Well stocked with most everything you need! Communication was fantastic with any potential issues, etc. Would recommend!

Sunset Grace was amazing. We will be back again. The location was amazing. Less than 2 blocks to the beach. The house was just perfect for our group. No golf cart was needed. Pool and yard were very nice. Aj was super easy to deal with, and on top of everything. Outside shower to get the sand off. Photos don’t do it justice. Everyone loved this place, all are excited about next year.

Clean, comfortable And would definitely stay there again ;)

This house was PERFECT for our family. There were 14 of us, and the house was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was large and very well-equipped; perfect for preparing our Thanksgiving dinner. The beach is a short walk away, and there are plenty of beach chairs for use on the beach. We will definitely stay here again. My only negative report is that we couldn't lower the thermostat below 72°, and sometimes, while we were cooking, we got warm. Other than that, everything was great. It was wonderful to have our private pool.

The house is in a great location. The back yard is fantastic. The rooms where good size and comfortable. We had a great stay.

Overall nice house great pool and good location. Pictures of course always much better than reality. Mattresses need replaced sleeping experience not good. Owner was very easy to work with and concerned about our experience. I would anticipate changes in the future as we conveyed then to him.

This rental was nice and roomy within walking distance of the beach. I would rent this house again.

Great location and spacious. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of pools toys, chairs for the beach, floaties. AJ was very responsive to any question we had. We truly enjoyed our vacation. Fascinated with Destin and dont miss Crab island adventure.

We had a family vacation at this location with 17 people. There was plenty of room with great amenities like high chairs, pool toys, chairs for the beach, hammocks in the backyard, a nice grill, etc. it was a short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Great space and great location. The weather was great even though some concerns with the tropical storm coming. We enjoyed the pool, house and patio. The owner was very accommodating and worked with any changes we made.

This house was great for our four families! We really liked the location and the short walk to the beach. The house had plenty of space and everything we really needed. The cleanliness of the house upon arrival was our only disappointment.

Sunset Grace fit our needs! Great location and spacious. It would have been nice to have the pool heated and included in the price. The weather only allowed for intermittent swimming even if we had the pool heated. The carpet should be replaced, the first floor bedroom near the pool/patio door tv volume couldn’t be adjusted and the shower rod was rusted. The second floor white furniture bedroom’s mattress also needs replacing. There were very limited to no supplies. The pics were accurate.. A fire pit and hot tub in the back is also suggested. VRBO fees are also too expensive compared to other vacation rental companies. Overall we enjoyed our vacation time in the Destin home immensely.

This was a great house to spend Christmas in Florida at. The beach was close, the pool was wonderful for the kids to play in and shopping, restaurants and activities were all close by.

Our family of 6 siblings w/spouses had such a wonderful time in this home. There was enough space for each member to have their own bedrooms and baths. The heated pool and patio area was great area to relax. This property was in a great location, walking distance to the beach, and close to stores and restaurants. We loved our visit and are looking forward to returning October 2020.

My family and I had a great vacation thanks to you all for renting your house to us. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location was excellent. It was within walking distance to the beach and shopping and places to eat were very close to the house. I will recommend all my friends who want to vacation in Destin to rent from you. I give you a 5 star rating.
