Very nice condo located on the beach in a quiet area. Unit was as described in the listing and offered pretty much everything you could need for the beach. We did have a few issues with the cleanliness of the bedding on check-in but the owner did what he could to make things better. Would recommend this condo to anyone and I think our experience with bedding was probably an anomaly as the rest of the unit was clean.

The view was amazing. The beds are comfortable. The beach is perfect and not too crowded.The pool is clean and refreshing Super relaxing area!

Great condo and location!

The condo and location were perfect for us! The condo was nicely equipped and the beach was simply amazing! Plenty of beach accessories provided by the host, which was awesome! We had a couple of minor maintenance things that Victor took care of right away. He was very responsive and accommodating. And, thank you Victor for having nice, soft bed sheets!!! I enjoyed my coffee each morning on the balcony and watched dolphins cruise by! Our favorite meal was at the restaurant Wahoo’s. We would definitely stay again!

We were very pleased with this condo! The sunset view from the balcony was beautiful. It was super convenient to be right on the beach. The pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature so that we could swim even though it was a little chilly outside. The inside of the condo was very nicely appointed. The beds were all very comfortable, which can be hard to find in a vacation rental. The owner was very helpful and gave very clear and easy to follow instructions for check in/out. Communication was great. We didn’t have any issues but it was good to know we could contact him if we did have a problem. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location and beautiful place!

Everything was perfect! Condo was beautiful and owners go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. We flew in so we were so excited to find beach chairs to use! BUT can we talk about that view😍 Stunning! Few steps and your sinking your feet in the sand! Would definitely book again!

We most strongly recommend this condo for a large family or group. It is clean, spacious, extremely well stocked with basic supplies (nice dishes, pots and pans, full sized appliances, fans, towels, beach toys, brooms/mop). We are a family of 5 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed the balcony, the large comfy rooms and beds, clean spacious bathrooms and a fully supplied kitchen. Our hosts were readily available to answer all inquiries and if we had had any difficulties, I am certain that it would have been quickly resolved. World class location, responsive hosts and a large, homey, comfortable condo with a balcony and view! Highly recommended.

We always try and stay at Sea Oats when in Florida, and specifically this condo if it is available for our dates. We are a family of 6 and there is plenty of room for us all in the condo, with plenty of parking and the private pool area. Victor was an excellent host, with prompt and clear communication from the moment we booked our stay all the way through to our check out, including pro-active communications as hurricance Idalia made it's way across Florida. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and we would certainly book through him again.

I’m so glad I chose this property. This is out first time to Redongton shores. It was fabulous. The hosts were great to responding to my questions about the property before booking and were great after i I booked the property. I was looking for a large condo directly on the beach, with a balcony and pool. It was even better than I hoped This property was well maintained. The hosts even thought of extra amenities that made the stay even better ( shampoo, conditioner and body wash, as well as a closet filled with beach toys, cooler, tennis rackets, etc…) The beach was not crowded and was amazing! The location was great, as so many restaurants and things to do nearby. I will definitely make this a regular stay. I can’t say enough good things to say about this condo!!! Thank you!!

Great place to stay. Victor was a great host and very responsive. Saw dolphins every day for balcony and manatees a few days as well while we were in the ocean. Condo has everything you need for a great stay.

This condo was perfect for our family. It was large enough for all 6 of us. It was well appointed and very clean. Highly recommend it!

I booked this property for 4 weeks, mid-Jan to mid-Feb as a winter break from cold, gray skies in Ohio. The property was well maintained on the outside by the HOA staff who were diligent and friendly. On the inside, the furnishings were very nice and suitable for a group of 6. The balcony runs across the living room and the master BD, making it nicer than most due to the larger size. The inside laundry pair of appliances was also a very nice feature. We only had one small request of the owner and he responded immediately. The beach is wide, beautiful and perfect for walks. The sunsets were spectacular. During the 4 weeks, we only had two bad weather days. Parking was always available. Kitchen was well stocked and beds comfortable. We used the property BBQ grills twice. Charcoal was provided. We were on the top floor and did not hear any other guest on the sides. I'll be back!!

My husband, sister and I (all in our 60s) had a very enjoyable stay! The condo had everything we needed...the beds were comfortable, the water pressure was great and the view of the ocean was amazing!! Would definitely stay again!

The condo was great. Nice spacious kitchen. New furniture in the living room and amazing views of the ocean with plenty of seating on the balcony. The beds were comfortable. The condo, pool, and public spaces were very clean and well kept Lots to do within walking distance. Tennis courts at condo. Several restaurants within walking distance. The trolley picks up and drops off right in front of condo The trolley travels from Clearwater beach to St Pete’s beach. We loved the condo and the location.

Family had a wonderful time at this fantastic condo. Excellent view. Spacious and well equipped. We prepped and ate Thanksgiving dinner in the unit. Fresh linens and comfortable bedding. Owner is an extremely good communicator and available if needed. However, our stay was flawless. Highly recommended.

This was a nice unit right on the Gulf. The pool was warm, the beach was beautiful and sunsets from the balcony were truly amazing. The unit was nice and had plenty of pots and pans and a great kitchen. A few dolphin were seen from the porch and the little shells were great.

We really enjoyed this property. We hope to be able to stay there again. We had all of the necessities (except a pizza cutter, but we made do) There were a few extras that we haven’t had at other properties.

Everything from booking, to checking in, to checking out, all went very smoothly! The place and location was great! Beach was amazing and my daughters loved finding shells in the clear water. Would stay again!
