We always try and stay at Sea Oats when in Florida, and specifically this condo if it is available for our dates. We are a family of 6 and there is plenty of room for us all in the condo, with plenty of parking and the private pool area. Victor was an excellent host, with prompt and clear communication from the moment we booked our stay all the way through to our check out, including pro-active communications as hurricance Idalia made it's way across Florida. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and we would certainly book through him again.

I’m so glad I chose this property. This is out first time to Redongton shores. It was fabulous. The hosts were great to responding to my questions about the property before booking and were great after i I booked the property. I was looking for a large condo directly on the beach, with a balcony and pool. It was even better than I hoped This property was well maintained. The hosts even thought of extra amenities that made the stay even better ( shampoo, conditioner and body wash, as well as a closet filled with beach toys, cooler, tennis rackets, etc…) The beach was not crowded and was amazing! The location was great, as so many restaurants and things to do nearby. I will definitely make this a regular stay. I can’t say enough good things to say about this condo!!! Thank you!!

Great place to stay. Victor was a great host and very responsive. Saw dolphins every day for balcony and manatees a few days as well while we were in the ocean. Condo has everything you need for a great stay.

We stayed at this property last month. Has all the comforts of home and wonderful gulf front views. Hope to return again.

I booked this property for 4 weeks, mid-Jan to mid-Feb as a winter break from cold, gray skies in Ohio. The property was well maintained on the outside by the HOA staff who were diligent and friendly. On the inside, the furnishings were very nice and suitable for a group of 6. The balcony runs across the living room and the master BD, making it nicer than most due to the larger size. The inside laundry pair of appliances was also a very nice feature. We only had one small request of the owner and he responded immediately. The beach is wide, beautiful and perfect for walks. The sunsets were spectacular. During the 4 weeks, we only had two bad weather days. Parking was always available. Kitchen was well stocked and beds comfortable. We used the property BBQ grills twice. Charcoal was provided. We were on the top floor and did not hear any other guest on the sides. I'll be back!!

My husband, sister and I (all in our 60s) had a very enjoyable stay! The condo had everything we needed...the beds were comfortable, the water pressure was great and the view of the ocean was amazing!! Would definitely stay again!

The condo was great. Nice spacious kitchen. New furniture in the living room and amazing views of the ocean with plenty of seating on the balcony. The beds were comfortable. The condo, pool, and public spaces were very clean and well kept Lots to do within walking distance. Tennis courts at condo. Several restaurants within walking distance. The trolley picks up and drops off right in front of condo The trolley travels from Clearwater beach to St Pete’s beach. We loved the condo and the location.

Family had a wonderful time at this fantastic condo. Excellent view. Spacious and well equipped. We prepped and ate Thanksgiving dinner in the unit. Fresh linens and comfortable bedding. Owner is an extremely good communicator and available if needed. However, our stay was flawless. Highly recommended.

This was a nice unit right on the Gulf. The pool was warm, the beach was beautiful and sunsets from the balcony were truly amazing. The unit was nice and had plenty of pots and pans and a great kitchen. A few dolphin were seen from the porch and the little shells were great.

We really enjoyed this property. We hope to be able to stay there again. We had all of the necessities (except a pizza cutter, but we made do) There were a few extras that we haven’t had at other properties.

Everything from booking, to checking in, to checking out, all went very smoothly! The place and location was great! Beach was amazing and my daughters loved finding shells in the clear water. Would stay again!

I would have loved to drop the AC under 74 degrees. It was pretty hot last week and wanted the condo to be cooler. We left it on 74 degrees because I did not need the unit to freeze up and not have any AC at all. I would have paid a couple hundred bucks extra to offset the electric bill.

Beautiful condo stocked with everything you need to enjoy a family vacation. Beds were extremely comfortable, condo is spacious and kitten is fully equipped. Looking forward to our next stay.

The condo was very spacious, plenty of room for eight people. The balcony has amazing views From the kitchen/living room and the master bedroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean, good lay out, good location, easy pool/beach access, easy parking, and great view. The unit came equipped with everything we needed in terms of kitchen supplies, towels, beach toys, etc…We would definitely stay in this unit again.

My family stayed here last week for Spring Break, 6 of us total. Very nice condo and location. Owner was great to communicate with and check in and check out was a breeze! The condo was clean and had everything we needed plus a perk of having some beach chairs and umbrellas at the unit to use also.

Our condo was clean and organized. The property was updates and priced appropriately. I had great communication with the property owner and his written communication was great also.

Great overall experience, perfect location and beautiful view of the ocean. Condo needs some updates - furniture especially - but host was wonderful to work with, responded quickly to our needs and was very accommodating with check-in. We really enjoyed our stay overall!
