Exactly what we hoped. Close to beach and nice accommodations. Would definitely stay again

Had a wonderful 2 month stay at this property. If you love the sound of waves at night and dolphins swimming by during the day this is the place! You cannot get any closer to the beach than this building!! Very walkable and safe. Would highly recommend.

Very close to beach and a great view spent many days on the balcony just enjoying the view.

Condo is well laid out with beach views all the way to the kitchen. It was stocked with everything we needed. Great restaurants were right down the street. Publix grocery store was less than a 10 minute drive. Hope to return. Loved it!

We have stayed at this location now for 4 years in a row and each year we have been completely pleased with both the condo and the location! The owners are great to work with and always respond promptly with any inquiries we may have. We have already reserved for next year!

For many years we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leonardo Arms this year was no exception. The unit is rifght on the beach at the quiet south end of Fort Myers Beach where all of the facilities are unrivalled. Sitting on the lanai in the evening with a drink looking out to sea watching the sun going down is perfect.

Another month of fun and sun in Florida. Our time spent in our unit at the Leonardo Arms was just excellent. Everything you could need for a month long vacation was at hand with at great view to boot. We will be back next year.

We stayed for a month and the condo worked well for us. The heated pool was perfection. Access to the beach was so easy. The kitchen worked well as I like to cook. It was well supplied with equipment and dishes. Appliances worked well too. We loved having two bedrooms and the balcony was nice for sunsets or afternoon sun. The master bedroom bed was too soft for us but the walk in closet was very nice to have. The AC worked well and kept us very comfortable. We enjoyed walking to Santini Plaza and CVS. We wish the association would reconsider allowing pets. Snowbirds often have well behaved pets and the pet policy limits potential tenants.Overall a nice condo at a reasonable price.

This is our 3rd consecutive year renting the same property and already have it booked for next year. That in itself says it all.

We have stayed in this unit for a number of years and this year we found even more new additions to an excellent accommodation. Right on the beach with an uninterrupted view of the setting sun what more could one want. We will hopefully return again next year.

Disappointed. No access to lanai which is what makes the unit a special place.

This place is awesome! Right on the ocean, clean and updated room, granite countertops, owners are very easy to deal with and very accommodating. I would recommend this room to anyone looking for a relaxing paradise vacation.

Location is great, condo is well equipped, and we enjoyed everything except having the water turned off on three different days for repairs. Inconvenient but not insurmountable. We definitely recommend this place and its amenities.

We have stayed in this condo for a number of years. Whilst it has been refurbished, this year there were a number of new items such as a glass topped dining table and chairs this only adds to this great condo. The condo is right on the beach with unrivalled views over the gulf and of the great sunsets, the views are spectacular. We will be returning next year.

The Leonardo Arms is a great place to stay and the location on Fort Meyers Beach is ideal. There is shopping and dining just a short walk away.

We spent our vacation here for the 4th time now and that's for a reason. We love the unit, well equipped, comfortable, great view from the balcony! We also appreciate that it's on the quieter south end of the island but still not far from several restaurants. CVS is in close walking distance and they offer also some groceries. Please see my reviews from the last 4 years for more details. We plan on coming back next year.

My husband and I took our 10 month old daughter on her first vacation and this was the perfect spot to do it. You're just a few minutes from great food and things to do, but far enough away from congestion and the busy areas. Our patio had the perfect view of the ocean and we even got to see pelicans diving for fish and dolphins super close to shore. The pool was GREAT and we spent most of our time there. We would definitely recommend staying here/would book again in a heartbeat.

The location is fantastic. Sitting out on the patio with the ocean right there, listening to the waves crash and watching birds and Dolphins play is amazing! The unit is nicely kept and very well appointed- we felt right at home. Kevin was very responsive as well which made the entire stay excellent.

May is a perfect time to visit Ft Myers Beach, and we enjoyed a great month in Kevin's condo at Leonardo Arms. The location is the closest you can get to the water, the weather was beautiful, and the unit was clean, comfortable (including mattress), updated (as represented by photos on website) , and well equipped, especially the kitchen. For special dining, we recommend Flipper's on the Bay just across the bridge on Lovers Key. And buy your fresh shrimp for home cooking at Trico fish market on the dock in Ft Myers. We come back each year and are already booked for 2017. This is a great unit with an uninterrupted view of the ocean the beach and the sunsets; even a small problem is immediately sorted out by the owner with no fuss, they are extremely easy to work with. The whole building is smart and very well maintained.

We have stayed in many rental condos in the past, but this one surpassed our expectations. We have never been in a condo that was so immaculate, fully stocked, and as comfortable as this one. The view was spectacular, we saw dolphins from the balcony swimming close to the shore. We were close to many attractions and driving time wasnt an issue. Time Square was just down the street with many shops and restaurants to choose from along with a pier. A Waterpark in Cape Coral was less an hours drive and the Air Boat rides were about an hour and a half in the Everglades. All very reasonable in price and driving time. The listing description for the condo doesn't do justice. The condo faces the beach, the pool is just around the corner, neither more than a five minute walk. The bathrooms and kitchen are beautiful and the beds are comfortable. Who could ask for anything more. If we needed to contact the owner, he was just a phone call/text away and quickly responded. We had two teenagers, an eight year old and three adults and this condo suited each one of us. Would I go back next year and rent this condo? Absolutely!!!! This was a great vacation and of course, the weather was very cooperative.

This condo is in the perfect location on the beach with amazing views of the white sand and water. It is nicely updated with new bathrooms, new carpet, fresh paint and an updated well-equipped kitchen. The listing and pictures accurately described the condo. It is spacious and the building is quiet. The pool is big and conveniently located near the beach. Leonardo Arms is on the less congested south end of Fort Myers Beach and across the street from the many restaurants in Santini Marina Plaza. We would rent this condo again!

Our family loves to travel. We've seen many places and lots of beaches already, but this was our most relaxing vacation ever! The newly remodeled and pretty big condo has everything we needed to feel "home" with its comfortable furniture, beds, well-equipped kitchen, fast WIFI, and, of course, with its great balcony where we enjoyed the best view ever! It's so close to the ocean; it almost feels like sitting on the beach without getting sand between your toes. The sunsets are incredible, in the mornings we very often saw dolphins swim by. This part of the beach is very peaceful and way less crowded than at the northern part of Fort Myers Beach: perfect to relax, for walking on the beach, and collecting shells. We also enjoyed watching different kind of birds, mainly pelicans, catching fish close by. (Thanks for providing the book about the birds!) Leonardo Arms is a clean and quiet place in walking distance to some restaurants and a CVS pharmacy. The next big grocery shop is about 5 min with the car. More restaurants, bars, and shops are at the northern part but also more traffic. Using trolleys or bikes is a great option. We can't wait to come back, and we definitely will recommend this condo to friends. The owner was very easy and pleasant to work with.

This was my first trip to Florida and I can not wait to return! My daughter, boyfriend and I stayed in this condo for 5 days and it was the best vacation we have had! The condo is beautiful inside and really makes you feel right at home with everything that they have available to you. My daughter had so much fun playing at the beach and also swimming in the pool. She met a couple of other kids there with another family and they made sandcastles and just had a great time. With it being a private beach for people that stay there it really made the experience that much better. There are so many fun activities nearby that there is never a dull moment. We are were close to the shopping places and restaurants in town so that was nice to be able to just drive 10 minutes there. It was very hard to leave the condo because of how relaxing and beautiful it is there. Best experience in Ft Myers Beach FL that you could ask for!

This place has everything for a great vacation getaway. The view is one of the best I've ever seen! The beach is beautiful, with white sand, wildlife, gentle waves, and plenty of sea shells for the collector, and you might even see an occasional Sea Turtle! It's also a great place for taking pictures of gorgeous sunsets. If you've had enough sand, there's a beautiful pool too, that's the largest of all the beach properties. The inside is so fresh, with many new items, like furniture, paint, countertops, and decorations. Laundry is conveniently located on the second floor. There's plenty to do nearby too, with many good restaurants, and shops. If it's a romantic getaway, or a much needed vacation on the beach, this is the place to stay!

The views from the living room, master bedroom, and balcony are breathtaking! The interior is fresh with new paint, tile, and carpeting. The furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. There are ceiling fans and great lighting in every room and the unit feels very spacious. Parking is adjacent to the building and elevators provide easy access to the unit. The owner has provided beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler...all of the necessities for fun on the beach! There are many activities and amenities along Estero Blvd that are within a short walk or trolley ride. I will definitely recommend this condo to my friends and family
