Overall, the property was just what we wanted.

My sister in law and I took our grandkids for the weekend during their spring break. The condo was large enough for all of us, the kitchen was great for eating together. Sitting on the balcony watching the beach was relaxing too. The weather didn’t cooperate much for us but just being together was fun. Thank you!

This condo is very roomy and looked just like the pictures. Great location for heading to the beach or the pool.

The condo was extremely spacious and plenty of supplies. All we had to do was walk across the road and we were on the beach.

We’ve been coming to Mexico beach since 2017, It s a guys outing. We enjoy it quite, easy access to beach and easy drive to boat.

One of the beds had a broken leg/support and the toilets were lose at the base. Just a little maintenance needed. The condo is beautiful and the location is great all and all we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again.

I go to Mexico beach at least twice a year.This place went above an beyond what I needed. Plenty of room for my big family pool an hot tub. Had somewhere to park my boat which is the main reason I got this place an it on the beach. Definitely my go to place from here on as long as it's available.

Once I got in the condo was beautiful. Check in was at 4:00 pm so we went to the grocery store first. When I tried to get in using the code provided the code did not work. I had bought ice cream at the grocery store and after having to wait an hour for maintenance to get us in the ice cream melted. They need to change the process for getting in the unit. They said it was tied to the internet which is not good.

We had an enjoyable stay at this condo. The pool is only a few steps away and was a good distraction for the kids and adults. The beach was close and easy to access. There is a convenience store next door for ice and such things. There is one grill outside to grill on but the area is unkempt and dirty. High clearance vehicles be forewarned; the parking garage has a 7' clearance! We had to park our truck outside in a lot that doesn't belong to the property. It belongs to Toucans and you can park a boat there for the immediate future but will probably change if they every rebuild. We found the condo to be spacious and room sizes adequate for our group. All areas of the property are wheelchair accessible as well as all areas of the unit. It is easy to get around in a wheelchair. Here are some things we noticed from a handicap perspective. There is a roll in shower but the shower head is not properly attached for disabled tenants & there is no soap dish. The bathrooms nor the roll in shower have grab handles. There are no threshold hindrances and you can move about the kitchen but the counters will be a challenge for those sitting. Not complaints, just observations for those who may be wheelchair bound. We found everything we needed to cook and clean with. I would like to address the cleanliness of the unit. I read several complaints concerning the cleanliness and felt sure the owner had addressed them by now, but not so. The floors have not been properly cleaned in some time. Our children's feet were filthy within 30 minutes of arriving. We mopped best we could with the mop provided but this floor needs more than a once over with a mop. Towels with holes in them and washcloths to match. Bed skirts dirty from rubbing the floor. The sliding glass doors were not cleaned and it shows. Owner should seriously address this with the cleaning crew. I will say this alone would not prevent me from coming back but will say it is unfair to charge for cleaning and not receive a clean unit.

We absolutely LOVED staying here! It had everything we needed and more! The only complaint I have is that the property wasn’t very clean, the windows showed where dogs had been theee and the floors were covered in sand. That is in no way a reflection of the property, it was PERFECT. I just wanted to let the owners know that their cleaning service was not the best. We will definitely stay here again!

We spent hours upon arrival cleaning - bathrooms, floors, shower curtains. The bed skirts were stained or dirty but we couldn’t spend more time cleaning. I was uncomfortable the whole time, worried about unseen germs and dirt. I have an autoimmune disorder & a vulnerable relative in my home. I don’t mind to spray or wipe down surfaces - I don’t expect to need to vacuum, mop (although one was not on site) and rewash laundry. Plus, 2 mornings we were awakened around 7 a.m. to construction in the unit above us. I have notified the owner(s) & received an apology.

Location was great! We have been coming to Mexico Beach for over 20 years. We like to be right on the beach , but also have access to a pool. This condo had great location and a pool! We were pleasantly surprised there was a high chair and pack and play for use for my year old grandson. Would definitely recommend. Owners were very plesant to work with. Planning to return next summer !

Easy access to the beach, great sea food near by and lots of personal space on the beach for children to play and pool area is very relaxing

This was a perfect location for our family. Very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Renting was easy with great communication.

Our only complaint was that the condo was ready well in advance of our 4 PM check in time. Any condo if ready early should allow the party to go ahead in check in if the cleaning crew is done and gone.

The layout of the condo is perfect! We had everything we needed and more. I do have a couple of suggestions. The bath towels are very dingy, almost look dirty. It may be a nice upgrade to invest in new towels. Also, the floors were extremely dirty. Our feet were black on the bottom within the first hour. May be a good idea to talk with the cleaning service about mopping better. Otherwise, being on the first floor is amazing with easy pool access. The garage parking is so convenient. Loved the place and location.

We were not expecting this rental to be as large and spacious as it was! And the location was perfect, right across the street from a public access. We will definitely stay here again!

This property is close to everything in Mexico Beach. It's a short drive to Port Saint Joe. The pool and hot tub were awesome. They overlook the beach which is across the street. The condo is very roomy. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you would need to prepare meals. Will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Paradise Shores! Updated and spacious condo! Great location with easy access to the beach! My kids have requested we stay here again...and they don’t usually do that
