We had a great stay. Perfect place for a small family to get away. Great location in town too.

My husband, dog, & I had the best time staying at the cozy cottage! It was the perfect get away! Everything was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was also a plus and was very clean. The cottage was in a perfect area. It was close to stores and restaurants. Very nice neighborhood to walk your dog, and there’s also a nice trail to walk. We also enjoyed some fishing at the creek! I highly recommend staying at the cozy cottage! We will def. be back! 😃

Community is beautiful. The cottage is small but comfy for two. No mountain view if thats what you are looking for. Nestled in trees which is great for privacy. The hot tub is wonderful and it was truly relaxing. Could use better outdoor furniture. No table if you want to grill and eat outside. Chairs were tiny better for children. It was clean and had a great location to stores and activities. Host responded right away to answer my questions. Community pool was a nice addition too!

Very cozy cabin, close to everything you want to do. Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather mountain and lots of fishing and other water activities.

But we couldn’t check in at 3 due to housekeeping issues so it was after 4 before we could get in. Because people before us didn’t leave on time is what we were told. Hot tub doesn’t work very well on stays on 84-89 turned it up but wouldn’t hold to that temperature. Other that it was a wonderful neighborhood. Got to watch alot of movies they have Netflix and Hulu

We were so looking forward to our stay but was very disappointed. No Air Conditioning, no ceiling fans, no central heat, towels were very old and worn, walkway was very dangerous. All the stepping stones were broken . Contract said they were not responsible for any accidents - it that is correct then those need to be removed. Picture online was very deceiving - that pic was the back of the house!! Drive way needs some stops so car will not roll downhill. So sorry for the negative review but I had to tell the truth.

Place was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. I truly enjoyed my stay. Theresa, was such a delight. You can tell that she handles the home with care. The only feedback I would give is perhaps deep cleaning the couch and replacing the cushions. The wear and tear smell was obvious to me. Otherwise, I loved the home and would definitely visit again.

This was an awesome rental for our family of four! It was really homey feeling and very clean. Frank was always responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed talking it trip!

This spot is perfectly located: easy to get to Boone, easy to get to banner elk, not far from Blowing Rock. The house was warm and cozy and provided us with everything we needed. Frank was super nice to communicate with and it was a very positive experience.

Cabin was clean and it was very quiet community. Perfect for family of 3.

Had a great stay !! Listing was as described ! Very clean and smelled fresh, and fireplaces were on for our arrival ! So many things to do near by and we did a lot ! I do think this is perfect for 2 people and your pups ! Might be small for 4 adults , but a couple small kids it would work. Definitely coming back in fall !! Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, hot tub already on, and fireplaces running. We had everything we needed and the property owner was easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend to others!

This was our second year spending Christmas at this location. Check in was at 3:00, but due to the previous guests leaving late, we didn’t get the property until 4:30. We used the hot tub the first night and the chemicals were off balance which caused us skin irritation. It was unusually cold one night, we had to spend most of the day in the bedroom with the doors closed in order to stay warm. We really love the location and the property is clean.

Me and my wife and our 6 mouth old Yorkiepo and we just enjoyed each other and had a wonderful and relaxing trip! Hated to come back to reality! Lol it was an awesome trip that we will be taking again!

House was perfect for me and the wife. Close to everything but outside of all the traffic. 10 min drive to Boone and 10 min drive to grandfather mountain. Hot tub was great as well

House was clean and in a nice neighborhood. The owner was very nice and easy to get up with. Hot tub advice - do not try to turn on the lights. We accidentally put it in economy mode and it wouldn't heat higher than around 84°. Easy fix once we realized what we did but it took all day to heat back up in 30° weather.

We enjoyed the location to hiking trails on and off property. The Hot Tub was a nice addition.

The geographical location of the cottage was perfect— near great mountain towns, hiking trails,etc. Also near to several grocery stores. We did wish the cabin was more secluded as there are neighbors all around. Also, what we thought was a pond in the backyard was a sort of run-off pond. That being said- the inside of the cottage is great— the living room has been re done recently and is decorated very nicely. There are wonderful, warm electric fireplaces in the living room and bedroom that provide ambience. The kitchen is well- stocked with nice dishes and cooking stuff ( only missing was a mixing bowl, but we just used a saucepan for hand- mixing) The owner was quick to respond to inquiries. Note— bring your own travel iron and ironing board

The property is surrounded by other houses & not very private . Property Owner was very nice & responded quickly to any questions that we had. The mattress in the bedroom needs to be replaced . Additional hand towels & dish towels would have been nice but there is a washer & dryer so we used it once . The cottage was pretty clean & we enjoyed our stay .

Everything went smoothly from checking in to checking out. Enjoyed our stay very much. Host was quick to answer any questions.

Very nice round cabin in a great location. Loved the neighborhood being an old ski resort.

I usually never leave reviews, but I had to for this particular property, is a nice place to stay, is so cozy and homie, highly recommend to stay here, and you are in Middle of everything around.

The Cottage in the Round was clean and comfortable. It is located in a small community with a pool. Everything was in working order. We enjoyed our stay. The space is great for 2 adults. Convenient location between Boone and Banner Elk.

Clean property in a central location. There is not a Mountain view from the house, but you are very close to beautiful mountain scenery. The owner was great to deal with and quick to respond.

Overall our stay was positive. The property was clean and had the essentials that we needed for our trip. Was nice to have access to a washer and dryer. This cabin is only really suited for up to two guests. Or two guests with an infant in a pack-n-play. The pull out sofa is very uncomfortable for sleeping (we traveled with our 13 year old son). He preferred sleeping on the couch due to the condition of the pull out mattress.

Pull out couch was broke but we made it work.

This cute chalet had all the amenities of home - plus a quiet location, personal hot tub, and neighborhood pool. Quick drive to Boone, Blowing Rock, and Valle Crucis. Kitchen was well stocked and linens were in great shape. Owner was quick to communicate and truly cared about my visit.
