Everything about this t house was perfect. The house was exactly as beautiful as the pictures that are shown. Beautiful views, very comfortable,well equipped, great location and wonderful hosts.

Our group of 5 women had such a lovely time in this place. The hot tub was great, the kitchen well stocked, beds were comfortable. The owner was also super responsive. We would definitely stay again!

the house was very nice and well equipped. we all like the fact there was plenty of kitchen ware. its nice to have all matching dishes, cups, glasses, and utensils. the appliances were high quality and the kitchen was up-to-date and clean. we didn't spend much time at the house, but when we were there it was very comfortable and it felt like "home" in a relatively short period of time. beds were all nice and there were plenty of towels. it was typical december/january weather during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the decks. i'm sure guests would spend a majority of time at home on the decks in nice weather. definitely one of the nicer properties we've stayed at using vrbo.

We stayed for a long vacation visit. Everything was perfect. Can't say more - just terrific!

The house itself was in excellent shape with all the amenities you could hope for. Hot tub was clean, sauna was easy to use, and all of the consumables like toilet paper, paper towels, and propane for the grill, were well stocked. There is also a ton of fridge space including a cool wine fridge in the game room. Pictures don’t really do it justice. I love staying on this lake because of the proximity to Seattle without the Seattle traffic. I wish we could’ve stayed another week.

We had a great relaxing weekend with friends. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice view, comfortable beds, and the s’mores are a great touch. Would stay again.

We loved the house and it was exactly as described. We were visiting Seattle before heading out on an Alaskan cruise, and it was the perfect place to start out trip.

There really isn’t much more to say that hasn’t been said before, but this house was perfect for our group of 7 ranging in age from 1 to 67, and every age group was happy. The house is extremely clean and well stocked and the hosts have thought of everything. I will say that the pictures can’t do the view justice; it was just spectacular!

A few dads and their sons escaped for a few days and couldnt have picked a better location. Sitting on the deck looking out over the lake is amazing. Very little noise from I-90 and quite neighborhood makes this location great. Easy access to I-90 and short times into seattle or up to the mountains. House has everything you need and then some. We will definitely keep this house as a go too for future trips.

The property is well represented and Laura is a true sweetheart goes above and beyond.

This is a fantastic property. It completely lives up to all the glowing reviews. The only thing nicer than this property is the owner/manager team. I hope I get the opportunity to rent this house again. Good times were had by all!

This is the third time we have stayed at this property and it was as wonderful as always!! Rental communication was simple, check in was a breeze, and the house was exactly as pictured/described. The house was tidy and well-stocked when we arrived and we had a lovely stay!! And will likely be back again in the future!!!!!

This home was just as beautiful as the pictures! Our family loved the deck, the view, and the hot tub. The teenagers loved the game room and the s’mores. This house was clean and inviting with lots of extra touches. There was plenty of space to gather together for meals and conversations, and plenty of space to get time alone or some one on one time.

We had an awesome time staying at the Cougar Mountain Retreat! The house was clean and had plenty of space for my family of 10. We had 3 kids, aged 3 to 13 and there were enough toys, games and activities to keep them all entertained. There was a lot of outdoor deck space to enjoy and take in the beautiful views. I really appreciated that the kitchen was very well stocked with spices, utensils, dishes, pots and pans and anything else you could possibly need/want. The owner was very easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions before and during our trip. I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering a stay.

Wow, wow and wow. I truly cannot thank the hosts enough for this amazing property. First, the view….oh my the view. Truly spectacular. Second, the property was spotless. So incredibly clean. Also, they had every amenity covered. The kitchen had every needed appliance, dishes, etc. They had so many games and linens were not lacking. Every aspect of the home showed attention to detail and the hosts truly wanted you to enjoy your stay. We loved our time, and our friends and family could also not get over how perfect the house way. Thank you Ben and Laura for helping my husbands birthday trip be SPECTACULAR!

I rented this house to stay with my less abled mom, my sister and my son. This was for the week before my other son’s wedding. We had an amazing stay. Weather could have cooperated a bit more but views-even with fog or haze are spectacular. The kitchen is stocked and cooking was easy. The hot tub and sauna are wonderful. Laura was very responsive when we couldn’t get the sauna to work. Once figured out, we didn’t have any problems. For my mom who is 87, this is not handicap accessible. (We new this going in). She was able to make 1 flight of stairs and stayed on the main level. Shower on main level is a shower tub combo and was hard for her even with a shower chair that we brought. (We also knew this going in so it isn’t a complaint just in case someone is in the same position looking to rent here. A hand held sprayer and grab bar would be perfect.) the upstairs master bedroom, closet and shared bathroom are fantastic! The bed is amazingly comfortable! I had the best nights sleep! All the beds are very comfortable in this house. What a great touch with the s’mores kit (small flame pot included)! They were delicious! It would have been wonderful to use the deck and fire pits if weather had cooperated more. Next time! Thanks for a great stay!

This was a perfect venue for a friend get-together! The hosts had clear instructions and were responsive to questions. Amazing views out to the lake and plenty of activities at the house and the surrounding area. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and comfortable sleeping accommodations.

It was a lovely home and perfect for our family. Kitchen was great, and the patio space was lovely. The heating/ac was a little challenging and not balanced. The upstairs bedroom with the patio was receiving all of the heat or cooling. The market was very nice.

We had a great time with our family as we attended a nearby wedding. Amenities were really good. Slight issues were hot tub temp (set at 109, took forever to cool) and limited parking given the size of the place.

This was a nice place for a group of people to get away without being too far- the view of the lake and the features of the house made it an ideal setting to get away for a few days!! The property manager was very responsive to my questions and the house was amazing! Highly recommend!!

The property is absolutely gorgeous. Had enough bedrooms for me to host my 8 best friends. It was the perfect entertainment home and had the best view to look at every morning. The host responded super quick and went out of the way to make our stay the best. The only downfall was that the sauna was advertised as working in the listing but when we got there, it was broken and out of order. Other than that, this property is an escape from the busy Seattle city.

This is our second time renting this beautiful property and, it keeps getting better! It is in a great location, is very clean, everything works, and it is fully stocked with the same level of items you’d have in your own home. We love and appreciate all the attention to detail. We came up to check out a university for my 11th grader and brought our 4 kids age ranged 9 to 25. There was plenty of space for all of us. The property is clean, the bedding is comfy, and the home has all the amenities you could need with a beautiful lakefront view. The homeowner is easy to reach and everything went smoothly.
