The cabin was very cozy and beautiful. It has anything you might need. The host was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows!! Quiet area. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!

We felt so “at home” and comfortable during our stay. There was so much attention to detail to just take the extra step in making our stay enjoyable. Having extra toiletries under the bathroom sink for forgotten items was a plus. The deer who visited and rested by the creek outside the bedroom window were icing on the cake! We will definitely be back.

Comfortable cabin on the Creek. Spotlessly clean, 2 bedrooms 2 baths- has everything you’d need, including a big kitchen, comfy sofas and a fireplace. Definitely plan on coming back!

When we drive up to the property we were pleasantly surprise by 3 huge deer. We felt like it was a Colorado welcome. We got out of the car and could immediately hear the babbling brook. We entered the house and the house looked even better than the photos. We loved hearing and watching the stream of the brook and watching the deer and squirrels. We were centrally located to tons of shopping and restaurants. Visited the Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak cog train ride, Royal Gorge railroad, the Cheyenne zoo, broadmore hotel, and did lots of shopping and eating. The shower was hot and it was so nice having a kitchen and a washer/dryer. My parents were comfortable and my husband and I were happy too. Great communication with owner. Couldn’t be happier with our vacation to Colorado.

This house is an absolute gem. It’s the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Stocked with everything you could possibly need- kitchen utensils, towels, box fans, toys for the kids- everything! The back deck, tree covered lawn, swing, and creek create a heavenly environment to rest and relax. There is no better location in the entire Co Springs area. I only wish we had stayed longer!

We stayed 4 nights at this cabin and it was perfect! Very clean and well appointed.
Loved the swing by the creek!
If we ever have a need to be in Colorado Springs again we will definitely stay here.

We stayed for 6 days and wish we could have stayed longer! Had everything we needed. Great bed. We felt like we were at home. Sitting creek side for hours letting life stress melt away.

The property was exceptional. The house was very clean and comfortable. Comfortable king bed and the shower in the master is excellent. Liked the quiet location and the sound of the water running through the creek right off the back deck. Was easy getting to all the sights.

Enjoyed sitting out on the deck with, the creek running through the property. Time to time we would have visitors from deer for a drink.This place was Quite and peaceful.The place was very clean, and organized and well stocked.The beds were very comfortable. The place was in a great convenient location.

This cabin was the perfect for us to celebrate our 50th anniversary 😍. Peaceful ! The kitchen is well equipped. The only supplies you need is food. I love the fact that there is full size washer/dryer. I washed our clothes before we lift so did not have a lot of laundry when we got home. We are definitely going back.

We expected the home to meet our needs and it was better than advertised. The location was a perfect jumping off point for enjoying the many things to see and do that Colorado Springs has to offer. Restaurants, grocery, etc. all close by yet when at the house you enjoy the private retreat. We have rented many vacation homes and would return here without hesitation.

Our stay was FABULOUS! The ONLY downside was we needed more time. The home was very clean & the bed was very comfortable. The creekside deck was always especially inviting for both coffee/cocktails. The deer wandering through were a treat. The location was excellent - easy access to whatever we wanted to do.
If we find ourselves back in Co. Springs we will sure hope to be staying here !!!

We had an amazing and comfortable couple of nights in this spacious creek-side cottage. Breakfast outside, sleeping with the soothing burble of the creek, a true vacation. Trees give some privacy. Close to the zoo and restaurants.
The A/C unfortunately broke down, but the host came by even on a holiday. Her graciousness was remarkable.
Will definitely stay at her place again, if we get the chance.

This property was perfect! Great location, walking distance to the Broadmoor. Plenty of space inside and large outdoor deck space. Love the creek right by the property, sounds like a soothing waterfall outside. This place was peaceful, convenient, and just a great place to stay.

Beautiful, relaxing home right by the creek. So peaceful. Great location with easy access to all the numerous sights around including close proximity to the Broadmoor. The owner, Sandi, was very quick to respond to our needs and she provided everything you could possibly require to make our stay amazing. Highly recommend!!!

Our stay at this beautiful creek side cabin was amazing! It is in the perfect location and just minutes away from Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, the zoo, hiking, mountain bike trails, restaurants and soooo much more. Sandy, the home owner, recommend the Golden Bee at the Broadmoor Hotel and it is a must see!! She was wonderful to work with and has a beautiful cabin! We will be back! Thank you!

Excellent place to spend a vacation. The owner was wonderful and worked with me to correct my input error on departure date and notified us a couple hours early that we could occupy the property. Nice since we had traveled a long way and arrived earlier than expected. Our only issue with the property is that we had expected a better view and in a more secluded area. It did however allow excellent access to the mountains and other venues in Colorado Springs.

It was tucked back away from the road. Inside it looked like a quaint little log cabin. The deck along the little river was perfect. The neighbors are all pretty close but we never heard or saw them. It was perfect for a girls getaway weekend.
