We loved every minute there. It was a very beautiful condo and the area was wonderful.

The entire process of renting the condo, information about arriving and leaving all were excellent. The sunsets were spectacular! 2 weeks went way to quickly. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with me a mb d my daughter.

We spent three glorious weeks calling this our home, and it was wonderful! The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. The pool area is very large, but the one drawback is there is no shade (not even umbrellas). The property is close to restaurants and shopping but not so close that it's overwhelming. We have added this to our list of go-to places to stay at Mad Beach and definitely hope to return in the near future.

Have stayed at Ocean Sands several times, always impressed with how well cared for the property is. Unit matched description. Very comfortable and up-to-date. Weather was terrific & complex was quiet. Look forward to visiting again.

The property is in an excellent location and has an beautiful view but unfortunately there was a red tide outbreak the decimated the beach, I mean biblical plague fish kill across the beach. It is a residential property so there are signs posted just about everywhere in the rules and regulations of the pool, gate, elevator, mail, hot tub, etc. You name it and there is a sign for it. The abundance of signage became a scavenger hunt activity for me and my wife to see who could photograph the most signs, so thanks for the activity. The condo was filthy and I had to go and purchase my own cleaning supplies including a mop in order to makes the space livable. There is so much stuff and clutter that you are constantly shuffling stuff around or shifting through broken stuff trying to find the most usable broken item. Imagine two bedrooms of stuff shoved into a one bedroom. The bedside table next to me contained several pairs of women’s underwear, which did not belong to my wife, gross. Underneath the bed was trash and even an old dusty shoe and toddlers toy. We cleaned the inside of the fridge which was filled with all the old food from the previous occupiers. Put away a coffee make that had not been wiped down in forever. The owner of the condo is very nice but did not always communicate in a timely fashion. She never calls or answers the phone number provided. The property manager is very unhelpful and turns out cleans the condo as a side hustle. She informed me how excellent at and detail oriented her cleaning was and the great pride she took in her work. She must have missed the floors that were so grimy that we had to were socks in order to keep our feet from turning black, which It took 3 moppings to remove the film of yuck. There was also the over turned box of soda that had spilled in the laundry room fusing the rug to the floor. The owner did reimburse me for the cleaning fee and supplies. The condo was very affordable but the the amount of cleaning and shuffling of stuff made it not worth it. I did not drive 16 hours to cleanup and organize someone else’s property.

We have stayed in the area many times now and this was by far our favorite place. it was comfortable and clean and had absolutely everything you could ever need to cook a meal. we were trying to stay close to home because of Covid so we ate in every night and were very happy with the kitchen. There were tons of towels, beach towels, chairs and everything else you could want. The location was great, the beach here is great and the pool was lovely. We met lots of people from all over the states. We will be back!

The owners are very responsive and helpful. The condo is beautiful, well-equipped, and comfortable.

Our 3 week stay was great! Perfect, central location on Madeira Beach. No need for car. Walk to groceries, restaurants, drugstores as needed. Very friendly building for families as well. Owners readily available for questions. Saw dolphins frequently and even saw 2 large manatees right off the shoreline. Can’t beat the beach front location!

Lovely view. Unfortunately we had to leave after two nights due to an unforeseen issue. The owner was very good about trying to help us out with re renting etc. the place is very comfortable. It is a large condo complex on a busy street but is directly on the beach which is great. The pool and public deck is very nice. The price is a bargain for what you get. The place is very well stocked with linens etc.

We had a wonderful time staying in the unit. Has to be one of the nicest at Ocean Sands. Everything you need and want inside the condo and within walking distance to anything you might want as well.

Those were the best mornings. Sitting on the balcony having coffee watching the dolphins play.

This beautiful Condo was beyond words!! Newly remodeled and beautiful upgrades with an Ocean front view that's incredible. So convenient to stores and restaurants, and the building is very secure. The owners were a joy to work with and I truly hope that someday I will be able to spend more time here!! Thank you guys for a wonderful 2 week stay!

The view is breathtaking - it is right on the beach. Pictures do not really do this place justice. It's better than the usual rental, it's more like someone's home. The quality furniture, the endless kitchen supplies, comfortable bed, quiet dishwasher! Absolutely would stay there again. Loved my stay. Thank you!!

Condo is recently updated. Location is walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars and grocery store. We saw dolphins every day. Owner is very responsive. Fully stocked kitchen. Will definitely stay again!

Condo is beautiful! Views are exceptional!! Great friendly complex with large pool and perfect location. Beach was gorgeous, clean and clear. Couldn't have asked for a better two weeks!! Hope to be back next Summer!

My husband and I were really impressed with the condo. It was Beautiful!, very well maintained and clean. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, felt very at home. The sunsets were beautiful and everyone we met on the elevator were very nice. Had beautiful weather and saw dolphins in the ocean while sitting on the balcony quite a few nights. Would really come back again. Everything was GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!!!

This place was the best. Felt just like home except it was on the beach. As nice as it looks. Can't wait to go back.

It is sometimes hard to give a proper review of a place when words do not give it justice. Firstly, finding Ocean Sands is relatively easy, which is a plus. The parking is great, being out of the sun. Stepping in for the first time is awesome. Immediately, you get the feeling you are home. Everything is modern and the furnishings quite comfortable, especially the king bed, so comfy. The two patio doors allow the rooms to be flood with daylight, but the blinds will control how much if desired. Stepping out on to the balcony puts one into another world. The view is great, the gulf and beach. The furniture is very relaxing and the evening sunsets are truly a bonus from here. From the kitchen, laundry room, dining and living room, bedroom and bathrooms every room was so clean and well equipped. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Our stay was marred by the red tide and smell of fish. They were doing a good job to keep things cleaned up but still it was annoying with the heat and smell. Hope they find a solution as I hate to see our Gulf in such condition. However Ocean Sands is nice and so was our view when we could enjoy it. The owner is very caring.

This is a nice condo and good location

Don't hesitate to book this condo. It is beautiful. The owners have everything you could need there and are very easy to work with. The balcony from the living room and the bedroom are wonderful to sit and relax. It is located within walking distance to restaurants, CVS pharmacy, and a Winn Dixie grocery store. John's Pass is within walking distance but if you prefer there is a trolley stop right in front of the condo you can catch.

This condo is one of the best units we have ever rented for vacation in the Madeira Beach/Treasure Island area. Clean, updated, and well maintained. Ocean Sands might have the best beach and pool combination of any condo complex. We had a hassle free and very relaxing vacation. We would definitely rent this unit again if available.

This was our third stay at Ocean Sands but the first time in this unit. This unit was by far the cleanest and most updated and we were impressed. There are 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children (ages 7 and 12) and we were initially concerned about staying in a one bedroom, but there was plenty of room. Also, having the second bed in the living room allowed for privacy. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and the rooms were spacious. We saw dolphins and ocean wildlife every day from the beach and the lanai. The views and sunsets from the lanai were fantastic. The pool is large and clean and has an extra deep end (8 and 1/2 feet) that my children enjoy. The beach area in front of the unit is never crowded this time of year. The owners were great to work with and accommodating for a last minute vacation for our family. We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

My husband and I just returned yesterday from two wonderful weeks in Unit 704 at Ocean Sands. The unit is very clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, has lovely furniture, very comfortable bed and mattress, newly tiled floors throughout the condo, and gorgeous tiled and furnished balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Eija was excellent to deal with throughout. The Ocean Sands building, with its covered parking and beautiful swimming pool, is very well maintained and in a great location on Gulf Boulevard, being just a short distance to John's Pass, restaurants, Publix, drugstores, Tyrone Square Mall etc. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to rent. You'll be thrilled with it, just as we were. We hope we'll be fortunate enough to find this unit available when we plan our next trip to Florida!

We enjoyed staying at Ocean Sands in February. Our condo was very nice and had everything we needed. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the beautiful sunsets.

Felt like home. Used the balcony the most. Condo was cozy & welcoming. So relaxing. Close to several restaurants, grocery stores, & Walgreens. The ocean view & sound awesome. Could not have asked for more!
