We just came back from our second stay at Leslie's place for President's Day Weekend! It's the perfect ski house and our family loves how cozy it is and conveniently located it is to the Hunter Mountain slopes. Leslie is wonderful to communicate with and the most gracious host. The house has always been immaculate and she keeps it so well stocked with linens, towels and cleaning supplies. Look forward to our next stay.

Leslie, the property owner, was great with communication. House was nicely situated with a short walk up through the back yard to easily get to Hunter Mountain ski resort. Stocked with plenty of fire wood to keep the fire burning keeping us all cozy and warm.

Our group of 8 had an incredible time at Leslie's place. Great communication, walking distance to the mountain, and plenty of wood for the family room fireplace :) The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with utensils/serving materials and felt like it was a place that had been used and loved rather than a place meant for rentals. Would highly recommend for a group or family trip.

Can't say enough about Leslie and her home. It is the perfect home and location to experience Hunter Mountain. The home is impeccable with plenty of room. Thanks again for your hospitality. Looking forward to our next stay.

There was plenty of room for 7 of us to eat and relax together. And the fireplace really took the chill out of late-April snow. The path from the back of the house made the walk to the mountain as easy as possible.

Had an excellent time with a group of 8 at this house. Very spacious with adequate sleeping arrangements, large kitchen for feeding everyone, and cozy fireplaces and fire pit. From booking through departure the whole process was very easy.

The House was great and was literally a 4 minute walk to hunter mtn. Had a minor situation but Leslie took care of it ASAP.. I give the overall experience an A+ and would definitely stay there again. Thank You!

This is my second review as we stayed at Leslie's over the holiday weekend last year as well. Despite the frigid temperatures, Leslie's beautiful home was warm, cozy and a wonderful retreat from the cold! We never had to leave the house! We absolutely loved the fireplace and had it burning all weekend. It was the perfect amount of room for 8 adults. We were all very comfortable. Again, we loved the proximity to the lodge and Hunter Mountain especially because this year was below freezing temps! Leslie provides coffee, tea, all toiletries etc, which is a great service. Lori, Leslie's housekeeper, was very helpful upon our arrival and was available during our stay with any questions we had. I would recommend this home to anyone! Leslie is lovely to work with and very responsive. I look forward to returning next year!

From the first interaction with the owner, to the welcome at the front door, to the follow up thank you from the owner...it was a perfect house to relax with my friends and family over the long weekend. Clean and comfortable !!!! Thank you to for making our stay absolutely perfect (great weather did not hurt either)

My family and I had a great weekend at Leslie's chalet! It was literally steps away from Hunter Mountain. It was so nice to come back in from the snow and start a warm fire. Leslie was constantly in contact and a pleasure to work with. We would love to go back and would highly recommend it to anyone going to that area.

We rented Leslie's home for the long New Year weekend. Leslie's home is absolutely beautiful! It is peaceful and so cozy --the perfect weekend getaway from NYC! Leslie's housekeeper met me at the house and was very nice and helpful. She gave us suggestions for things to do and where to rent ski gear, etc. She also showed us all around and told us we could call her if we needed anything while we were there. Leslie's home is just a few steps away from Hunter Mountain Lodge and we definitely took advantage of that! Since it was a holiday weekend, we were told that there would be fireworks and some events at the lodge on New Year's Eve around 9 PM. Leslie had already told me this and had said we could also see them from the living room. We had planned on going up to the mountain to see the fireworks--but to our surprise they had actually started setting them off around 7:45. However, we had a GREAT view of the fireworks from the living room and since we were all sitting around the fire and super cozy, it was SO nice to not have to go out in the cold (even for a short walk!). There was PLENTY of room and beds for 8 people. We did cook on Sunday and the kitchen had plenty of pots/pans/utensils we needed! Leslie also provides paper towels, toilet paper, coffee and tea which was SO nice to not have to bring those things as well! The bottom entry to Leslie's home as an enormous "mud room" which is ideal for anyone going for skiing, snowboarding etc! Lastly, we LOVE to play games, particularly board games. We brought some board games with us but Leslie also provided a ton of board games at her house and we enjoyed playing them. Overall, we had such a great weekend and we are hoping to return next winter since we enjoyed it so much. It was the perfect beginning to the new year! Thanks Leslie!

Great location, Great house and Great owner. From the beginning, Leslie was very receptive to my questions and her attention to detail and warm hospitality made it a wonderful stay in Hunter. This beautiful and private house was spacious and clean, easily accommodating all eight of us. Little things like providing firewood, coffee and tea, and having an abundance of towels and linens made it that more convenient for us as well. The list of amenities goes on and on. Location was huge for us with it being a five minute walk to Oktoberfest at the mountain. I would definitely recommend renting this house and will be renting again in the future. You will be glad you did. Thank you again Leslie.

This was our fist year renting Leslies home for Taste of Country Music Festival. Everything was exactly as expected if not better. There was plenty of room, close to the festival and all the amenities that you would have at home. Thank you and hopefully we will be returning next year.

Location, location, location best defines this spacious mountain getaway. Nestled in the woods at the base of Hunter Mountain, this inviting home is the perfect balance of convenience and serenity. From the back door there's only a minute's walk on a path through the scenic woods before you are in the base lodge parking lot. Great access for skiers or summer festival goers. In the evening we enjoyed fires in the fire pit while sitting on the back deck. Felt like we were camping since no other houses are visible. Lots of other great amenities too like a full finished basement for kids to hang out, equipped with foosball table and bumper pool . We had a great time, and would definitely stay there again.

This was my second year renting Leslie's home for the Taste of Country Music Festival. I went both times with a few girlfriends, my three teenage kids and some of their friends. The house is very spacious and comfortable, even the air mattress on the floor! The basement was great for my oldest son and his friends. We went back and forth from the festival to the house all day long. The path they made in the woods brings you to the parking lot in less then a minute. The house is a great deal for what you get and you can't beat the location. I would have rented this place again next year 2016 but each year I get a few more people coming and though this house could easily accommodate a few more people, my number for next year is 15 and counting. Leslie seems to be a very easy going person and she was a renters pleasure to deal with!

A group of friends and I rented this house for a music festival at Hunter, and we could not have been more satisfied with our stay. The house not only has a gorgeous interior but is also conveniently located, with a path through the woods leading directly to the mountain's parking lot. With ample sleeping space, the house is perfect for a group of friends or a family getaway. We enjoyed a beautiful view of the mountain as well as the ability to hear the music from the festival straight from the back porch. Leslie was a pleasure to work with, and I am looking forward to repeating this experience in coming years.

We were thrilled the moment we all walked in the door! The firewood was abundant, so where the views and charm of the home. Kitchen was well stocked for all cooking needs. First time I rented a home for our vacation, and Leslie was so kind and lovely to work with. I highly recommend.

Lovely home, most conveniently located, very efficiently stocked with all necessities. We especially enjoyed the roaring fireplace and magnificent views. Homeowner and property manage were helpful and flexible. I highly recommend.

The house was everything I had hoped for. It held three couples luxuriously. Leslie, the homeowner is a wonderful woman with no exaggeration. The fireplace along with all the bedrooms were exactly as described and posted by the homeowner. I would definitely recommend staying in this home.
