Awesome location just a short walk to the beach and Commerical Street. It is away from the loudness in town but still close enough to the action. Upstairs neighbors were quite noisy but somewhat expected given it was a holiday weekend.

The home is perfect! We couldn’t have selected a place in a better location. The rental is updated, clean and charming. It was the perfect size for us (two couples) We missed the place as soon as we left. We will definitely book here again! Thank you, Tod and Derek!

This unit was just as advertised and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. Everything was modern and bright inside, with two very useable outdoor spaces, and the proximity to everything really can't be beat. Hopefully we get a chance to stay here again on a return trip in the future.

This place checked all the boxes - great layout, well appointed, super clean, perfect location, fast wifi, lovely outdoor space. It was everything we needed for an effortless and much-needed holiday. This terrific place is on a quiet street off Commercial and steps away from the Boat Slip, the Monkey Bar and other great shops, bars and restaurants. It’s been completely renovated and is perfect for 2 couples to stay at. Nice open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen. We especially like the outdoor deck and space. The hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful….we had an issue come up and they were quick to address it. We’d gladly stay here again.

Perfect accommodations for a group of 4. Updated, modern, and spacious both indoors and out. Close walking to all the west end has to offer.

If I could have given more stars than 5 I would have. This property was exceptional. The best location. Gorgeous Unit. The check-in/check-out process was super easy. Communication with the host was fantastic. We will certainly look forward to staying here again!!

Beautiful attention to detail; Quality finishes and furnishings. The owner, Tod is on site and replies very quickly if you have any questions. The property is in an excellent location in town. It's far enough down to be a bit quieter than being in the middle of town and only minutes walking distance away. He was not kidding! Would absolutely stay again.

Location was terrific. Easy to bike rental, shops and groceries. Apartment was clean and owners extremely accommodating. Would def stay again.

My husband and I spent two weeks at this property. Some friends joined us for a weekend. It is the perfect space for four adults. Everything represented in the photographs and description of this place is accurate. The residence is very clean and comfortable, and the outdoor spaces were great for sipping coffee or cocktails. We were impressed with how quiet the neighborhood is, considering the house is only a block and a half from The Boatslip. Speaking of which, free access to the pool at The Boatslip was a bonus. It's not quite a pool in the back yard, but close. We really appreciated the proximity to shops, bars and restaurants as well. We were in Provincetown during the "sewer emergency" and our host, Tod, was quick to communicate with us about city mandates and regulations. Fortunately, this property was unaffected by the shut-down and we were not inconvenienced at all. Because the restaurants were closed for two days, we cooked more meals than we usually do on vacation. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked with equipment and utensils. We will definitely return to 7 Conant. It's the perfect home away from home for us.

House was just as listed: great location, perfect for 2 couples or 4, well maintained, and Tod the manager was available as needed. Check-in was EZ, communications ahead of time were timely and clear, 2 bikes available to use, and house was stocked with everything needed (including lots of kitchen necessities). The property was excellent. Tod was very communicative and accommodating. The location simply cannot be beat. We were steps from all of the P-Town nightlife. I would definitely consider staying here again!

The house is exactly as described. Well appointed with everything you need, including beach towels and chairs! I took an outside shower every day! Convenient to everything you need. Provincetown is a wonderful and magical place. We can walk to everything. We parked our car and six days later we left. This is a great place to stay in Provincetown.

I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. Tod & owners were extremely kind and easy going as well!

Tod was very responsive and accommodating. The check-in was super easy (key stuck a bit- but we got it). The condo is super clean, nice fireplace and the bathrooms were impeccable- Showers are large and walk-in, good water pressure. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is perfect- great spots all around- Joe’s Coffee and Liz’s cafe were some of my faves. Great for a friends getaway or with a family. Neighbors were nice too! Definitely would stay here again…..and again!!!

The location was perfect, steps away from Commercial Street, Boat slip, Pop-Dutch, Gym west end. The condo was beautifully decorated with top notch appliances. Our favorite feature was the fireplace. We'd highly recommend a stay there!

Everything was perfect. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. The hosts were so nice and were always responsive to questions we had. And, you couldn't ask for a better location. We look forward to coming back and staying there again.
