Property is in convenient location but is very date.

I have stayed at this property multiple times. It is a great house and in a great location.

The house was large and clean. The hot tub was clean and private. Great location across the street from the SHARC.

My husband, Teen boys and my sister and her husband all stayed in this family friendly property. The xtra living space downstairs mad a great game room for the boys while making upstairs an adult space. The village and pickleball at Sage Springs was in walking distance! Highly recommend!

This house is conveniently located near The Village at Sunriver, giving quick access to shops, restaurants and ice skating (we were here in the winter). It's also a quick hop onto the highway to get to the main drag that takes you up to Bachelor, so we appreciated being able to get on the road quickly. We drove to the SHARC only because it was snowy, but if we were here in a warmer month it's an easy walk. We stayed in the house with friends: two families of four for a total of eight people (four kids). The kids slept in the bunk bed room which had enough space for them to all settle in. The property was adequately stocked with dishes and pots/pans/silverware. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels for the hot tub/SHARC visits. The only downside we found was the toilets are older so they didn't flush the best and would easily clog. We also found the washer needed to be monitored because its sensor was off so it kept flushing water to "reset", but all we had to do was stop it and then hit an extra spin cycle. There were other parts of the house that were "well loved" and could use a little upkeep, but all in all the space was clean and met our needs.

This was a lovely rental close to everything in Sunriver. Shannon and Todd were gracious and answered our inquiries promptly. It was a super easy check-in/check-out. The house was cozy and rustic, and we made good use of the hot tub every day! Finally, the experience was topped off by the 6 bikes provided and the passes for the SHARC facilities (family fun aquatic center) just across the road.
