I really can’t speak more highly of the hospitality we experienced during our stay. We were traveling to Sayulita for my wedding and spent 3 days in the house with our bridal party and they made our trip so memorable. It’s a gorgeous property with an amazing view! The property owner and manager were so accommodating and generous! Highly recommend this stay for a large group.

We were celebrating our friend's bday and so glad we came across this VRBO! This house is amazing! It accommodated our big group of 12 adults comfortably! A huge shout out to Yarib and Martin for all of their recommendations! Thank you so much for everything! We will be back next year!!

The property itself was fantastic. Beautiful views and beautiful home. The only problem was the home came with a golf cart that we had to pay a deposit for. A day b4 we left the back tire started rubbing on the fender. It got blamed on us saying we must have hit something. I was the only driver the entire weekend. Lost my deposit. Other than that, fantastic weekend!

Everything about this property was amazing! From the communication prior to arriving, to Martin - the house manager, who helped us with absolutely anything that we needed. The pride that the entire house staff take is very evident when you arrive and through the duration of your stay. We hosted 12 guests here and there was never a time any of us felt that we were living on top of one another, there is so much indoor and out door space at the property and town is about 5 min away by ATV/ golf cart. If you are going to rent additional carts get use the recommendations provided by the host to ensure they have the ability to make it up the hill to the property. To make this review short and sweet ~ our family vacation at this property was amazing. The host Martine was very helpful, the chefs he recommended were amazing and the views from this property were breathtaking. I highly recommend this house for a family vacation or a couples vacation. The pools are great ~ nice to have at the house, great areas to hang out. The property is not to far from town, definitely recommend the golf cart for traveling back and fourth. The road to town is steep. Hope you enjoy this property as much as we did.

I stayed here in August with a group of girls to celebrate my 30th birthday. We were blown away by how beautiful these villas were in person!! The pictures do not do this place justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking of the gorgeous bay of Sayulita and you can easily watch the surf from the villa. I also highly recommended surfing during your time in Sayulita (even if you are a beginner) - it’s one of the top surf spots around and a great place to learn for beginners. The villas were extremely clean, safe, and we loved the decor. Downtown is only a 5 minute drive from the villas - we recommended driving the golf cart due to the steep hills coming back up - but we did walk sometimes and it wasn't too bad - about a 15 min walk. Yarib was wonderful in answering all our questions ahead of time and providing us with helpful recommendations for our time in Sayulita. Martin our house host warmly greeted us upon arrival and was very responsive if we had any needs during our time there (food items, alcohol, taxis, etc). We used Chef Francisco Díaz, recommended by Yarib, for part of our stay and he was absolutely fantastic! I would highly recommend him - his dishes were incredible and he puts a lot of thought into the presentation of each dish. It was so nice to not have to worry about cooking or cleaning the kitchen during our stay. Overall it was such a wonderful birthday and my friends and I will have life long special memories thanks to Villas Pierda Blanca!

This house was better than we could have imagined! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our group had the best time. I also really enjoyed that the house cleaned came every day, that was something I have never experienced at a rental and was a huge bonus

I stayed here for a long weekend with 9 women to celebrate my bachelorette party and it was absolutely incredible. There are two gorgeous houses on the property with nearly every amenity you could need (A/C, fans, 3 pools, refrigerators by the pool, 2 kitchens and more! We went during the off season, so there are tropical thunder storms nearly every night (but they only last an hour or so). The rest of the time it is hot and humid, so the pools are a great relief. We honestly could have spent the entire time at the property, as it was a paradise, and would not have been bored at all. If you go during rainy season it is a little tricky to get into town because there are no ubers and for a large group it is difficult to get a taxi in a timely manner. That said, the property managers are incredibly helpful and will provide many taxi numbers for you. Also, if you do not want to leave the villa, they can have food, groceries, and more brought up to the house. I cannot wait to come back- it was absolutely incredible! Martin was so helpful and wonderful to work with. He was extremely quick to respond to us via Whatsapp and help with anything we needed. Also, the driving service they set us up with from the airport was wonderful, we loved Hugo!

We had the most delightful stay! The house was everything that was promised. I had worried about there being enough bathrooms (I saw that in a few reviews) but there were plenty! Check in was seamless, the golf cart was so convenient, the kitchens had everything you could ever need for group cooking (we had 14 adults) and the beds were so comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. Also what a treat to have daily housekeeping. The ladies stopped in to tidy up, take out trash and even make our beds daily. They were quick and so nice. I didn’t even realize that there was an upper 3rd pool until we arrived. That space was awesome for hanging out in the evenings and grilling. We heard zero construction noise, or even noise from other houses. It felt so secluded, yet just a short walk into town. I would 100% stay here again!

This place can handle that no problem. We had total of 15 people ranging from 7 years old to 46. Took full advantage of the 3 pools with the large pool up at the palapa as our favorite. Filtered water and ice on site. Plenty of convenient bathrooms for use (was a concern with so many people.) The beds were amazing, the views, everything. Highly recommend.

Great property. There were 14 of us and we had plenty of space for our group. It is a little bit of a climb to get to the location but worth it for the views. Choice of 3 different pools and the larger one is a great area to escape too and relax and see whales. Staff was great and took very good care of us. Would highly recomend

This property is really nice for large family or friends get-together. The ocean and sunset views are the highlight and worth the trip. The town is great, food was spectacular, and ocean very warm. The steep hill to get to the house is the lowlight, but the golf cart works really well, and once you get the hang of it, we had no problem. Martin took care of everything for us, and Marlene was a great recommendation for a friendly chef for a great dinner. Highly recommend for all except those who would struggle with the hills and stairs. Also, bring lots of cash as there is almost no ability to use cc in Sayulita.

This property was everything it claimed. I read a bunch of reviews that made me feel confident with all the amenities and Martin’a service but I was still blown away. The views were absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed all 10 days/nights we were there. Even with a full house there was plenty of space. Having a seperate space for our wedding and Martin being so attentive and available. He even did a Costco run for us the day before the wedding! Also, the house cleaners came every other day and were so friendly and respectful. I would absolutely recommend this property for large groups and celebrations or even just a family getaway. Absolutely perfect experience.

Martin was very accessible and responded to any questions we had very quickly. it is 100% worth the hike up the hill and taxis are very cheap if you can’t fit everyone in the golf cart 10/10 recommend staying here and enjoying the sun, pools, views and most importantly the palapa!!

We had the most incredible time at Villa Piedra Blanca. We organised our wedding there and it was perfect, the property is gorgeous and the views are stunning! It's one of the highest properties in the town. Martin, the property manager, was amazing, he is so friendly and easy to communicate with. He made our stay very easy and took care of all of our needs. We highly recommend Villa Piedra Blanca for your next trip to Sayulita. We can't wait to come back!

Just got back August 10 from a week stay. Five adult couples and one infant. Bedrooms are spacious well appointed. Pools are fabulous, but takes some work keeping the bugs from diving in too. The golf cart is handy, but the brakes are sketchy going downhill with a loaded group. I recommend renting the six seater Polaris, which is an absolute beast getting around town. Martin, the caretaker, Will offer that to you for an additional 75 per day. Totally worth it. Martin and the maids were attentive to our needs. One night The power went out in Sayulita following a rainstorm, and we had no AC But not the fault of the property owners We got by just fine. The views from this property are unmatched anywhere in Sayulita. The sunsets from the pool are a nightly must do. Do not miss the churro truck by the river every evening from six till eight. We loved Mary’s restaurant, Terravita, and the Al Pastore taco stand every night Water in the ocean and in the pool presently is quite warm, but still refreshing. Beach is crowded, I recommend paying $10 and sitting in the Don Pedro section. They offer a drink service and lunch service And you get two chairs and an umbrella. If you have surfboards, put them directly in front of your chairs so you are not hassled by the thousands of beach vendors Relax, have fun, it’s a wonderful place Would definitely rent here again

We stayed a week at the beautiful villas and enjoyed the scenery and pools, we didn’t want to leave the villas because it was so comfortable and beautiful! The staff and Martin were so helpful throughout our stay and wedding day events, we can’t thank them enough for all they did. The house and location exceeded all my expectations! We will definitely be coming back to visit!

13 of us rented this property and had an amazing time . The view is breathtaking , there are 2 pools and a gorgeous common area. Rooms were comfortable and the kitchens have everything you need . Came with the use of a small vehicle to cruise town . Martin the property manager is very helpful and responsive . Highly recommend , Sayulita is a beautiful town with lovely people .

Our group of 14 had an amazing stay at this home and could not have asked for more. The home was very private and secluded, and the views were absolutely world class. We were all stunned when we first walked onto the patio. It's important to note that while the home is very close to downtown or the beach, it's still a serious hike (or golf cart ride) to get there due to the steep incline, so going back and forth often isn't realistic. However, what you get in stellar views and privacy is more than worth it! Also, Martin was an amazing house host, and he was available to us whenever we needed him!

Well kept and very clean villas. The experience was great for our two families. Loved the hospitality and friendliness of Sayulita. A peaceful and fun get away!

Casa roca and Cass Piedra blanca are amazing. The house and pools are amazing. The house keepers and the manager of the house are the best of the best. Hands down. You are not going to get better service. SAYULITA is a magical place to visit. People are friendly and restaurants are amazing. You are not going to find a better place to relax, enjoy the sun and have a better vacation. I would recommend Sayulita and the house to a million friends if I had them. The Host Yarib was a pleasure to work with and gave us great advice on restaurants and things to do in the area. A- plus to her and to the property: when you arrive you want to put your things in the bedroom and relax in the pool. The Views are Stunning and the house is real comfortable and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was equipped with all the cooking supplies we could ever use and they had lots of extras like local coffee and olive oil and all the spices you need. Bedrooms and beds were great and real nice bathrooms. Thank you for The Excellent Vacation we will recommend you to our friends for sure

Our stay at this property was amazing. The houses exceeded our expectations and made it hard for our group of 12 to ever want to leave to explore town. Martin was the best VRBO host I have ever had. He went out of his way to make sure we were extra comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy a great long weekend. I stayed in the 3 bedroom house, it is super equipped (laundry, kitchen, bedrooms) you can do your own food if you wish. It is super clean and the best is the AMAIZING VIEW to admire the sunset from the pools! I really recommend on your next visit to Sayulita, to stay at Villas Piedra Blanca.

Amazing house with stunning views! Our party of 12 enjoyed our stay. Everything was well organized with transportation to the villa and a stop at the grocery store. Highly recommend both vehicles for a large party! Everyone loved exploring Sayulita.

We traveled with our whole family , 16 people there was plenty of room in the houses , well kept up the pools were great and the views and the sunsets can’t be beat. We enjoyed our stay The golf carts came and handy and we travels down to the beach and downtown which was nice as well . Highly recommend this villa for anyone
