Our family was welcomed by our gracious host and the property far exceeded our expectations. It was a home away from home. The home was clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked with anything you could possibly want. The property offers loads of space with privacy as needed. The location was perfect to loads of attractions. The entire experience made are holidays very delightful. We would stay here again and again!

We were in Florida for a wedding and vacation. The house was wonderful. It was well furnished and spotlessly clean. The location was right between the wedding location and the attractions at Disney. Even more amazing are the owners. Dellynne and Rick were beyond gracious and kind. Since we were going to be there over Christmas and my wife was sad about not having Christmas decorations I asked Dellynne if she had any old decorations we could put up around the house. When we walked in there was a fully decorated Christmas tree! It made my wife cry. What an amazing kind gesture. There was a bowl of fresh fruit, a refrigerator stocked with essentials and snacks for our stay. Again, all amazing, pleasant surprises. If you are looking for a vacation rental in the area I couldn't recommend Dellynne's place highly enough. Thank you for making our vacation extraordinary!!!

We had a very lovely stay at this property. The house is set next to a beautiful lake near Lakeland. The yard boasts beautiful Florida oaks all hung with Spanish moss. The inside is very roomy, clean and well kept with every amenity. Our hosts were the quintessence of Southern hospitality. Wonderfully gracious and warm people. They made sure there was some breakfast food ready for us on our first morning in addition to a super collection of snacks and food items for cooking. We would not hesitate to stay there again. We highly recommend their place if you have reason to be in the area. It was just great and the perfect base for us in the area.

The property was clean and comfortable, about 75 yards from the lake and had many surprises like waters, snacks and many other comforts of home. I would definitely stay again. One small request would be to increase the size of the air flow vents in both guest rooms so the temp was stable throughout the home and rooms. Outstanding overall!

I just can’t say enough about how gracious the owners were. We stayed twice in their lovely home so we could be with our sister during her final days with pancreatic cancer. Their home is lovely with every kind of amenity one could want. But, beyond that the owners are angels. They prayed for us during our sisters last days and after her death. They were just unbelievable!!!!

We were so blessed to have the opportunity to stay in your home during a very difficult time for our family. Thank you for everything especially the kindness shown us.

Super comfortable and well equipped home. We were met by the owner who walked us through the home and made sure we were comfortable. Lots of nice touches we don't often see in other rentals. They had fruit, snacks and even some change for toll roads available to us. If you are looking for a nice, quiet place - this is it! Comfrotable beds, TVs in every room - not a negative thing to say! We will be back.
