This property was perfect for our family of 5. Clean, walkable to the beach, and well appointed. One of the best vacation rentals we've stayed in!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were impressed how clean the home was and the home had everything we needed. Location was great! Easy walks to beach, stores, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great quiet location we stayed for 4 nights. Just some minor wear and tear in the bathrooms and kitchen, …. Windows and doors hard to operate. Overall a nice place.

Listing doesn’t mention all the beach toys, chairs and beach towels included so we brought a ton of our own stuff. There is no grocery store in the town of Avila Beach and closest is Pismo Beach. An hour round trip if you needed aluminum foil like we did. Upstairs bedroom fan doesn’t work and with no AC, it was needed for sleeping at night. Option was open a window, but noisy neighbors kept sleeping to a minimum. Overall nice place and would recommend.

This property was perfect for traveling with my husband and elderly, yet vibrant, mother. The setup is great with the master on the first floor and the second bedroom/ bath for mom on the main living level upstairs. The house was very clean and the everything was in working order. Well stocked kitchen as well. The property management company communicated well and the check in/out process couldn’t have been easier! Overall a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again.

The place was very clean. However the garage is very small and an old barbecue was in the garage on the left side. In order for driver to get out we had to move it! Worried we would hit our new car! The step going inside is hard to see so you need to be careful! We left early due to fall!

219 San Miguel accommodated our family for 4 very well. It’s a modern, clean and comfortable place with a well appointed kitchen and bathrooms that had all we needed. It’s super easy to get to and a super convenient short walk to the beach. While the surrounding roads are busy with beach goers during the day, the neighborhood is a peaceful retreat at night. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only minor complaint is the tap water has a dirty taste, unclear if it’s the city’s water quality or what but suggest you stock up on bottled water for your hydration needs while staying here.

Our dog went out to balcony and always came back in full of burweed in his fur. Cleaning and weed control of balcony will help. The bar soaps provided are like a little puck on air-hockey table, they break easy - bring your own soap!Otherwise property is nicely located, comfortable and we will not mind renting it out again!!

Big plus to have our own garage space and an additional space when our daughter joined us! It was easy to pack a couple of bags and walk to the beach. This condo does not have a view but it is quiet and met our needs.

Easy walk to beach and restaurants.

Came up to Avila beach to visit with high school friends and go wine tasting up in Paso Robles. We had the best time!!! We brought our dog with us on this trip. We got to walk on the beach and go to dog beach. We loved all the restaurants around the beach house. Went hiking, wine tasting, barbecue at friends house, went to see the wild poppies which was beautiful. We went and saw the elephant seals and had many beach days. The weather was perfect and the house was great. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great and the house had everything we needed. They really paid attention to details. The house was very light since they had lots of windows. Overall it was a great place and a perfect location. Absolutely loved our stay and will come back and stay here again.

The location of this Vrbo was in the most perfect spot! So close to the beach and a full row of restaurants and bars. It was really nice to have a garage AND a parking spot. The Avila beach gets really busy so we were really grateful for the parking options we had.

The owner was fabulous and super prompt. And, it is dog friendly! Loved the property and all the nice touches - soaps, games, beach stuff, etc. They only reason I did not give a 5 Star was the management company. They did not follow up before our stay and we unnecessarily drove to get keys and we had difficulties with them. Not the owner's fault nor any location issue. So, check in with them before you go!

This was our second time staying here, and we just love it! It is a short walk to Avila Beach, and it is a great vacation rental. The kitchen and bedrooms are so perfect, and you get two parking spots! Staff is very communicative and friendly. The check in was different this time, and I actually prefer getting an email with the check-in details morning of. I got a bit anxious calling into the office at check-in time hoping to get in, but we got in, no problem. If it is available when we come next year, we will stay here again! I really look forward to staying at this spot!
