The pictures don’t do justice to the ocean views and sound we had here! It was wonderful. We didn’t want to stay in the tourist hustle and bustle and this was perfect! Very close driving to all “the tourist stuff” but when we wanted peace and quiet it was right at our door. The complex was fantastic for our family!

Everything described is what you will find with this stay. The home is decorated with a welcoming feel and has all of the amenities you would need. The view from the patio is absolutely beautiful. What’s more is the private access right to the beach. The pool is very nice too. I hope to return again some day!

This was was a wonderful condo. It truly had everything you could need for a week at the beach and we were very comfortable. Property is well kept. Nice pool and great view. Host responds quickly to messages. The only downside was that there was construction going on below us for a few days. Everything else was perfect!

Literally our best stay out of 6 different rentals. The provisions were more than adequate to get us started. There were no issues with any of the amenities that were in the listing. The parking lot had wide spaces and people were friendly. The owner was responsive, taking away any doubts one might have.

We had a wonderful time in FL!!! The location, accommodations and views from the condo were fantastic to say the least. The condo had everything there that you would need to make your beach getaway comfortable and stress free. Highly recommended!!!

Great Beach Condo
The hosts have thought of everything to make the stay really convenient. It is immaculate and well maintained and very centrally located. We had a wonderful time and will try to book this unit again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The condo was clean and fully stocked, with lots of beach items! The amenities at the condo were great , my kids loved the pool. We would stay here again.

Relaxing
Beautiful property. Nice breeze on the balcony and nice that it wasn't a direct view of the beach bc it kept the balcony in the shade majority of the day. I immensely enjoyed sitting out there looking at the pool and beach. Mike the property manager deserves a raise. He was polite and very friendly and made me feel as if I was a resident of the property the moment I got there. Property is beautiful and well kept up. The condo is efficient. Has everything someone traveling could possibly need and then some. Overall a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

Location is great!
The location and community was great. We had lots of family fun in an almost secluded beach. The resident guest and on site property manager were very friendly. We did show up and the room was not clean, but we were able to get with the onsite manager to resolve. Overall a great stay!

Awesome Condo in a Great Spot
This place was amazing. A perfect fit for my family and I. It’s has a great view, very close to some awesome restaurants (walking distance if you don’t have very young children), and beach access is incredibly easy. The owner is very easy to communicate with, I will definitely be returning.

Great vacation spot
Awesome location, beach was beautiful and pool was clean and warm. Kids loved all of it. For the activities we wanted to do New Smyrna was conveniently located. We will be coming back soon!

Nice location
Everything we needed . Right by beach across from great ice cream and breakfast , passable grocery store. New Smyrna Beach area is adorable , I could’ve spent another week there discovering .

Great location but condo was too cluttered with furniture and needed updated. Living space not very inviting.

Nice condo with ocean view from the living room, balcony, and also the master bedroom.
I was very impressed with the kitchen. It is better stocked with kitchen goods and utensils than my own apartment. Lots of restaurants nearby and a market across the street that has everything but a pharmacy and fresh raw meat and seafood but if that is a problem you are not far from a Publix.
Responsive owners were happy to answer any questions when asked.
I was ecstatic to know how strict they are on the no smoking policy due them using the condo in the off season since I absolutely will NOT stay somewhere that smells like a bar ashtray.
It will definitely be my first choice next time I come to that area.

Excellent property!
Very clean condo with amazing beach views! Balcony furniture was nice with plenty of room for 5 of us to sit outside and visit. Zero bugs seen. Beds are super comfy. Kitchen has everything we needed. Couches could be updated. Property manager was helpful with parking passes and owners had great communication! Pool area was clean and orderly. You can’t beat being on the beach! I would rent again and recommend to others.

Great location, wonderful stay
We enjoyed our stay with our two grandchildren. Condo was stocked well to cook and eat in. We had everything we needed to have fun on the beach or sitting by pool.

Great Location
We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. The owner was very easy to work with. Her response time was impressive. The balcony was large and accommodated all four of us. The condo was decorated very nicely. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Close to beach.
The beach equipment could use updating and the master bedroom mattress leaves a lot to be desired. But the condo was nice. Well stocked and stocked with nice items. All the accesses were spot on. I was very pleased except for some of the beach stuff was very aged and the mattress was hard and uncomfortable.’I didn’t cook at all but had I wanted too, the kitchen had everything. Thank you for a nice week!

Great location & owner was wonderful to work with!
We have been coming to NSB for over 20 years. We decided to extend our trip, but our regular unit was not available. We rented this unit in the same complex and the owner (JeanAnne) was absolutely wonderful and accomodating throughout the whole process. The unit was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Tranquil Accommodations
We found the condo to be exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, well stocked with many necessities and extremely well furnished. The view from the balcony was awesome. We loved the quiet pool and its perfect temperature. We enjoyed easy access to the beach where we took many walks and bike rides. The restaurants in the area or fabulous. Our favorite being Riverpark Terrace which just open less than 2 years ago. The owner JeanAnn was extremely informative and very flexible. We are frequent users of home away and give this stay 5 thumbs up.

Condo on the beach
Condo was great and clean. Perfect location. The local restaurants were excellent. We loved it. The only thing we would change in the condo, is take out the carpet and put wood floors down. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful!
We had such a wonderful time. The condo is clean and has everything you could need. It worked perfectly for our family of 4. The beach is beautiful and the pool is great too (both are easily accessed from the condo, which is awesome)! The added bonus of the kiddie pool made it so we could lounge a bit while our kids swam, SO nice! Everyone was super friendly and NSB is such a little charming beach town. We will return! 😊
