This property was perfectly central to all our activities with lots of space and a nice backyard. The ease of the checkout requirements made it perfect for getting an early on our departure day. Thanks for a great stay!

My wife and 10-month-old son stayed at SeaRose and we loved it. When we entered the property, our son's face lit up. The house has a charming, old California feel (grand piano, giant stone fireplace, blue bath tub, mirrors, chandeliers, big sofas) and is meticulously clean and maintained. Everything you need is there, including a high chair for the baby. When our son went to bed, we sat on the back patio looking out at the lovely, very private lawn. Our host Kate was accessible before, during, and after check-in via email. She was very responsive. The house is close to LAX (but not too close), in a safe neighborhood convenient for seeing all the sites in LA. We hope to stay there again.

There was enough space for the six of us. The back yard feels secluded and peaceful even though you are in the second largest city in the U.S. We were super close to the beach and had easy access to the highway to get to all the other touristy things one does in Los Angeles. Our hosts were communicative and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

SeaRose was the perfect house for our trip for our child's graduation, with good access to the college, beach and LAX, groceries and restaurants. The big house was comfortable, well appointed, and with bedrooms and bathrooms for extra space and privacy. We appreciated using the well-stocked kitchen and dining room, and even the piano room for an evening sing-a-long. The yard and landscaping, and neighborhood was green and beautifully manicured. All the family agreed it was a great home away from home.

Great location and really comfortable home.

Lovely house, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, easily accessible to LAX and all other L.A. sights. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 to stretch out and relax. The house was nicely stocked with towels, linens and kitchen items. Beds are very comfy and having a washing machine/dryer on site was so helpful. The roses in front yard are gorgeous. The back yard is nicely landscaped and comfortable for visiting or just lounging in the sun with a good book. Communication with mgmt was easy and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we travel back to L.A.

The home was nice. Had everything we needed. It was very roomy. TV in every room was a plus. 3 bathrooms was also a plus. Would definitely stay again.

One of my daughters vacuumed the carpets and ended up with approximately 4 inches of dirt and dust in the canister. The blinds leading out to the patio are in need of repair. Too many slats missing. I had to work on the large grill to get it to work (cleaned the burners and replaced the dead AAA battery in the ignitor). After all the work on the grill, we didn't get the chance to use it. Bummer! The bedroom next to the half bath needs a nightstand.

Very attractive vintage house. In a well cared for neighborhood. Well-stocked kitchen and well stocked house overall. Easy check-in and communication with Kate was exemplary. Convenient to have an attached garage. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

This great home was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our family and would definitely stay again. The gift basket was a nice touch. Only thing that could be improved are mattresses in the two smaller bedrooms. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

We are all from Texas and Louisiana, but his beautiful bride to be has older family members unable to travel plus many extended family here so the groom's family came here. We absolutely loved the home. It was so beautiful and very convenient to everything we wanted and needed to was close to LAX AIRPORT which we wanted because of early flights out. Had a great stay. Great location for our needs...close to family...airport...places we needed to get to for our daughter's wedding. House was spacious and well equipped with dinner ware, cooking equipment and utensils. Rental agent very accomodating. Some cosmetic updates to curtains and blinds needed but overall great rental!

This house was great. Location of this house was in a great location, close to the beaches, Hollywood ,Santa Monica and all we wanted to do. The house was clean a bit dated but perfect for a safe and enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend this home. We will be back!

Property is lovely!! Nice and clean!! Has everything you will need for cooking meals there. Ice machine in fridge is great bonus! On site laundry. Great seating area outside, private yard. We loved it there.

We loved this house. We needed to be in LA for an extended period so we rented this house. The neighborhood is lovely. I would go for walks daily and could see the sea and LAX planes landing from the top of the hill. Grabbing food and supplies is easy because of shopping malls and strip malls. Downtown Culver City is lovely and the house is located near 405 and 90 so you can get anywhere pretty easily. The only downside for me, and it is a pretty huge one, is that you need a car to go just about anywhere. But that is true of any house in LA. Not exactly a walking and biking paradise. The master bed is super comfortable and the master bath is nicely remodeled with a nice shower. The house is older and well taken care of and has had bathrooms etc remodeled. I love that it still has a vintage feel with modern comforts.

You'll be amazed how spacious, comfy and private this house is!

We took a mini vacation from AZ with my 70+ age parents, our 18 year old son and our family friend who is 65. My son and I flew in from Chicago and the trip from Airport was about 30 min with traffic. We enjoyed the ample bathrooms, 2 1/2– for everyone to get ready. The Westfield mall is a 5 min. Drive and is huge! We had plenty of towels, bedding, kitchenware, and a large fridge to buy groceries. Some may be hesitant because some rooms may seem “dated” but we felt it was part of the older California charm! Only 2 burners on the stove worked, but we were still able to cook a full meal. Beautiful neighborhood and Venice beach was only 20 minutes away! Loved our stay here! Can’t say enough about how spacious this home was for the 6 of us! Don’t pass it over! We would rent again! Host was great to work with!
