It was a great place to stay. We had 8 adults with plenty of room for everyone. Only wished there had been one more bathroom upstairs.

Perfect spot and the house was cleanly!

The home was very accomodating and had plenty of room for us. We enjoyed the spacious living area and kitchen. The views off the decks were amazing and it was enjoyable to watch a bald eagle visit the river behind the house every day. My only suggestion would be to lower the television in the living room because it was so high it strained our necks watching it. We really loved the house and location and hope to visit again soon!

Our family of 11 had more than enough room.

This property was perfect for our group of 8 who traveled to find deep snow for snowmobiling! Everyone had their own bed with room to spread out. The kitchen, dining, and living room are all in a common area with the bedrooms in a separate area for quietness if others stay up late. The decks looked amazing for summertime relaxing although we mostly stayed inside. We were able to park 2 enclosed trailers and 3 more trucks although we had to back the trailers down the driveway.

We loved the cabin. It was a perfect place to stay with your family. The location was wonderful right on the river.

We booked this property for our family Christmas ski vacation. We loved the location right outside of South Fork. There is quick and easy access to the grocery store, ski rentals, and a short and scenic drive up to Wolf Creek ski area. The home’s abundant windows look right out over the river and gorgeous scenery. It snowed quite a lot the week we were there which made it even more picturesque. After long days of skiing we appreciated the fully functioning kitchen (there is even a crockpot), cozy fire place and comfortable beds. (The pictures didn’t show it but there is breakfast table AND a dining table - which was a bonus for our large group.) The bunk room was perfect for all of our kids (there are 6 bunks!). This property was just perfect for our family trip. I also appreciated that the owner was always quick to respond to my inquiries and was very friendly. This was our first trip to Wolf Creek and we will definitely return. We chose Wolf Creek because we were hoping for some good early season snow skiing and boarding. We were not disappointed. The mountain was small enough to feel comfortable letting our teenage and pre-teen kids ski and board without worrying about them getting lost, yet the runs were varied enough that they didn’t get bored. Although we visited over a busy holiday (Christmas) we never had to wait more than just a couple of minutes to get on a lift. After a few days of skiing a few of the kids wanted a break. They found a fun little sledding hill in town and had a blast. (There was also a small ski rink.) We also took a break from cooking and ate out at Ramon’s in South Fork for dinner on Christmas Eve. The food and hospitality were superb. All in all we could not have asked for a better trip. We will definitely return to Wolf Creek/South Fork.

Very comfortable and nice home. Well suited and complete for anyone's vacation. A really restful stay after driving from Georgia. Plenty of room and privacy for everyone. Clean home but a little dusty and a few spiderwebs. I would suggest a window covering in the downstairs bdr on the river side. Sun comes up in your face if sleeping. We liked it and recommend your renting it. Thanks.

This is our 4th year coming to ski Wolfe creek and this house was BY FAR the best we have had!!! It is very close to Wolfe creek, very clean, tons of room and ABSOLUTELY beautiful!!!! We had 13 and everyone had plenty of room. All of the bathrooms are well stocked as well as the kitchen. Every type of cooking pan or utensil you could need... Only issue was the garbage disposal didn’t work which was no big deal considering all the other amazing things!!! Very thankful for the home owners for allowing us to stay there. Great location, clean, spacious. A garage and a hot tub would make this place exceptional, but it was still a great place. I would book it again.

The house was recently built and it has all modern amenities. Hassle-free experience. Beau, the owner, is great!

This is a well appointed, large, comfortable cabin right on the river. We watched ice dams move down the river on the back deck, saw a bald eagle land in the large tree next to the cabin. The fireplace is awesome for warming cold hands. It is about 30 minutes from great skiing. We had two families equaling 12 people enjoying the space. Two tables allow for everyone to have a place to eat and multiple games to be played. The kitchen is well appointed. Two masters are great for two couples. We had to pick up an overnighted package during the holidays and Beau, the owner graciously met us at his office to get it. We made wonderful memories here!

New and spacious. Needs minor touch ups. Like most VRBOs, there wasn’t enough toilet paper, paper towels, or any dish soap. Place could be cleaned up some (counter tops and cobwebs). There should ideally be more seating in the living room. For a house that could sleep 15, there is only a sectional big enough for 5 people. Plenty of table seating however. A window in the living room doesn’t close all the way and for some reason. The cold water in the master bathroom smells like sulfur when it’s turned on, which, I was informed it was from the aqueduct. Just seemed odd that it was only in the master bathroom? Overall, great vacation property in an awesome small community.

What a lovely home to have our family Christmas weekend! The home was so beautiful and comfortable for a large group, better than a five star resort. Clean home with nice furniture, nice beds, plenty of linens, well stocked kitchen cooking accommodations and a large kitchen! The magnificent Rio Grande River is just feet away from the back patio. We watched a bald eagle soaring by the picture windows up and down the river a few times! In the morning, we watched a heard of deer getting morning drinks out of the river. We had a great time eating and playing games with a roaring fire in the floor to ceiling stone fire place. During our visit, we had one issue with a toilet. We made one phone call and someone was there to fix the issue within 5 minutes, awesome service! I recommend this home and VRBO agency with highest confidence. This home was everything I expected and more! My family spent thanksgiving in this here and it was absolutely perfect! The home is well stocked and had plenty of space for entertaining. The management company was extremely helpful. The views were incredible and the town of South Fork was small yet inviting. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great house. Really comfortable, well designed and on a very good stretch of the river. We caught a bunch of trout right along the bank as there's a deep trough that holds lots of fish. Comfortable beds, nice well stocked kitchen, furnishings and decks. Sleeps a ton. Thanks again Beau!

We had a really good time at this home on the Rio Grande river. Beautiful views, comfortable beds and plenty of them, all the accommodations you'd need and just a quick 2 min drive to all South fork has to offer. We will be booking again for sure.
