Clean spacious home. Comfortable beds, great place to call home for our stay. Smaller kitchen but equipped nicely! Lots of working bikes to use too. We would definitely rent this home again.

This is my third time in Sunriver. While my experience is always good this time it was exceptional. The cabin is equipped with everything I could think of and in a perfect condition. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The size for a family gathering is wonderful. However, we experienced several problems with this home in the area of maintenance-light bulbs out, broken ceiling fan, dishwasher leaking water all over the floor, bar-b-que not working, carpet filthy. there are seberal bikes available for renters use but each had some issue that needed to be fixed. Kitchen is quite small for such a large house which made several cooks impossible. there is a refrigerator in the garage for overflow food items which was nice. We were very disappointed to learn upon arriving that the SHARK passes included with the home were useless because the SHARK was only open SAT. & SUN. which didn't line up with our schedule. Felt we should've been notified of that ahead of time to avoid a huge disappointment. Quiet nieghbors, quiet area but no landscaping at all just look at weeds in the backyard. Jacuzzi is small also which made for "shifts" to use it with a large gathering. Lots of beds however a master bedroom bed was unuseable except by children as it was squeeky, or crunchy sounded when one person rolls over.

The two master bedrooms were perfect for our family. The internet was 5G this year so thumbs way up on that. Bring your own saran wrap and tin foil. Otherwise, well-stocked.

The layout and bedroom situation is really good for adults who appreciate privacy and king & queen size beds. Most Sunriver homes are geared for families with kids and can be less than ideal for a group of adults. This home was great for my friends and me, we came for a tennis camp at the Woodlands courts, to which it was just a quick walk, driving actually takes longer. Hopping in the hot tub before the morning session was great for warming up muscles while the air was still chilly. We also appreciated the large selection of bikes. The home could use some TLC though. Several outlets did not work, the carpet was filthy, the twin beds in the loft were terribly uncomfortable, the nail heads on the deck were raised (foot injury risk) and every single step on the deck, no matter where, created a loud squeak, and 4 of 6 woven deck chairs had busted out seats. The kitchen was cramped but seemed to have all the necessities. The extra fridge in the garage was nice to have. The listing says no garage parking but there is plenty of room in the garage, even with all the bikes, for at least one car. The driveway easily holds three cars,

We used and enjoyed the Sharc passes, hot tub, back deck, fireplace, bikes, second refrigerator in the garage, washer and dryer, and extensively stocked kitchen. The house was ideal for our family, ages 10 years old to 85 years old.

Beautiful home with all the necessities! Comfortable beds, bikes, games, hot tub and an extra fridge. Enjoyed sitting on the deck sipping on suds and playing games. No complaints or suggestions for anything to be improved. Wonderful property!

Our family had a great time at this property. The kids loved the loft and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and the bikes in the garage were an added bonus.

This home is perfect for a large family or couples who want their own rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. Just arrive and have a great stay.

The house was very nice! Great for our family of four with two adult children. We used the bikes and the SHARC passes. We ate dinner out on the patio. We did not play the many board games that were there. The DVD player was not hooked up and we did not try too hard to set it up. We wish there had been AC because it was very hot, but there were mutiple box fans provided which could bring in the cooler air in the evening.

Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful, comfortable, very clean home situated in an equally beautiful neighborhood. There was plenty of room for our group of 11. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. There was also a lot to do in this charming community, golf, tennis, biking, walking trails, the aquatic center & more. We highly recommend this home and all it has to offer. We would definitely stay here again.

loved the layout with two master suites+ 1 bedroom on either side of living area, perfect allowing some space btw family groups. home was very clean and hot tub was much appreciated. overall a great home, would stay again

Kitchen super small...hard to have multiple people cooking for such a large house. Lots of broken items (blinds, handles on doors for shower). Beds super uncomfortable and dining chairs really uncomfortable. House was big enough for 2 families and great location.

We had so much fun in Sun River, house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Would recommend providing extra pillows and bedding. There was a pullout couch but there was no bedding to put on it.
