Had a great time, we enjoyed the house with 4 kids and 4 adults. The location is ideal and the house was the right size of the crew. It had a great grill, bikes and toys for the kids. Everything was as advertised.

The location is great - close to restaurants and shops. The neighborhood pool is fantastic and the tram to the beach was very convenient.
The house is nice, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need.
The furniture is not in the greatest shape and the beds are not very comfortable. It would benefit from having the mattresses replaced.
We did appreciate having three bikes to ride around on during our stay.

Incredible home & great location!!!!
The home was very accommodating and nice. The location was wonderful, close to the pool, close to shops, close to restaurants. It was also within a five minute walk to Rosemary Beach. The house was very clean and well-kept. Definitely recommend!!!

Overall it was a great trip, The house was very nice, great location! the layout of the house was perfect for little kids and exactly what we were looking for, we were very happy with the house. Tram service is also helpful getting to the beach and picks upright outside the front door. The cleaning service, not so great. Socks were black after 30mins in the house, and found a tide pod on the floor behind a chair, kind of scary with young kids in the house. If you book in April or before, be warned the lagoon pool IS NOT HEATED and very cold, unswimable cold. And you have no access to any other pool and guest service will give you a "too bad" type of answer.Other then those, few things, we had a great trip and made due with what we had and could do.

Spring Break on 30A
House was very nice and has an amazing location. Right next to so many restaurants and shopping. Also, very easy to use the tram service to the beach and EASY walk to Rosemary Beach area, which is amazing. Overall this is a great place to relax on the beach

Absolutely no complaints. Kristen was great! I was worried about the "dropped sink" from the February 2022 review - no sink issues during our stay. Location was very convenient. Wear your wristbands to get access onto Seacrest beach. Would highly recommend.

long delayed beach trip
wonderful spot! easy walk to beach, great restaurants, spotless home, great time after 2 years of no travel!
In master bedroom, right hand sink-hot faucet leaks a little. not a big problem but may need new washer.

Kitchen sink
We experienced a dropped kitchen sink. The property managers told us several times that a plumber would be at the house but that never happened. I gave extra care when running the water in the kitchen sink to not drop any water around the dropped sink. My husband propped a basin under the sink so it would not drop further. This was an experience we wish we didn’t have to deal with.

Relaxing stay
We enjoyed our stay at Flip Flop Daze. Even though it rained part of the time we enjoyed the large area to spread out. Loved riding bikes with the family. The nature trails were a favorite for my girls.

We had two families with young kids who enjoyed our stay at Flip Flop Daze. It was in a good location within walking distance of some restaurants and shops which was nice. We used the golf cart shuttle which was simple to head to the beach and pool. Management was very responsive and helpful. We liked the price of this house too!

Great place. As advertised. Sure, a bit dated but who goes to the beach worrying about that. Great location. We would (and probably will) stay there again.

Amazing
We have been to Seacrest multiple times and this location and home has been our favorite. Location is key so my teenagers could ride to everything and tram was perfect for whole family that included 3 y/o on up to adults. Also the cookware was top notch so for a family that likes to cook in their home we were surprised and impressed by the type of cookware and the upkeep of it particularly compared with most rentals. There wasn’t anything we were missing (from wine bottle opener to crock pot). Will be staying here again next time we return.

We loved our week stay at flip flop daze at the end of May 2021. The location was great- near a tram stop; short walk to stores and center of seacrest; less than 10 min walk to beach if we preferred a walk over the tram; and close enough to pool but not too close where we heard pool activity. We loved the screened in porch and overall house. I would only suggest more pillows/blankets from linen service.

While we enjoyed the property and Amenities during the day, the lack of security for the neighborhood during the evening was unacceptable. There were two security guards at the front of the entrance but nobody patrolling the streets on the first three nights of our stay. It was only after several incidents of theft and vandalism, the community then stepped up the security. We had bikes stolen fromOur property and group of large teenagers drinking doing drugs and playing loud music until midnight. Totally unacceptable!!!

Nice but needs more upkeep
When we got there the back door lock was broken and had to fix it myself. One thing we asked for was enough propane for gas grill. Ran out first night after 15 minutes and ruined $100 worth of seafood. Needs new carpet, but a nice set up. Would stay again but would suggest some minor upgrades and having someone upkeep properly.

Beautiful rental
This home was perfect! It had everything we needed, setup well, close proximity to everything we needed. The 3 bikes that came with the home were a nice addition. Super pleased with our stay!

Nice Place!
Very nice place, well stocked, great location to pool and shops in Seacrest. Gave it 4 starts only because the Beach situation is still very tough with the limited amount of space allocated to Seacrest. Hopefully this is addressed soon.

Great spot
The house was in a great location, short distance to shops etc. There was several issues caused by a storm the night before our arrival (blown TVs, oven not working and washer) all was fixed VERY promptly!

We had a great time. The only issue was the wrist bands and parking permit. We literally had to call Seacrest security 4 times before our wrist bands and parking permits were delivered. Each time we called, they said they would be right there. We would wait an hour, and nothing, then call again. It was the second day we called the 4th time and had it delivered.

Home was super comfy and clean and the 3 bikes were a nice perk! Proximity to the Village was great as well. Enjoyed the screened in porch for card games in the evening!

Fall Break Fun!
We thought the house was lovely and had the perfect layout for our crew! It was very clean and we loved the sound system. The community is sweet and a great place for older kids to bike and explore. Our only suggestions would be to have some extra blankets and/or a coverlet for the trundle bed, a corkscrew, and a large pot for boiling things! Having said that, we really did enjoy our stay and are talking about booking again! Thank you!!!
