Two minute walk to the beach, just a few minutes longer to the Sea Shanty restaurant. Great house, ideal for a decent sized group. Terrific, easy to work with owner.

Great location

We had a multi generational family gathering The house was very clean. The beach access is close . You can hear and see the waves from the upstairs deck.We appreciate the beach chairs, bamboo mats and beach toys that are provided for guest use. The fenced yard and kennel for the dogs was great. The neighborhood is very quiet. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of dishes for a large group. Also there was plenty of hot water for showers for a large group. The stairs were shallow which made them easier for my elderly mom to use with no problem. We all had a great time.

Carol was very responsive and nice. The house was clean and big enough for our semi-large group. We spent very little time there but we loved how close it was to the beach. We'd stay here again.

We enjoyed our second stay at this very clean and comfortable home. There is a well equipped kitchen for cooking and dining together. We really appreciated the large living room with comfortable seating to accommodate our family of 10. Beds were very comfortable with extra bedding if needed. The front and back upstairs decks were spacious for viewing sunrise and sunsets. Carol is a responsive host keeping the lines of communication open.

Very comfortable and relaxing

This property was a great facilitation to our family vacation. Very close to the beach for our surfers and an outside shower for cleaning up. Also close to Morro Bay with lots to do (hiking, snorkeling, kayaks, sup). The bedroom set up is a bit awkward so best shared with close friends or family. Kitchen facilities are good. Even has games and puzzles.

This home has what you need to have a good time and if you think it’s missing something all you have to do is let the host know and she will take care of it. Just a few minutes from the beach, a view from both decks, and very clean. Lots of beach toys for kids and chairs.

The house was nice, close to the beach and walking distance to the town.

I rented this house because it fit all our needs, but also because of all the great reviews. And wasn't disappointed!! It was really clean, so close to where there is access down to the beach, can hear the ocean waves from the house, dog friendly with fencing to keep the dogs in was a plus, and Carol was attentive to all aspects you needed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

Carol, the owner, is easy and wonderful to communicate with. We (three adults, two kids) had comfortable spaces to relax in after busy days at the beach and we slept so well. Lovely house, lovely neighborhood!

Perfect location and great vacation home to spend time with family!

Took the kids to the Central coast for their spring break. None of us had ever been. It was wonderful being 2 mintues walking distance to the beach! The neighborhood was so clean and quiet. Loved sitting on the deck in the morning with coffee and adult beverage in the evening just listening to the ocean. Cannot wait to come back!

HOUSE IS IN A GREAT LOCATION! SUPER CLEAN, PLENTY OF CLEAN TOWELS. WE WILL DEFINETELY COME BACK!!!

The property was everything we needed. We traveled with five adults, 4 dogs and a horse trailer. There was room for everyone and every thing! The set up is a bit different with the bedrooms on the ground floor but it worked for us. The furniture was comfortable, you know how sometimes the rental furniture is uncomfortable? Not here The television channels were great. The host pays for direct tv which is our system too so we were able to watch our regular shows. Speaking of the host, Carol was very communicative and very nice. She labeled everything in the house to help figure out how to use the lights or find the towels or lock the doors. It was super helpful! The neighborhood is very quiet. Hardly any traffic and very dog friendly. Plus plus in our book. The house is very close to the beach and the little town. We ate a great restaurants and shopped around a bit. We will definitely be back.

My sister and I decided to rent a place halfway to meet up and have our kids spend some quality time together. This place did not disappoint! Even though our stay was short and we were rained in most of the time we were there, we still had a blast. We built puzzles and played games (there’s a little closet stocked full of games!) and we home cooked all our meals. We ran out of time to bake some cookies but that will definitely happen on our next trip. Carol was very quick to respond to any questions and the check in/check out process was quick and easy. Next time we will go in the summer so we can walk around and explore the town and some restaurants more- which looks like so much fun! Definitely a two thumbs up ;-)

Came to enjoy the melodrama in Pismo and the Christmas market in Cambria. House was in a great location and we enjoyed our stay very much.

This was the perfect location for our family. We were so happy to find a 4 bdrm house that allows dogs so close to the beach The house was very clean and well stocked. Great communication on check in/out. We had a wonderful week and I’m ready to go back!

After enduring the past year with Covid and the nearby wildfire we felt it was time to head for the coast. But most of the homes that were large enough to accommodate all 6 of us were too expensive. This home is very comfortable and spacious - and has a nice ocean views from the upstairs rooms. It’s a very short walk to the beautiful beach. The neighborhood was very quiet - well, until we got there anyway ;) We plan to return next year and do it again!

This is a wonderful house, located one block from a beautiful beach. Front and back decks had full ocean views. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable and spacious.. Carol, the property manager, responded quickly to our many questions. Looking forward to going again soon.

Just down the road is a parking lot with direct access, not stairs. This house was good for a big extended family and visiting friends. Big kitchen with everything you need, lots of dishes and a dishwasher. Large dining table in the kitchen and a balcony off the dining area with a table and safe for little kids. This is a great house to rent, it is walking distance to the beach, very clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend it and will stay again.

We absolutely loved staying at this house! It’s truly just steps away from the beach, and with the windows open or sitting on one of the two upstairs porches, we could hear the waves washing on the shore. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious; we had four adults, three children, and one dog together to enjoy some of the last few days of summer, and there was plenty of room for all of us. Carol’s communication with us during the entire rental process was quick and informative, and she made it so easy for our family to stay in her beautiful home. We can’t wait to return and make some more family memories…thanks, Carol!
